I was honestly concerned about my purchasing this trailer. I have never spent this much money on anything sight unseen. I was in a dilemma. I had just bought a Harley Softail and I own a CTS Cadillac, which isnt rated to pull the trailer U-Haul provides to pull a Harley. My option was to buy a massive truck or choose between my bike and my car, if I move or go on a trip. Whoever dreamed up this trailer is pure genius. Not only does it pull my bike as if it isnt there, but I have full vision. The best part is I can put it together and take it apart in 15 minutes (I have already) by myself. It packs into the space of a golf bag. I recommend having a mechanic put it together the first time, but after that one guy can handle it easy. Solid strong construction too. One thing I should point out. Do not strap down the bike at the handlebars (like a picture shows) That will compress your suspension to the max and when you hit a bump cause the seals to break. Strap it down exactly as the video shows and it will be perfect.

We were in a bind and needed parts quickly to finish out an order. QC Metals came through for us with a days notice. You dont find that type of customer service and support very often these days. Job well done!

Had difficulty getting pricing when they were busy. Sales guy was nice but president blew me off. When they got slow, they were interested. We took a lot of business to a competitor.

Having run a fabrication business, I can honestly say that these guys are doing it right. They have a safe, organized and well run shop floor with a service minded management team.
