Amazing customer service. Marcos handled the pre-service on my vehicle and was super nice. It seemed like he was really doing good work, bouncing between vehicle bays. Javier handled my actual vehicle service and was equally nice. Very informative about the products and services they offer and was not pushy about any of them. Efficient, pleasant, and reliable.

Im consistently impressed at just how professional and friendly the staff are! They treat me like a VIP and Im confident they will perform quality services. They go above and beyond to assist with my questions and concerns, the price is great and no appointment needed. Ive been a customer for years and will continue to have my vehicle serviced here instead of the dealership.

Great customer service. I have had an oil change there yesterday afternoon, September 27, 2021. 5 stars for the oil change and 2 stars for the cashier acting weird not closing the door properly.

This is unreal and I mean that in the best way. 33.7 inspection (a wide variety of inspecting of vehicle) at the cost of an oil service alone sold me. I was seen too immediately and informed of service and fees promptly than offered water. Im waiting in line now. You know the service is good when you feel the need to pull your phone out on the spot and give a good review. A business like this makes me wanna shake the CEOs hand.

Amazing customer service but is a bit pricey. The work will be done correctly the first time. Been a customer for 3 years and never had an issue. They are always willing to help and answer questions. Also they give recommend service update with out the pressure of a salesman.

Honest and fast. They only do one thing, oil change. You dont need appointment, just drive thru. They really do professional services.

They workers were super nice and offered me water multiple times. They were quick and answered all my questions regarding their recommendations. They also werent pushy when I said no to those recommendations. I think they are required to run out to greet people which is greet but it also was very hot when I went and they were all running and wearing pants. I just wish they were taken better care of, I worry they will get over heated.

Going here I thought that itll be fast and cheap but I thought wrong 😕 . It was my first time and the way I see they service it was good to be true. I waited almost 3hr and spend almost $300 not only i was super late to work I was super mad that my day turn out to be those kinda day. Itll be my first and last will use their service.

This place is a little distracted. It could do with a little more focus and sticking on task. In the end, the truck got serviced and I got a receipt... with a little effort, although it took a phone call and a second trip down there.

One of my favorite place to have my oil check and change.They are honest and fast. They explained to you in detail, and show you your oil colors no pressure of any kind if you dont want to buy it. The make it all clear of all the problems, prices and expenses. You sit inside your car. They work under neath your car as you drive up. They are very respectful and honest with courteously. Asked if you want water or coffee.Very caring and professional services quickly. They do not sale your informations to 3rd party. Very happy with their works. They service the vehicles well however I do fill they are a huge liability. My first vehicle I brought in they forgot to put the weather stripping back on. My second vehicle they forgot to close the hood. Someone needs to let them know about their self or I will let management know for sure.

I have taken 3 vehicles here for regular service. You can likely save a few bucks by going somewhere else. But I enjoy the traditional hustle that the staff performs. An old skool work ethic that our country is needing way more of. Kudos to the business plan of this method of treating costumers great and watching the team run and hustle.

All of the workers were on it when it came to customer service. I feel they went above and beyond especially the way Jeron was running back and forth greeting and directing everyone. Luis did great work and was quick and efficient and answered any questions I had. Everyone made sure I didnt feel pressured which made it a much more positive experience. I will be back.

After waiting in line and going through the services they brought a manager over to my door to tell me that they wouldn’t feel right doing an oil change on my car since it was leaking oil rapidly and it needed repairs. This is will be my oil change spot for all 4 cars from now on. Long story short my mechanic found a major leak and this shop probably saved my engine.

Awesome service, everyone wore masks. The technicians are super Friendly and greeted me as I drove up. I was offered water to drink nice touch as well. Hassle free service and nothing is done without your permission, they also inform you if anything else is wrong that they come across during inspection. Windshield cleaned,front and rear, lubricated door hinges, tire pressure checked and topped off. I recommend them and will be back next oil change

The wait was almost 2 hours. However, the customer service was amazing. They were not pushy and understand when you say no the first time - which i love. Definitely will make this my go to oil change place :D

They did a great job but the weird thing is they supposedly checked all my fluids and air pressure, but ironically the very very next day my light came on for low break fluid level and my passenger front tire started giving me a low air pressure warning. Just thought that was weird.

