If you are looking for a home DNA test do not use this company. It is a scam. I ordered a home DNA test close to 3 weeks ago and still have not received it in the mail. They never sent me a conformation email or tracking info. Ive tried calling multiple times and all that happens is I wait on hold until either I get hung up on or I get a recording stating that no one is available to talk and to try using the online chat or email. I tried using the online chat and it has you fill in information and when you hit submit it says that someone will email you, which is not an online chat. And I have emailed them and gotten no emails back.
