Still waiting in line over 15 minutes, customer service is horrible. Dani and bill kept pushing me to the side to help other people while I was next to be helped. This is rediculous. All of this to rent a truck, which I have reserved. I dont why Penske contracts with this Elk River location because this bad service alos reflects them too. I will never use or recommend this location. Go elsewhere.
