I called Phil re nonfunctioning faucet in basement bathroom. He said he no longer did plumbing but recalled the work he did in that bathroom over 35 years ago. He asked what problem l was having. He said it was probably a clogged filter. He asked me to email a photo of faucet and then called me back to explain how to get old filter off and how to replace. He even called back to see if l had good water flow after removing clogged filter. He went above and beyond. Fabulous help. Many thanks again.