I was looking on Google for the nearest oil change to my location and Oil Stop popped up. I decided to try them out, BEST DECISION Ive ever made. The customer service was on point. They tell you exactly what you need to replace and what you dont need. Honesty is everything here. I recommend that you do your next oil change here. You will save big as I did.

The oil change was quick and efficient. There is just so much stuff they tell you that the car needs and that you need to buy. In the end, I had my oil change but they could not help me fix the engine light warning that was going off.

I gave this a full five stars because I cant find anything I didnt like. There was a 35 minute wait, but other than that I am very pleased with the service that I received. My car only takes full synthetic oil and the filter is uncommon, so I always pay a bit more than the average customer. They were very thorough in updating all my fluids and the mechanics were friendly and quick.

Fun place to get your oil changed. They have great teamwork and they operate like a well oiled machine. They check everything and you are done in a jiffy. Andrew and the team found a clogged up air filter. They also changed my interior air filter. I started using them with they first opened and there was no wait. Now they are very popular and busy so get there early but not before me!

Walked me through what they were doing while showing me oil plug and other parts. They were able to change the oil on my Fiat; something jiffy lube could not.

They say there not paid on commission but there so aggressive on sale! Oil treatment, gas treatment, etc..... extra $3.00 fee because you drive a 4x4 really!!!! For an oil change!!!!!! Is like going to a dealership different group of staff trying to sell you a car and empty out your pocket..... Ive ask for factory recommendation oil change.

If I wanted a high pressure sales pitch I would go to a time share presentation. I had to repat myself several times that I only wanted oil change but they still kept the pressureure going.

Waited over an hour and 45 minutes in the line, on a week day early afternoon, before the point work even started. I got here and started lining up on one line and got directed to another one saying itd be faster (it looked longer). The car behind me lined up where I was going to. Low and behold the car behind me got there faster indeed like I had guessed. Got tricked into the slower line. I just moved here from bay area and the place I used to go for oil change does it 10 times faster at least without any issues. Im in and out in less than 15 minutes. For most other types of businesses (restaurants, shops, etc) lines are always shorter in Elk Grove/Sac than bay area. Not this one. This is worse than bay area. Things like this is why I moved away from the bay. The oil change itself also takes 30 minutes a car. Where I used to go it takes 10 minutes (and no lines).I need to look for a new oil change place after this. Would welcome any suggestions.[Edit] Adjusted to 3 stars instead of 1 star for two reasons: 1) Fast response from owner, 2) Work performed correctly as far as I can tell so far.My recommendation would be for the staff who greets someone driving in letting them know roughly how long the wait will be. For a 1st time customer I could not have expected 3 cars in the line in front meant a 2.5 hour total trip. I wouldve appreciated a heads up and would come back another time instead of waiting.

This place is so slow got there at 7:45 and didnt leave there till 9:30 sat in line for over an hour waiting to have my oil changed I will never go back to this place again they were very disappointing and quoted me $88 and end up costing me $110 so anybody ever want to go there I would second think it because they are extremely slow

Very friendly staff! They try to sell you on extra services however they are not pushy about. I never felt pressured to add on extra services so it was nice and I appreciate that.

I waited 2 hrs for my oil change (busiest hours of the day) and still left extremely satisfied! Need I say more?

I really like them they check everything on the spot and tell you what is wrong with your car and give you estimate for how miles what kind of fluid you should be getting changed to keep your car in good shape.

