Northface Construction had an awesome crew! Everyone from Dylan and DJ with whom we first contacted to the roofers themselves were great! They communicated clearly, were timely and did a wonderful job. Their clean-up afterwards was excellent too - didnt find any extra nails in our yard and they did a great job protecting our gardens! Our roof was an insurance claim and Northface communicated with our insurance company in a very professional manner; we had no hick-ups whatsoever! We would highly recommend Northface Construction!

I had a consultation with Andrew and it was wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about this company and about Andre specifically. Not only are they a local, family run business, but I feel as though Andrew took the time to explain and educate me on the repairs I was asking about. He was detail orientated, documented everything we discussed, and even got on the phone with management to discuss my inquiry on the spot. Overall Andre was here for about an hour and it was lovely getting to know him. Turns out he is only a few blocks away, essentially my neighbor! I had a new roof installed this spring by another company after hail damage. I had a very bad experience with that roof install. My fears about the job came true, when a few months later I noticed water damage on my second floor ceilings.I called on Northface to investigate the reasons for the water damage, provide me with a report verifying the damage, and advise me how to correct it. Andrew and Mitch spent 2 hours on the investigation. They identified several faulty issues with the install, advised me on the way to correct the problems, and provided the report that Ill need to pursue corrective measures.The professional, respectful and informative manner of Andrew and Mitch impressed me, and will put Northface high on my list as a contractor resource to repair my roof.

Called them out for gutters. First thing they did was try to sell me siding and tell me my roof was laid wrong. Had to tell them twice that I just wanted gutter work done. Also caught one of the guys (Andrew Schell) looking into my truck. Would not hire this company!

Work done was replacing the roof, siding, and windows. Also referred to replace garage doors and rain gutters. I had no idea the extent of damage from a storm, but Dylan encouraged being patient and working through the process. He understood the issues that the insurance company would have with replacing the windows. He also understood the requirements of the insurance company under state law. His experience made the difference in a nearly $90,000 project. It took almost a year and a half, but being patient through insurance company delays and a global pandemic affecting supply lines was key. Very happy with the roofing crews, the window installers and the siding crews. All fantastic men and women that worked incredibly hard and with high quality.If you can be patient and can afford to trust the process, I highly recommend Northface Construction.

I had to have my hail damaged roof replaced over the summer and I am very grateful to come into contact with Northface. I worked with Andrew who came out and took a 3D model of my home so I could look at prospective colors of shingles, and even play around with the siding as well. Andrew and his team were very helpful, and timely. I would (and did) recommend them to others in my neighborhood, and a few coworkers. The neighbors and friends echo my opinion of them as well. They handled everything from communication with the adjuster, to working with the bank to endorse the insurance checks. The roof looks great!

Northface Construction is a professional, experience, qualified and certified roofing contractor. They replaced my storm damaged roof in Victoria MN. My roof was quite large (almost 60 square). From the beginning of the process from storm inspections, contract, working direct with my insurance company, installation and follow-up their operations team and office staff did a excellent job. In this industry with out of state contractors coming to town and doing a less than adequate job, I can assure you Northface is the company you want to use. I highly recommend them.

Second big project with NF. Siding a couple of years ago and Fall 2020 just finished our roof. Great to work with. Very hard working crews. I do a lot of my own home repairs and this one is too big for me. I kept and eye on things and they really did a great job!! They found a couple of unknown issues and fixed them without upcharges. They also did everything with the insurance company, so I didnt have to hassle with that. db

Eric was running a few minutes late but called to let me know. I really appreciate that commitment to the quoted schedule. Delays happen but caring enough to communicate and not just show up late is great! Eric did a very detailed assessment of our homes roof and siding. I only want to pursue insurance if it is appropriate and Eric explained exactly where the damage was that was caused by hail and what wasn’t hail damage and why he felt a claim was warranted. He also said he will be available to meet with the adjuster to assure his findings are clear. So far I am very impressed with this company and with Eric’s work.

