Eric was my tow guy . Called them to pick up my daughters car at Casey gas station and tow it to the shop . Easy guy to deal with on the phone and he sent a prompt and professional named Eric. Got my car to the shop quick on the coldest day of the year . To top it all off it was cheaper than I was quoted .Well done
Now this being my second time having to deal with them (1st time I took a total loss which cost me close to $3400 Not including the vehicle that was towed) Im praying that my transmission is not completely toast due to the fact that they just towed my 14 foot box truck like a regular car would be towed front end up rear end down (with vehicle in neutral but they did not have my keys and did not pull the transmission pin) so that most likely means my transmission is shot to hell. being that I caught them in the progress of towing it I was able to get them to have the driver turn back around and bring it back with a hefty $150 drop fee in which Nick was flexible and worked with me (only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1)due to the fact that I offered to throw In some of my work tools being that I only had $100 available after paying out of pocket for my mothers funeral... but I know for a fact there was nothing wrong with my transmission prior. I had the vehicle flatbeded from the impound lot loaded and unloaded in neutral because my landlord punctured 3 of my tires. But that is an entire different story. What I do know is that you do not tow a rear wheel vehicle with dually tires from the front without the the vehicle either being In neutral or removing the transmission pin with a regular tow truck any professional tow company will tell you just as I had been told repeatedly by other companies that it needs to be flatbeded with a wrecker I hope I dont have to call my attorney or anyone for that matter but if my transmission is not working properly as it was last month I will take the proper steps to see that my baby is back on the road making money for my family. These guys rates are very high and unprofessional to say the least. And the only reason I say unprofessional is because instead of telling the property owner that that particular type of vehicle needs to be picked up by a wrecker they were more interested in getting the money so they towed the vehicle in a way that they know would most likely cause damage to the vehicle and didnt consider the owners repair cost or the high price they would have to pay in order to get their vehicle out of their tow yard and then turn around to have to replace their transmission Im pretty sure they wouldnt want that done to them all to make a couple dollars but I digress wish me luck because I may just be jumping the gun but well see. Fingers crossed 🤞
Good people, good service.
Have used bobs before with no problems, now nothing but horrible phone etiquette and attitude.
I was driving in town and one of the rude drivers was so close to my bumper that I couldnt see the headlights of the tow truck. Then at a stop sign they thought throwing hand gestures would make me move. Very rude guy!
Poor phone etiquette skills! Dont go here unless they tow your car. Be prepared for verbal abuse!
Dont go through this business unless they tow your vehicle. Be prepared to call the police for an escort due to verbal abuse, also be prepared for short staff and to have your experience compared to an emergency room.
Terrible people with no integrity
