Terrible service and wait timeThey will not do anything during your appt but tell you to come back. They only have one dentist working in the office and they are only actually open 2 days a week.

I went her to get a consultation to figure out an estimate for Invisalign and the manager, Fatima, was very helpful and understanding. Overall, everyone made the experience less intimidating. I decided to follow through with the Invisalign and now I am just waiting for them to come in! I would definitely recommend that you come here if you are looking to start your Invisalign journey :)

The manager Fatima and Dr. Cheema were very kind and upfront. The staff were friendly, all questions were answered straightfowardly, and the location is clean. My sister and I will be completing our invisalign here.

This appointment lasted 1 hour 30 minutes. I spent 1 hour 20 minutes waiting. Lack of communication from staff and dentist. Very frustrating appointment.

I love the services I have received at Laguna Dental & Orthodontics! The staff is very warm & very professional. Ive been contemplating getting Invisalign for a while, and made an appointment with LD&O. I am so glad I did. Im usually a little apprehensive when going to the dentist, but my experiences here have alleviated all fears! I know I am receiving the best dental care, and have no doubt I will eventually have the teeth alignment & smile Ive wanted for so long! I will definitely recommend this practice to everyone I know seeking dental care!

Danyelle and Alicia are both amazing!! They both made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They even made the Invisalign consultation fun! It is a bit tricky to find and from the outside it doesnt look like much, but as soon as you walk in you can tell it is a well established, professional place. So far everything has been wonderful and I am excited for my treatment!

I had to have a molar extracted, long overdue!A co-worker recommended Laguna Dental so I finally decided to have it done. This was my first visit as well as my first extraction so I did not know what to expect!I must admit I was a bit Leary, but the whole process was virtually painless.Very careful and patient and a genuine concern for my comfort thru out the procedure.The doctor informed me of what was going on at all times.I would highly recommend Laguna Dental!

When I made the first call Danyelle was great and answered any questions I had over the phone. When I showed up to my consultation I got to meet her in person and I received great service from her and the dental assistant. (Don’t remember her name) She was very professional and friendly definitely enjoy being treated nicely by the staff and getting a great deal on my Invisalign! They will work with you and help you any way they can!

I have been a patient of Dr Cheema since the beginning of his practice. I am so glad that he opened his practice in Elk Grove as I live here now, however I did not mind following him to several of his offices in the past as I would not choose anybody else as my dentist. They are WONDERFUL! This is what true professionalism and customer service should be. I have an abscess tooth. I called three dentists and they turned me away. I even tried urgent care.These dentists need to take notice of how to treat people.

Legacy Dental took care of all my dental problems and more!!! The entire office is knowledgeable, helpful, and have great attitudes. I was going to get my Invisalign from a office in downtown Sacramento but I found them on Groupon. Denise saved me from paying extra by coming in to do the evaluation in the office and sure enough it was cheaper. They have earned my trust and business. 👍🏾👌🏾😁

If i could give zero stars i would. Got there at 2 left at 4. This was just for the initial.consult. information they gave me could have beeb given on the phone. They took pictures with cell rather than camera they had outside room. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of a persons time

Came here for an invasilign consultation and have had a great experience since. I’m now in the last weeks of my treatment and am very satisfied with my results. Dr. Cheema is very professional and knowledgeable. His staff and assistants are the best I’ve experienced. Aside from Invisalign, I’ve had fillings and a deep cleaning done. I’m a person who avoids the dentist as much as possible but the caring and attentiveness I’m shown continuously helps me feel confident that I’m getting the best care. I’ve recommended co-workers, my parents and would continue to direct others who are searching for a great orthodontist/dentist.
