I loved this place they had wonderful service. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help me figure out what was wrong with my pool. They greeted me with such a warm friendly smile, I could tell they were smiling through their mask. I could not get over how nice everyone was and I am for sure coming back. They definitely have a new forever customer and make me not dread going to the pool supply store like leslies.

Came into this shop to get help with my pool. It had gotten out of hand and needed a lot of work for the July 4th weekend. Tavian was super helpful with information and catered recommendations. Got my pool from green to blue in just two days, then ALL CLEAR in less than a week! These guys know their stuff, and arent out to rip you off like other shops. Definitely will be coming back here for all my pool needs!

Weve been using All Clear for the past 10yrs and have not been disappointed. They run like clock work and when a new person comes in. I call or e-mail service, if theres an issue and they take care of any concerns right away. Recently we had to change the whole pump. The pump system was very old installed before we moved in 2010. The clock started to give out and the sweep was moving at snail pace most of the time. Of course giving the pool issues of almost turning green. The service techs stayed on it. Until we finally decided to change the pump system. All I can say what a difference from night and day! We had our palm trees right next to the pool trimmed again leaving lots of trash in the pool. Usually the poor pump and myself would take a day or so to clean everything up. This time on a wifi unit and its funny how new technology is just awesome! Within 20 mins of placing the unit on quick clean the whole top surface was cleaned up and the sweeper cleaning up at full speed. Great customer service by Amanda who called us a couple of days after deciding to change it out because they had a cancellation. David was great and fast with installation. He took the time to show me how it worked and programmed it into my phone. Cassie was also great on keeping up with the problem and documenting everything every week our. Thank you All Clear!

I had a really bad problem with my filter pump. They tried to fix it but it was just too far gone so I got a new one at a relatively cheap price considering I had been looking at them all over town I was lucky to get one at the price that I did. Their customer service is over-the-top excellent. I could not be happier with the help theyve given me.
Worst customer service of my life. Whatever going on in your life you need to leave it outside of your work. you need to be professional and treat customers right. Especially being a general manager that has worked there for over 15 years you think would have better customer service.

Well it was just ok. I went in to buy 3 chlorine tablets. When I told the clerk that the last bucket that I bought there had the bottom 25 percent of the tablets broken and asked if I could open and inspect the material he seemed put out that I would even ask. I opened it and it appeared to be ok. I bought it and left but I really got the feeling that he would have rather been somewhere else that day. There are certainly other pool supply store near me!!
They have everything you need and are pretty knowledgable about treating and caring for your pool. I have basically learned how to be my own pool boy through them! They have great chlorine as well!

Ive been coming to All Clear for at least 7 years now, probably at least 30 visits and I have always had a good experience. There have been times where I had my pool chemistry so messed up and they patiently helped me through a process to get it balanced again. Last week, I had a problem with my solar actuator and after spending over $1000 on a pool repair person, new actuator and new controller motherboard, I still couldnt get my pool vac and solar to come on. I was going to replace the relay switches and was ready to purchase two when Deon asked me some questions about my pool problem. He walked me through how the controller worked and said I shouldnt purchase the relay switches as they were likely not the problem. He told me there are dip switches that let the controller know that the auxiliary ports have actuators connected to them. He was right - there was as setting for these and after changing it everything worked. I have always been satisfied with my experiences at All Clear, but today made me really appreciate having a business like this in my city. I shop here for most of my pool supplies as opposed to Home Depot or online because I am willing to pay for good service. Deon saved me at least $60 today and probably 3 hours of my time which I value more than $. Thanks Deon!
Ive always had a good experience dealing with the folks here. Been using them for various items since 1996. Huge turnover in staff last year impacted the knowledge level a bit. Still, I find the new crew generally helpful.

