This was the first time that I visited Glass Guru and I just googled glass shop near me to find them. Google maps took me right to their door. The young lady who took my order was friendly, and knowledgeable about their glass products. I only wanted one piece 1/8 glass cut to size so it wasnt a big deal but it is still nice to find staff that know their business. (Try to say that after you have been to Home Depot!) I ordered it one day and it was ready the next day. I dont work with glass that often but when I do I will definitely go back to Glass Guru

I first talked to Patricia who got the date set up for estimates. She is fantastic and efficient and represents the company in a very positive way.Miguel gave me a couple of estimates. So I went with a local company and am very pleased with the final product.Miguel and Steve did the installations and they are very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I had two sliding glass doors installed (one in my bedroom and the other in the dining area). I had an insert done in one of the glasses for my cat on the one door. Nicely done.I have no complaints about any aspect of the organization and highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are very knowledgeable and amazing! I called another place in town and sent the same pictures about our vinyl window separating from the glass and was quoted a new vinyl window? The Glass Guru looked at it and said they just need to order the adhesive from the manufacturer and got the job done for us! I also had them replace the track spring that broke after 15years on a few windows. Their pricing is fair and the technicians Miguel and Steve were friendly as well as Patricia in the front office. I highly recommend these guys for Window repair or replacement!

I had a door on it antique cabinet break, brought it here because I heard very good reviews the receptionist have promised me it be ready less than a week the week came I called it wasn’t ready. she was very rude to tell me it’s not ready. I went in to pick up my door 2 weeks later to hear the reception this tell me I thought you were done with this all I wanted was my door and to get out of here unbelievable that she can work for a great company like this. I called headquarters twice and my calls went on answered.

They were able to replace my glass so quickly!

Worst service ever!I had them come over and do a window inspection and after I paid them almost $2,000 and they had done the work they told me that they made a mistake and that more work was needed for another $395 I suggested that since it was their mistake we should go half and half and the manager who was very rude the hole time did not want to do it, I called another company and they did the work for $150.REALLY BAD SERVICENow the manager/owner says its a misunderstanding its call BAIT AND SWITCH

I purchased a s $1600 shower door from this placed and they sent a couple of teen agers to install it, using UTUBE to get instructions. They installed it backwards and had to return for re work and did a terrible job of installation with the glue all showing uneven and rough looking, the owner wanted to return a 3rd time to fix and I said HELL NO. THEY ARE NO GLASS GURU THATS FOR DAMN SURE..

Glass Gurus are professional, courteous, and responsive. I am a fan of any business that is considerate and sensitive to my time. Glass Gurus are “that” and more.

The man That answered the phone here was very rude. When I asked where he was located you just said no and hung up on me. Never again never will you get my business theres a lot of glass shops in Elk Grove
