If I could give 0 stars I would. Twice I have contacted this number and twice a extremely rude and unhelpful woman has answered. She lied and said she would have a technician call me back. Never did. The whole time she seemed bothered that I called and she had to do her job. Second time she just straight out said there is nothing she can do ans that she cannot help with my heating issue. Never sent anyone to even see what the problem actually was. Absolute garbage. Now its on to look for a company who deserves my money and doesnt treat potential costumers like trash. #dobetter