In my first experience, I was not impressed when a salesperson tried to sell me a pool filter of inferior quality. I am an engineer with post graduate degrees and I do my homework. My homework (using multiple sources) concluded across-the-board a specific brand was the best all-around quality. When asking if they carried the better quality product line, it was very disconcerting to have a salesperson insult my intelligence per my research. This was a prime example of how NOT to treat your customers . . .Regardless, I then went to the service counter and prepaid for a service to TEACH ME how to program a specific part of my Pentair pool equipment. Thirty minutes before the scheduled appointment, the Technician was recorded on security cameras of walking into the backyard/pool equipment area, flipping an actuator switch, and promptly departing. While in plain sight in the backyard while chatting with my family with my back to the technician, the Technician disregarded my presence thereby failing to provide the requested training.Worse, within minutes I contacted All Clear only to be told that is how they do their service calls (without knowledge of the homeowner). Which made no sense considering the requested service was to provide training). Three days later I received a call and was rudely told the Technician had notes that he had programmed the system (which was NOT the service requested in addition to being a lie because it was already programmed). Lorraine of Customer Service would not even entertain sending the Technician back out to perform the prepaid service, much less discuss a refund!This organization has no qualms about cheating and lying to their clients - even when caught via security camera recordings! If you work hard for your money, spend it somewhere else such as a place that employs honesty and integrity in their so-called service.
They let our pool go GREEN even though we kept calling them every 2 days to come show up to do the job they were paid to do then acted like we didnt reach out.we got suspicious and installed a cam in our backyard to see if they were coming on regularly scheduled days and sure enough they didnt show up for a full 3 weeks thinking we wouldnt find out.unprofessional trash of a company that overcharges in the first place, you will be better off finding another provider unless you want to be frustrated by rude customer service that will let your pool get absolutely nasty.

WAY WAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAPER!!!Went to Leslies pool supply 1st and after a response that showed lack of knowledge I was given products to purchase that didnt give me confidence in the employee recommendation. It seemed wishy-washy and unprofessional. I tried a second opinion and came to all clear pool and spa supply had 100 percent better customer service and Ill only be coming here from now on. Now, I have to go back to Leslies and return stuf . Ugh. Save your time and dont go anywhere else.

The wheels quit turning on my Polaris 360 and I took it over to all-clear. They looked at it and it was a minor problem, they fixed it while I waited perfect
Had to buy a new part for my pump and the owner himself went out of his way to help us out. He even fixed the part on the piece himself and demonstrated the correct way to fix the component and the right tools to use. Im really appreciative of his help!
As you can tell from the last three months of reviews this company is really going downhill fast. They were taking care of my mothers pool and one day one of their cleaners told me that he couldn’t do anything because the pump wasn’t priming and he couldn’t fix it. After filling the pump with water I was able to get the pump running no problem. After two weeks I realize that they were still coming out and charging my mother the full price for their service even though they hadn’t fixed the pump or even discussed with my mom that she was having trouble with the pump. After realizing my mom was getting charge full price I emailed them and let them know the problems I was having. They gave me every excuse in the book they said the lady was in the hospital the new person that was taking over quit that they had only been doing the job for a couple weeks it was ridiculous. At that point I told them I did not want them to come back to service the pool because they could not fix the pump. After that I got no response but I found out that they were coming out working on the pool they were told not to work on until they fix the filter and build my mom for May and June even though I was telling them not to come back at one point I even put a lock on the gate to keep them out. I just called today and it was just more excuses oh the lady who knows everything is gone on personal leave. Apparently she’s been on personal leave since May. I am now in the middle of trying to get my mom’s money refunded because they provided service that was not asked for. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Take a look at the reviews and you could see that they are clearly in over their head. All clear should either hire more staff or cut down their customers cause they cannot handle what they have. All clear does not care about their customers and when you call them on it they have nothing but excuses