I was a little shocked on how many 5-Star Reviews these guys had before I called them. Jordan and the whole team at Northface were just awesome and got my roof replaced without any hiccups. They have a great reputation and now I see why.

What we expected to be a big headache was very easy and seamless. Professional and looks great!

We had an overall pretty good experience with them. Our insurance was very frustrating, and took over a year for them to approve our claim. Our insurance ended up making us sign a document that said we couldn’t ask for more, and they didn’t cover everything. Northface did continue working with us for the entire time to make sure we got some of it covered; they did miss a couple of things in their original quote that I felt they should have included (setting the gutters when they replaced the decking is one of them). Overall though, had we gone with a different company, we probably would have had to pay for the whole thing out of pocket. This in my opinion makes it 5 rather than 4 star. The work itself looks good and they did it pretty quickly.

Northface Construction, Howard, came out, inspected and explained everything they would do and interface with the adjusters. We got our new roof, new siding, new gutters and new garage doors with minimal hassle. Howard did a masterful job with our insurance company. The quality in their work is self evident and has gained the praise and approval of several of our neighbors as well. I would highly recommend Northface to anyone who might be concerned about a quality job or contractor, as well as to everyone who needs a contractor that canfollow through.

Northface Construction installed aluminum soffits and fascia on a house that still had the original wood materials from when it was built in 1963. They did a great job, they were responsive and professional, and their rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

They came out gave me a Competitive quote, the owner was very kind and explained everything to me. The guys that came out and did the job were amazing, work late got the job done fast and was very clean. When he was done the only thing left behind was the gutters and downspouts on my house. No mess very professional. If you need gutters you can not go wrong with these guys. I’ve had my gutters for about five months and couldn’t be happier. I’m a picky as they get and if I’m happy you will be too.

We hired Northface Construction LLC to tear out our old siding, wrap our existing windows, install new vinyl siding and stone veneer, and install 4 doors (2 exterior and 2 storm). I cannot express enough how amazing Andrew and this company has been for us from the beginning. After researching Google reviews we reached out to them about our roof leaking and siding damage. In our first meeting of having them and our insurance come out some other stuff came up that was damaged as well. It never felt like a sales pitch but instead making us aware of other stuff we had no idea about. Well our insurance made the process into a nightmare and took a year to resolve. They stuck with us the entire time. Not only were they professional but more importantly they were relatable and educated us as homeowners. They are a small owned business whose growth relies on word of mouth. When I came on here to leave a the review I had seen someone left 1 star...and the reasoning behind it made me laugh because it couldnt be further from the truth. People are so quick right now to assume negative intent after the last year weve all been through which is ridiculous. It should be the opposite. We had our roof replaced on both our house and detached garage this summer (as well as some trim fixed up). We ended up having to work with our insurance company for this due to storm damage. I found Northface Construction online and had them come out to review the damage. They were amazing to work with. I had never filed an insurance claim before so Howard at Northface was extremely helpful through the whole process. When the crew showed up to complete the work they were very polite and professional. The work is top notch and there were zero hang ups. Initially when I had Howard come out and inspect my roof, he was totally honest and did not think it would be replaced by insurance. This is why I stuck with Northface when my insurance did approve the work - because they were HONEST. The process was seamless and I was kept in the loop throughout and the work was done quickly and cleanly. I think the greatest thing that sticks out is that I requested that the workers take an hour break at a set time so my kids could still nap - which they did with no issue. The team also checked in to see what time our kids went to sleep to determine how late they could work. This is service that you just dont find anywhere else, and am happy to have had Northface do our roofing job!

