Rusty came out for our bimonthly inspection today. He made sure our house was in tip top shape with pest and rodent control! He communicated both professionally and and with great courtesy. We look forward to seeing him in a couple of months!

I’ve used Bell Pest Control for 9 years. Every other month Bell came to my house to take care of spiders, fleas, and wasps.Nothing compared to having them come out for rats!Night after night cat food in the garage started to disappear. Once I called, Bell Pest Control set traps in the garage. The next day a giant rat was caught in a trap.Steve came out to dispose of the rat, but it was still alive. Steve did away with the giant rat and disposed of it. Then he set more traps in the garage.Rusty has been out 2 additional times to check on the traps. He’s set traps on the side of the house, in the garage, and in the attic.Another follow-up appointment set for ten days out.Attentive. Thorough. Serious about getting the pests out of my house. After purchasing an older home that was vacant for a few months, we came in to find spiders/bugs had moved and and seemed very cozy. After seeing ants and who knows what else, we decided to go the professional route. We called around and found Bell to be the best option for us as they were all inclusive with their pricing and didn’t charge for the first service. Rusty came in before move in and did a thorough job around the property, including the garage. Most of these guys were gone! A couple weeks after move in, these stubborn pests came back. I called the office and Brianna, who answers the phone, is always very nice and quick to help. She scheduled Rusty to come back the next day! (Bonus: in between services are at no cost) Rusty came out, did another full property service/inspection. I have to add that Rusty is super knowledgeable, happy, personable, and (most importantly) dog-friendly. He has treats for our fur-babies and wants to ensure safety for all. He pointed out a new point of entry near the attic that we would have never seen on the other side of the house and reminded us to cut back some of the trees/vines. I’m glad we have the same person come out every time. His attention to detail is much appreciated and we are happy we chose Bell!

We found Bell a few years ago after struggling with ants. We have had them for maintenance since then. We rarely see a bug, but when we do, they always manage to fit us in quickly. Their maintenance pricing is all inclusive and a very good value. Titus, our new field rep, was just here today for some pantry pests that hitched a ride home with us in some rice. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was also cautious about avoiding the area around my son’s toys while spraying. We had the same experience with Jared, our prior field rep. Switched to Bell Pest Control over a year ago and have been very happy with their services. They got rid of a large yellow jacket colony in our backyard. This is a great company because of the way I am treated. I have regular service and rarely see bugs inside my home; but this is now summer and brings with it tracked-in bugs of all kinds. I called for special service inside the home.Because I have a dog, I want a company that understands the care I require in having pest control in my home. Naturally I want my animal to be safe. With this extra visit to spray inside, my Bell representative Darrell came to me early in the day, knowing that I have to be away from home for a while because of the spray and that I like to take my dog to the nearby dog park. My dog knew he was here before I did, and not because he rang the bell but because Jazz knows Darrell and enjoys him.These incidents of kindness are not something I asked for; rather they happen because Darrell takes the interest to know his customers and their needs. This isnt my first review of BPC. I have used them for the last 15 years, 13 of them at my current home. We have had several technicians service our location. I am always nervous about getting a new technician. It happens every few years. A few months ago we were assigned someone new, Rusty. Let me tell you why I get nervous. I ask myself, Can this new tech be as good as the one we just had???. Its funny because Ive NEVER had a bad tech. The new one is as good (and dont tell the last one) sometimes more effervescent than the last! Rusty is considerate and provides top notch customer service. He came out for our bi-monthly visit and I wasnt sure about the bait boxes as there was no notation on the visit document. So I called and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He came back out the following week first thing and reviewed how we can improve the boxes (changing bait type) and added a box in another location. Once he was done with the boxes he said, I noticed a few more cob webs since last week. Would you mind if I just took care of those in a few areas?. Yes, please! Dont need to ask me twice. Just fabulous. BPC is lucky Rusty has joined their business family. You do an amazing job recruiting and I hope you continue to put customer service first! On a side note, it would be great if you could ditch the paper visit sheets. You should have it on an app or by email to eliminate paper. Go green :)

Bell Pest Control has serviced my residence for the past 6 years and all staff have always been extremely professional, courteous and thorough. As Sean did today, they always knock on the door prior to each servicing as a courtesy to let me know they are there and to check if all is ok or if there may be any new issues or concerns to discuss. I’ve called the office a couple times over the years after noticing something like a small paper wasp nest that may have been overlooked and they came back out right away and took care of it. Ryan is my Bell Pest Control Technician. He is very professional, Crisp, clean uniform, and always prompt in reporting to bimonthly inspection. Knocks on the door, ask if Ive seen anything unusual and proceeds to service. Once I mentioned Ive seen a cockroach, he knew it was a Turkish beetle. Gave me information, what signs to watch for, such as resting water to prevent infestation. This is an excellent company!

Darrel showed up on time, and answered all my questions. Very professional, and as someone with terrible arachnophobia, gave me peace of mind with being open to communication if I still felt uncomfortable with the pest problem. Called at 11 on a Friday hoping to get someone out before the weekend was over. Called 2 other places before and it was not possible. Bell pest and Brianna at the call center was able to get someone here before the end of the day Friday, even with me changing my schedule at the last minute. We have had bell pest control for about 4 years between two different Elk Grove properties. Originally our tech was Kellie, she was great at our old house on another side of Elk Grove. When we moved we got Brady, who was also excellent. Now we have Matt N who is also spectacular. Any time we call for any concerns they send someone out with a couple days to take care of the issues!

We’ve had a number of different technicians come out for our regular check-up and service while we’ve been with Bell, and each one has done a great job with customer service! Our current technician is Matt N. and he’s no exception. I signed on with Bell Pest Control several years ago because I was seeing black widows and was constantly fighting with ants. Well...I have to say that I havent seen a black widow since...and the ants are pretty much non-existent. They definitely took care of that problem in a most professional manner and they always ask if there are any current problems that need to be addressed. In addition, I recently started having an issue with gophers eating my plants in the back yard. Their gopher specialist Myles has been doing an excellent job of keeping those guys in check. I highly recommend Bell for all of your pest control needs.

When we called Bell Pest as we had a rogue rat wandering around our backyard. The service technician Daniel who came to our place to set traps provided outstanding customer service. I have been using quarterly Bell Pest Control service at our property for over 10 years. Originally, when we moved to Elk Grove, the house had a lot of ants and smaller bugs come through the cracks of our house. After our first visit by Bell Pest Control, we never had anymore issues whatsoever. Our neighbors continually had issues with ants so it served as a control to really show us that the service was worthwhile. The cost may be somewhat high for the service.Recently, we had a rat issue that needed to be taken care of since it had been eating all our vegetables. Within 24 hours of the call for help, Matt Noel, came out and went over the process of removing our unwanted pests. He was professional and personable. We will continue to use this service for our future needs and suggest you do the same!

Ive been a customer of Bell Pest Control for many years to deal with ants and mice, and theyve been very responsive. Recently there has been a real problem in Elk Grove with cockroaches that infiltrate homes from the sewers. I found several in my garage and called Bell for an additional service. It was almost time for my bimonthly service so the call center moved it up to the next day. I got a call from the technician, Matt, the evening I called and we arranged a more specific time for his visit, which was really helpful. When he arrived I described the problems with the sewer roaches and we had an interesting conversation about bugs. Matt sprayed around the property. He also put down some rodent bait stations and gave me some tips to help keep the mousies at bay. All in all, a very helpful and pleasant interaction.
