This is the ONLY place I go for a natural nail hot wax manicure. They do an amazing job every time. The hand and forearm massage - first with a scrub, then a cooling gel, then a creamy login that leaves to very silky is THE best part. Give yourself a treat and experience the yourself especially our you work with your hands a lot.

Got a fill and the $35 pedicure. Lilly took her time shaping my nails.. she gave a great massage, cleaned my toes up nicely, and made light and good conversation. Also suggested cute add-ons to my nails. Great experience!

Went here because my nail lady was busy “v” Victoria did my nails over charged me didn’t ask me if I wanted gel or regular polish. Of course she did gel and told me 15 dollars for gel I am a cosmetologist and I go to pro supply stores all the time and the gel is like 7 dollars. I have never heard of a shop charging that much for gel and her work was not all that! Very disappointed and I feel like I got ripped off I will not be returning!!! You should think twice before going there!

I definitely am done coming to this salon. I have come previously and Ive only ever had 1 good experience. This most recent time I asked for a basic gel pedicure - she only cleaned the cuticles of some of my toes, and when applying the polish some of my toes were still wet, and she forgot the top coat on my left foot, and the polish is uneven. I paid but I am very unhappy.

This place is definitely a hit or miss. I had one great experience which made me return and then made me give them another chance after a bad experience but never again. Save yourself the time, pay the same and actually get what you want elsewhere

Wont be going back. Ladies are so rude. I would rather pay more for a welcoming atmosphere. They also seem to rush through the job. The only exception to the above is Judy, who is pleasant and does a fantastic job. She takes her time, is pleasant, and makes you feel comfortable.

I enjoyed my pedicure experience with Ve tremendously. She was very sanitary, strong and thorough. My feet and lower legs feel amazing. I cant wait for my toenails to grow back. Thank you Ve. See you again soon !

This place is honestly a hit or miss. I’ve been here multiple times with my friends and sisters and it’s never been worth a 5 star. Sometimes they rush to get my nails done, then they file my nails so hard that it feels like it might just rip off the acrylic tips. I’ve had multiple employees do my nails here and some are nicer than others. In some cases, I have a friendly employee who talks and asks about my day as she does my nails and complements me. Other times, I have had this specific aggressive lady who feels like she’s going to rip my nails off when she does them and cuts my finger. So it’s really a hit or miss here. Still better than Nail Chateau around the coroner by the 24 hr gym.

Worst experience ever. I begged the gal not to use the dremel on my nails and she chose the roughest one she had and went to town. Totally ruined my nails, she didnt care. I asked her over and over not to do that, she proceeded on purpose. I should have walked out. Worst powder dip ever.Never setting foot in that place again.

I scheduled an appt with one tech and when I got there they gave me someone totally different. I came in the other day to do a gel manicure and within 3 days the gel was peeling off three nails. So I went in to get them redone and the nail tech insisted they weren’t peeling but I had to keep showing her them in order to fix them. Today it’s day 7 and the nails are all peeling again. My index fingers both came off completely and the others are coming off at the edges. I know gel is supposed to last longer but this set was such a waste of my time and money. And when I had redone them she didn’t even use the same color that I had. It’s shades lighter. They always do a rush job, leaving the gel bumpy, uneven and not a clean look.

Everyone is really nice here. I have never had a problem with my nails. Everyone I’ve had has done a great job!

I have been a customer for a year now. I love how they treat me. Ive also had nearly every girl there do my nails. Each one is equally as skilled. I definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE experiences in this shop! My little sister and I have visited this shop several times to give them a chance. They are very rude, dry and unwelcoming, ESPECIALLY TO PEOPLE OF COLOR. I have watched them interact with customers and they are nice to who they want to be nice to. I have had bad experiences from several nail techs in this shop. They are very rough with youre hands, my nails have bleed before from there roughness. I asked them to be more gentle and they were very argumentative and continued to be rough. They never asked if I liked my nails as well. And after I gave them my money they never even gave me a simple goodbye. If you are of color DO NOT come to this shop they will take youre money, but they will give you horrible service!

Judy has been my manicurist at Venus for over 15 years. I only do French nails, and I do gel. She does a perfect job every time.

They were open super early for a Sunday which is great for early risers. I was in at 10:10 am to get my eyebrows waxed and was out before 10:30 am. Excellent service and my eyebrows look amazing. This definitely be my new place to go.

This is one of the most horrible nails shop I ever went to. There’s lots of shops out there you can go to. This place gave me a pedicure made me bleed she kept digging into my toe I explain she was hurting me. They don’t understand English which makes it hard to communicate and understand. I reported them the licenses. I also paid her because they asked me to and they didn’t even finish because once I saw blood I was done.

This was the worst place I have ever gone 2 I have my nails done in French tip, not even the fake nails just painted on and the cost $30 each me and my friend had them done they were the crappiest nails the gel was thin my nails were flemsy and the corner chipped off as soon as we opened the door overall they were bubbly and rough. I dont suggest this place to anyone.

Ladies are all very experienced and very friendly. Very professional. My husband goes with me from time to time, hes enjoyed their services.

Been going here for 2 years they do very good work, clean establishment and always get me in and out!

My mother in law introduced me to this place several years ago and we would often go get pedicures. Super friendly and accommodating and always chatting it up together. After so many years of going, their quality just wasn’t as good anymore though. Each time we went my mil ended up getting the same gal and she would get sloppy and while maintaining her cuticles would cut her so bad she her toe kept bleeding. This happened more than a couple occasions. My mil is blind and I honestly think they would take advantage of that sometimes because she couldn’t see what they were doing. She would feel when something happened and ask them what happened but they’d try to cover it up like it was no big deal and try hiding it before I could see it. We stopped going and took our business elsewhere.

Really nice people. They were gentle with my hands and it was a good price ! My nails look great

***WARNING*** DO NOT GO HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! My daughter and I came here to get our eyebrows done and the ladies were so rough on us it was to the point they were cruel. My poor daughter was having her head pushed around, they didnt blow on the wax to cool it down so we got burned they did a poor job all the way around and less than 3 minutes later they were done, stole $14 dollars from us in 3 minutes. Do not go here save your money and go somewhere else. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I have went here for about 6 months but I have got passed around from person to person I went in on Friday and had a pedicure and fill pedicure was great but the fill 5 of my nails are stil bleeding she sanded my cuticles so bad they are bleeding and it hurts to move my fingers I have never had this much pain before

Beware they talk about you right in your face and if you walk in first they will service everyone else to get them to stay all those who came after you

Bought my wife a 100 dollar gift certificate for mothers day she came home said it was the worst experience shes ever had couldnt enjoy her pedicure they hurdled her in an out doing her feet and nails at the same time what kind of bull shirt dont go here its a waste of money

They are the worst nail place I’ve ever been to I got my nails done and paid 35$ and the next day they started to come off..

Have a language barrier when I called and she could not understand I was asking for a fill and a pedicure.
