A bit pricy and my driver was 5 minutes late. But it was a smooth ride, and he (driver) was a really respectful guy.

He picked my friend and I up for a great price and took us all the way to our location. I highly recommend this taxi service if you need someone on time and reliable!!! Excellent taxi.

A young man named Chris Green was my driver he picked me up in Elkhart and brought me home to my house in South Bend professional friendly nice clean and not only was he on time but I was running behind and he actually waited for me which he did not have to do would definitely recommend and well use again overall great experience!

I called and made arrangements for a 3pm pick up from work and take me to Auto Village service center the said they would be there.When 3 pm came they called and said they couldnt make it to 6 pm due to something came up and couldnt come get me.Real poor service.I called Ace taxi service they picked me up in a HR.

Called for taxi to Kalamazoo airport from Howe IN. Spoke to Terrell who said he would arrive in 37 minutes. 2 hours later he picked us up due to “gps error and missing exit”. Tarnell was sleep deprived and nearly got into an accident several times. He admitted he worked from 6pm previous night. We told him to take a nap prior to any additional passengers. He maybe napped 5 minutes and left. Dangerous driver!

Michelle was so very nice. What a wonderful addition to the Taxi Service for Elkhart. Not only was she on time but she called to let us know she was on her way. Then called to let us know she was at our place. And such a lovely person to talk to while riding the taxi. Plus we loved her Southern Draw.

If I had it my way I would give -5 stars. I had booked a train ticket to go see my son who is currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 testicular cancer. I have not seen my sonin 6 months due to vehicle issues. He is only 18. I had called Elkhart Taxi to reserve a ride to the train station they assured me there would be no problems only for them to contact me 10 min. Before my scheduled pick up time and told me no one was available to pick me up after pleading my case they had no care in the world about what this trip meant to me. Never again pure heartless

Hands down the very best taxi service in Elkhart. I have ridden with them for the past 2 years (yeah, it took a while to write a review), and have loved it every time. The vehicles are clean, safe, and have excellent drivers. What I appreciate the most is their safety and humor while driving. With other companies, I felt like just another number, and these guys were very friendly every time, and got me picked up earlier than they said they would be there. I only use them now for anytime I need a Taxi. If I am being completely honest, I found that their morals, ethics, and standards aligned with mine, so when it was all done I had found a company that I now drive for. It’s not every day that you find a company great enough to work for, and use their services.

I’ve been using your taxi company and only your taxi company for the past 5 years. Without fail, I have always felt safe, with drivers waiting to make sure I get in the house okay, and on one occasion when there were dogs roaming around on the street, had a driver offer for me to stay in the vehicle until I could call my husband for assistance in getting past the stray dog. The drivers are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, the vehicles always immaculate. Is it any wonder why I keep coming back? So thank you for your fantastic service, please keep it up!!

One of the worst taxi places in Elkhart! I called for a cab was told 30 minutes I called 45 minutes later and was told 10 minutes more! Called about 4 times after that was sent straight to voice mail if youre looking for a reliable ride and on time better luck calling an uber

I called for a cab around 12:15pm because i had an appointment to make by 2pm. The cab driver finally arrived at 1:37pm, which didnt give me enough time to get to my appointment. The reason he gave me was because of the snow, which that doesnt make sense, because the trolley is running just fine. So because of this i will not be using thjs cab company nor will i recommend this company to anyone.

Used this company to travel from Elkhart to downtown Goshen on Dec 6th. I left my iphone 5S in the cab. Realized 20 minutes after the fact. Called the dispatch office, gave them my info and cab number. Within minutes the cab driver responded that he found the phone and returned it to their head office. I was able to pick it up a few hours later. Honest and reliable. Thank you!

Ok, not gonna lie...I am a faithful UBER user....but i actually needed a ride and no ubers available. So I decided to take a taxi! And boy was I happy with this decision. The taxi driver was so nice and he carried my luggage for me he opened my doors. I just might start taking taxis again because of the great service i had with Elkhart Taxi Service. So I usually use uber...yet after today Im going to start using taxi again. My taxi driver (AJ) was very nice and helpful mentally and physically. She was very patient didnt take long coming to get us. Most of all, my son enjoyed the conversation they were having about how the solar system works...which she seem to know alot about. I actually learned something new today! However, I will be using this service more and I would recommend this company to anyone I know that need a ride. Such an unexpected learning experience.