I gave them 5 stars now I give them 1 star. If I could I would give them zero. The repair guy started slowly ripping us off. I was so loyal to this place. I even put out a Yelp review giving them 5 stars years ago, but, Im sorry that I have to go somewhere else for pool supplies/service. It all started when my pool vacuum broke. One time it was broken by the service guy named David. Anyways we kept coming back like every other week to get my sweeper fixed. They would always tell me that I needed something else. It went on and on. Anyways Im done with them!
Initially this company was great and did an excellent job a 5 with great pool personnel! I had there service for 20 years, but the last 8 years have been difficult for them to maintain my pool at the basis standard whereas the pool turns green, filter beyond filthy, and consistant no shows, which creates more problems! I had them on speed dial! And then, my pool emergencies were not their emergency, when i returned from out if town, the pool overflowed my yard! And, I do not do pools, that why Ive always had a pool service!
Deon and his crew took care of my three pool issues at a low cost. They got me the necessary parts and walked me through how to make the fixes myself, which saved me time and money! They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help.

I was a loyal customer of All Clear Pools for over 10 years. My pool gradually began to look worse and worse until it was finally green with algae. I was home on multiple occasions and watched their “Technicians” service my pool. They would leave leaf or branch debris on the bottom of the pool. I called about this problem but it was never resolved and I felt as though they didn’t care that I had been a committed customer for so long. They could have been a very good and successful company for Elk Grove. Sadly they have lost my business.
Ok so lets start with this. This is a pool service company that can not lock gates behind them. I have told them I have a toddler and how how important it is and after several failed attempts of having them lock the gate behind you for safety they suggested I find another company that offers specialized service. Are you kidding me?! A pool company that cant get their act together to lock a gate behind them.Stephanie is unable to do her job and communicate with the techs. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else.Half the staff quit sounds like and the main Maher just left. Its chaos and nothing is organized and dispatch doesnt communicate with the techs. They need someone to come run run their shop desperately.They also dont manage chemicals well as my pool ended up with algae and had to be shocked while on their service. So if ya like green pools and dead kids this is the company for you!
Ive been an All Clear customer since 1999 and have no intention of switching. Whether a big job (new pump and filter) or small (rebuilding the Polaris Sweep), the work is professional. Weekly service is no exception. Jeremy, our current pool technician, is a favorite. Reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly, he is a great ambassador for All Clear. Two 👍 👍
Purchased MX8 Elite but it is sold without the canister. I have to wait for rebate in order to get canister. Was told 3 to 4 weeks and was also told my old canister would work until the new one comes. This is not true. So I called and was told no its 6 to 8 weeks! So as my pool bottom and sides become dirtier, all I can do is wait.Just doesnt seem right to me. Buying new equipment but it sits in my garage.I am very dissatisfied. I want to use my equipment and have a clean pool.
I dont usually give bad feedback but I went into All Clear Pools. I needed help with Alge control and not one customer service rep acknowledged me. There were 3 people I could see all talking amongst themselves. I was the only paying customer there. After 10 minutes of looking at different products and feeling overwhelmed I left.As a customer I shouldnt have to chase you down or interrupt your conversation with each other. With Amazon and other options Id work on your customer service.

Took pool pump motor for possible impellor issue. Received call from service tech who stated he examined and tested the motor and no problems were found. I picked up the pump and was surprised to learn their was no charge for the diadnostics. Followed the techs tips about making sure to prime the pump and let the lines bleed out the air and my pump/filtration system were working great.

Every pool and spa supply place is basically the same. Anyone can get anything, anywhere... Especially in todays internet shopping. I choose All Clear Pool and Spa in Elk Grove only because of the professional help I get from Justin Stevenson. He knows exactly what hes talking about, hes never steered me wrong, and he gives me the best deals. I will only buy my pool or spa supplies from him. Thanks for all your help Justin! Very unprofessional. The owner is rude and a liar. His company destroyed my pool and it cost several thousand dollars to repair the pool due to the fact that black algae had taken over the pool. At the time his company was paid for weekly pool service. It turned out that they did not actually perform while I was away for the summer in 2014. Today the pump I purchased from them in 2013 stopped working. Again the Owner was rude and threatening stating he never wanted me to call his store again and once again lied about the warranty the pump had on it. He said at the time I purchased it from him that it came with a 5 year parts and labor warranty and that it would probably last 10 years when I hired them to replace my old pump. It looks like I will be taking him to Small Claims Court. After I have the pump replaced and the total bill is paid to recover my losses. Don;t do any business with this company! It turns out that they lie and do not stand behind the work they are paid to perform or the labor and equipment they sell.