My son and I went to Oilstop Drive Thru yesterday and when we drove around the corner there were three long lines of cars. At first I was like Im not going to wait for this, but we got in line and glad we did because the wait wasnt so long after all, and the customer service was out of this world insane!!! From the time we were in line to the time we got serviced and drove away someone was there answering my questions and explaining everything that was going on. If they found something that wasnt up to pat they told you about it, but they didnt pressure you to have it fixed right then. Great great place. Will be back to have a couple more things taken care of.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every time I go here the service is impeccable. Always offer you water tea or coffee while you wait. You never have to leave your car. Plus they dont try to sell you things they just let you know whats available. Today I got there 40 min before they opened and they made it a point to come out and offer me something to drink while I waited for them to open. They are just amazing

It was my first time and I was impressed! Very friendly service and was offered a cold water bottle which I gladly accepted - it’s hot out here! The mechanics are knowledgeable and informed me about things on my car that I didn’t know. The service was about an hour long which is pretty fast considering that they check all the car fluids, air pressure for tires, ac filter, and a ton of other things. I was charged 44 dollars for the oil change and 4 dollars for waste disposal. After tax and other misc charges the total was about 57 dollars. Overall, excellent experience in the comfort of my car. Just a tad bit pricey but if you got the money & want top service, I would definitely recommend you come here.

Im not sure how I feel about this place. I much prefer driving up and handing over my keys to a mechanic and waiting in a lobby. This pushed customer service norms and was almost annoying and intrusive. Im sitting in my car and youre up selling and asking to open doors and I just want to be elsewhere than in my own car. Ha. Onto the prices...even for a synthetic blend, it was roughly $20 more than I pay at the Hyundai dealership, After a $10 Yelp discount. But its a business and I understand. I just wanted to go elsewhere when I found out it was drive thru style and had to hear a bunch of guys hollering to each other and couldnt even roll up the windows because they wanted to ask me something every 2 minutes.

The slowest, and I mean the SLOWEST oil change I’ve ever had. Waited 2 hours and there was only 1 car ahead of me. $96 for what they claimed was the manufacturers recommended oil. Same cost $65 at another location. Again this place is slower than a glacier covered in molasses!

So happy with their great customer service. They check everything and offer additional services. They make it very clear that there is no pressure to buy anything they just want to give quality service. They give you reminder cards on suggested services. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got a coupon in the mail from them and thats what made me try them out. Since its first come first serve there will be a wait but the guys are very friendly. They offer you coffee, water, anything to make you feel comfortable while you wait and while your being serviced. They change your oil and check all of your fluids and if you go back within a certain time period, they will give you an oil top off free of charge. Cant say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

I didnt feel pressured to add on any additional services. The oil changer guy that was helping me mentioned that they are non-commission and I can decline anything they offer if I feel that I do not need it. They were very knowledgeable, and I will take my car back there in three months

Took forever (2 cars that had arrived after me were completely serviced before I got inside the bay) at least an hour and fifteen minutes, other than that, the employees did their jobs correctly.

Every time I go there the guys are always so nice and respectful of your choice not to purchase an extra service. They work hard and are always smiling. I have been going to this location for 5 years and will continue for all of my maintenance needs.

No appointment needed and quick service when you get through the line. They check all fluids and offer flushes. Theyre not pushy with the other services. They keep good records, so they know what to suggest if you go regularly. They lube up your door handles and hinges, and check your tire pressure. Excellent customer service. Only complaint is they dont rotate tires

Okay this place is awesome. They are attentive and offered me some water which was nice because today was a little hot for February. They had a coupon online for $10 off and offered an oil system clean for $13. $3 to clean it out? Absolutely!! They told me about all my fluids which is really nice. I didn’t take the offers they had but I appreciate them telling me all about my cars status. Overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely come back for my next oil change. And they gave me a coupon for my next visit. Plus it’s right near school and it’s convenient.

Love this place. The drive thru setup is so convenient. Theyre friendly, thorough yet quick without making you feel rushed. They always explain what theyre doing in a way I can understand (because I know nothing about cars lol). This is my place of choice.

Been going to the Oil Stop almost 3 years. Service is good and crew is attentive. The shop has always looked clean and well organized. Most of all I get to stay in my car the whole time and they never forget to offer a beverage which they bring to you.

Offered coffee immediately. Professional crew that makes eye contact and speech is clear and confident. I did not tell them I have mechanic knowledge and they explained everything they will be doing and why they do it, all while maintaining a stress and pressure free environment. This is the type of place I would send my girlfriend and feel satisfied she isnt being taken advantage of. Highly recommended.
