I dont believe the dealership did anything to try and get my issue resolved under warranty. In fact I believe they told GM why it shouldnt be covered even though the tech did not know why it happened. This is the same lift kit that is GM approved for Tuscany conversions. Nobody can tell me what the cause of the failure is and why it happened. Just I have to pay for it.
Tracy was our sales consultant. He has been our sales consultant before. He is courteous and is always there for the customer. Answers our questions and very helpful. We highly recommend him. The finance manager and everyone in the dealership was very courteous.

My car got an engine tune up and had 3 recalls addressed, and an oil change. There was no inspection completed with any of this service. When I asked about it when checking out, the guy said they did one, but just didnt fill out this inspection report and showed me the blank report stapled to his copies. My regular shop always completes an inspection with every oil change, so I know what maintenance costs are coming up. Because I wanted to get an engine tune up, I brought my car to the a nissan dealer, and expected better service.
The sales manager was very helpful and walked me through the process of test driving and then discussing my vehicle options before we started discussing a potential purchase/lease. All through the process, Paul, was nothing less than friendly and respectful. Im quite happy with my new vehicle and I look forward to doing business with him and the rest of the sales staff in the future. Thank you for making sure my experience was a positive one.

Don’t get me wrong they have good cars but there’s virtually no communication whatsoever after purchasing your vehicle.

I brought my vehicle in for some recalls, one problem mainly that I was concerned about and they did everything but what I initially brought it in for. Once the work was done, an I-key system error was popping up on my dash, my hood latch no longer works even though it was replaced, and the problem I initially brought it in for was not fixed!
The service writer, Matt was friendly and got me checked in and the work started shortly after I arrived. The cashier was also very friendly and got the transaction completed in a timely manner.I generally have my tires rotated each time I have my oil changed. However, prior to this visit I skipped the tire rotation each of my last two visits due to the issues I have at Chevrolet Dealers across the country. Inside the drivers side door of my truck is a sticker that tells the recommended tire pressure for my truck. It recommends 60psi front and 80psi back. And when the dealers rotate to tires, they dont correct the tire pressure. I am a fulltime RVer and pull a 16,000 pound fifth wheel trailer so it is important that I maintain the correct tire pressure. This time on the multipoint inspection sheet it is noted that the tire pressure was 60psi front and 80psi rear. Now I have an aftermarket tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) so that I can monitor the tire pressure of my truck tires and also my trailer tires. Since the inspection sheet noted that the tire pressure was correct I didnt check while at the dealer, but my TPMS told me that the tire pressure on all four tires was wrong. It indicated 72psi front and 67 rear. This isnt even close to what was listed on my inspection sheet or what is recommended on the inside of the door. I also checked the tire pressure with my tire pressure gauge, back at my hotel, and it confirmed what the TPMS was telling me. Did the tech that serviced my truck really believe that I wouldnt notice the discrepancy on my TPMS? After all it is right in front of the driver attached to the windshield. So when I arrived back at my hotel I had to once again correct the tire pressure on all four of the rotated tires because the Chevrolet Dealership couldnt do it right the first time. I hope that the dealership will make note of this so they dont make the same mistake in the future and that General Motors also makes note of this so they can correct this problem, at all of their dealerships, going forward.
I was getting oil change & he asked if I needed tires rotated. Only have own car 2 yrs & knew it hadnt been done, so I told him sure. Little did I know it was extra charge. Had coupon for service so didnt hurt my pocketbook too bad.Great service otherwise !!!

Very upset for the cost of an oil change. $89.00 for 5 quarts of full synthetic and filter is outrages. I get my oil change for my F150 at the ford dealer and its under $50.00 for synthetic and my truck takes more oil

Absolute lifesavers! Mark from the service department is incredible. I called frantic mid day saying that my buicks windshield wipers have completely stopped working. Not a big deal? It is if you live in the midwest as I do and it has just snowed like crazy the night before. I got an appointment to take my SUV to be looked at in 2 days. Well, apparently that wasnt going to fly with Mark. He called me back and said to take it in the very next day! By 2pm the following day, I had everything fixed. The team called the warranty company and did all the leg work. I picked up my SUV and didnt even have to pay a single penny! Customer for life!
I went to get my check engine light checked out, they fixed the issue but later on that day my check engine light came back on. After I spent over $300. But very nice people, hopefully they figure out the issue without me having to pay anymore money..
Simple warranty change, oil change, and small repair to the door. Drop off box was an excellent service as I left my vehicle overnight. The service team quickly address all the issues on my vehicle. Also, the service team returned my call on additional issues. I was so impressed, I began looking at new vehicles.

I took my car in with what turned out to be a trying case. They stuck with it and got my car back to me running good as new. All the people there were kind and helpful and I felt I was in good hands. The use of a loaner vehicle made the wait tolerable so I could get around while I waited. The place was clean and well kept and so was my car when I got it back

Got a great truck and was pleased with the sales person and i dont have any complaints.
On December 14th I had my car in to be serviced after waiting a month for the appt. I was told that another repair needed to be made, but not at this time. After 1.5 weeks I picked up my car. The car is not driveable. I returned the car a day later and was told the issue is the part that they told me was not needed to be repaired at this time. Never did I receive an apology for getting back a car that is not able to be driven. My teenage son drives this car and the situation is not acceptable. All offered to me was a discount on the new repair. The cars need to be test driven properly and not just around the parking lot. If it had been stressed to me how much the second repair needed to be done when the car was first done it would be a different situation. Was not even noted on the original paperwork. I will not be back to this dealership.
I can only write a review for the service department since they have had they vehicle more than I have in my first 90 days of ownership. Mark has tried to help as much as he can, however his hands are tied as well. Whatever so-called inspection was performed prior to purchase was a waste of time! After today I will have put $4000 into this vehicle and the used car manager has yet to call me back. Extremely disappointing!!!

Bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado. Very helpful staff and worked with me on selling price. Honored all promises made by the sales rep. My only complaint is that I started out with one salesman, related my expectations, worked out a deal, and then all of a sudden I had a new sales rep because the original took a new job elsewhere. The dealership knew this was going to happen but failed to tell me until my salesman was already gone.