I recently bought an old Victorian house, and the roof has dramatic peaks and valleys. And, there was a mysterious water problem on the first floor and the basement.Our project started out small - a simple deck removal, and replacing the roof. Dylan was great to work with, and Jorges crew was outstanding.Because of the positive experience I had, I asked Dylan and Josh to help me find the source of the water problem. They were excellent sleuths, and recommended a strategic gutter system to reroute the water.And because THAT was so positive, I asked them to work with the electricians to add heat tape to the roof!Professional, good quality, good communication. The entire experience was very good, from the initial contact to the on site visit and follow up. Howard, the rep, was on time and very informative. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE.I had State Farm insurance. Had a storm in Sept of 2019. I searched and searched for a construction company and I landed on Northface Construction.Let me say this, NO ONE worked harder than Eric Goulet. Sadly, he probably didnt get paid anywhere close to what he should have for all the INCREDIBLY hard work he put in. He was relentless, knowledged, and he fought for ME, not ever once, did he ever give up. I needed my roof replaced. State farm only wanted to do my detached garage, not the main house too....even though there was damage to that. Eric fought with them FOR OVER A YEAR!!!! And in the end......HE GOT IT COVERED! He was great, even when the state farm rep attacked and yelled at him on the roof of my house. He held it together and fought for what was due to me.Next, the job and material. Somehow, they were able to get me a MUCH BETTER shingle than what was ever on the house!!! The day came, Sept 23rd, 2020 for the install. Materials were dropped the night before. Then on the 23rd, the roofers showed up. And so did the forman. They have a hand in EVERYTHING their crews do, and even partake. But most of all, they were running quality control. Ive never seen that before. They were there in the beginning, 1st to show up, and the next day, last to leave. Ive NEVER seen that before, ever. Thats dedication to the job and quality. The roof was installed, and it looks awesome!! The next day it was finished, every spec was picked up, every nail was removed. They had the main crew run magnets, then a 2nd crew came out and re ran the area to see if there were even more nails. The forman was still there. He did one last walk around and we chatted for a while. All their people were always nice, and accommodating, even when I was frustrated. They doubled down and came thru for ME. No construction company does that, except, Northface. Eric is a HUGE asset to that company and kept every promise, every deadline, every thing they said was done.In the end, Ive seen a lot of construction companies in my life time. But this one, tops the list and does it by wide margins. Amazing, and a HUGE THANK YOU to Eric and Northface for getting this done, fighting the insurance company, having the knowledge to stick it to them, and doing an amazing job on the roof. Not only do I recommend them, I will always be using them!!

First impression is friendly and professional. They showed up exactly on the time scheduled, explained their process and took great photos to help with claim for new roof. We have yet to start the process of installation, will update.

They came out right away to look at my roof and quote the work needing to be done. They were professional, on time, and went into great detail on the condition of my roof and their suggested repairs. This in no way felt like an upsell or scope creep, but rather as a display of their extensive knowledge on roofs and their professional opinion being experts in their field.

Let me start off be saying, Dylan was very responsive and made the hole process a breeze start to Finnish. Work was top notch and crews were professional. Scope of work, siding, gutters and soffits and facia and timelines were meet ahead of Schedule. Eric was great and these guys are prompt and honest and legit!Update::: we finished the process with them. Our roof still looks great. We accidentally overpaid them, and they refunded it to us. A crook could have kept it, we were truly at the mercy of their integrity but they proved over and over again what a great company they are.

Dylan was.very honest in assessing the condition of my roof. He said it was fine and didn’t need replacement.

Josh was extremely responsive to some water damage that we had at our home after a major well known company was not responsive and was way over-priced. Joshs team did a great job, they answered all of my questions, and they were very focused on making sure that they did everything that we wanted with excellent quality and workmanship and for a very reasonable cost. Howard is a true asset to this company. He is very friendly, informative, responsive, takes the time to explain and understands his work well enough to make it clear to a layman, such as myself.Howard did an estimate on replacing our townhouses roof, sent pictures, answered every question I had. Howard gave me the information I needed to set our community on a sound financial path so we wont need a special assessment when the roof does need to be replaced.Then I developed a water leak and Howard came out, located and repaired the leak. This at a time following storms that made other firms not even answer their phones, one that did told me 10 weeks to get an appointment. When the roof needs replacement Northface will do the job. This is the kind of customer service that gives me peace of mind.

They did a stellar job. Josh was very professional and willing to go over line items with me to reduce costs where applicable. Theyre not the cheapest but theyre also not the most expensive.
