Al Michel has been such a great help to me in planning for my future. He is available year round to answer any questions that I may have. The best part of about him is that I can tell he is genuinely interested in helping me. Its always a pleasure working with Al Michel and his staff.

I used Als service for 3 years. I know he did not like more than one email sent to him regarding taxes so I only emailed him once. I emailed him 1-2 too many times in the tax season for 2010 and he charged me another $100. Total price was around $300 to do my taxes. Pretty high. From then on, I just kept it one email per year. In the tax season for 2013, March, right before I had accumulated all of my materials to send to him to do my taxes, he told me he was too busy to do my taxes. Perhaps living in a flood plain called Elk Grove was getting to him, perhaps his new business arrangement, I am not sure. I never treated him unprofessionally and he fired me one month before my taxes are due. Very unprofessional. Rude as well.I would not use this service at all.