So trying to get some information on my new pool maintenance, Stephanie ..the girl on the other end was truly patient with my kinda annoying Questions to tell the truth .she was very polite and professional and i felt comfortable to visit them soon to contract with them .The reviews i read was a little all over the place but for me it was a good start on the phone so far .
My husband took our pool sweep in for repair, they said they thought one wheel was worn and they would give it a check over, was that ok with us and gave us a price . Next day they phoned to say it was ready . My husband went to pick it up and they told him they had switched the front wheels with the back and there would be no charge.Were can you get such honest service as this. WELL DONE.Always a good place to get your pool supplies.Thank to all of you.
We ended our way too many years with All Clear and so glad that we did. The owner Deon is smug and degrading; not at all helpful. I received my final bill and they are saying I haven’t paid since February. I have all of my online credit card invoices that say otherwise. Now I need to deal with them again.

Had great service up until about 6 weeks ago. Changed technicians and now dealing with no-shows and when he does show up, doesnt do complete service (baskets not cleaned). Have called twice and sent email last week. Been waiting 4 days for a response from manager. Was told we would get a credit to our account and still charged full price (auto pay). I really shouldnt have to go out and make sure the tech is doing his complete job. Horrible customer service. Canceling our service

I have been going to this store for a couple pf years now and I always receive good service. The staff is very helpful, they even helped unscrew a part on my filter that needed to be replaced, no charge.

Pretty much the worst customer service ever! My pool didnt register chlorine for months it turned into a algae problem then they say we had to replace the filterse so we did that. They didnt reassemble it properly and left old with paste wax on yard furniture and the empty tube of goop laying on the ground near my walkway. After the repair it still leaks and they clearly dont care or understand whats going on. They say supervisors have looked at the problem, managers make promises but dont keep them, they tell you basically I should be happy with the service I am getting. Dont waste your time or money.
Bought a pool light for in-ground pool and they also sold me the rubber installation which am glad they did because it saved me a trip back to the store.

Been going to this place for 5 years and Ive disregarded poor customer service since Im usually there for pool chemicals and very few (luckily) calls for service which were hits and misses with tech skills and professionalism. Inconsistent water test by their testers and the usual recommendation of additional supplies are offputtings to me. I also used their pool service in the beginning but cancelled after a month because the child that was assigned to my resident showed up once, the guy who covered for him was phenomenal (again hit and miss). Over the years, I learned to take care of my own pool and tried to google everything. Recently, they replaced my sweeper filter pump with a faulty gauge but at this point I rather not rely anymore on All Clear. Not exactly the place Id recommend with enthusiasm or from favorable experiences but if you owned a pool, you dont have too many pool supply stores in the area available.

Left our pool turning green a few times when they were supposed to be fixing motors and had ridiculous delays with no cummication about what was happening, then didn’t clean it properly afterwards. So glad we found someone else.
Horrible!!They never call or email back and when you finally speak with them they are disrespectful and make it out to be your issue they had a delay on the communication.. even the owner was rude and does not care about keeping his customers happy.. that is very evident.. the owner even begged me to pull down my bad review from last year.. me trying to be nice I did, but hell with that.. people need to know the truth about this company..

Just run! Been dealing with them for a year over work they were supposed to do. They billed me for the labor showed up with out the part and keep sending me invoice for the work they didnt do. I have called them so many times and no one calls you back.
