Wonderful office. From the staff to the doctors everyone works really hard to make you comfortable. The office was very clean and felt safe during the pandemic. Doctors seem very honest and did a great job making me feel better. Highly recommend

I was in pain and was able to be seen same day. Front desk very friendly. Dr explained treatment in terms I was able to understand. Definitely recommend Case Dental Group.

I dont typically write reviews because I like to give business a fair chance to provide each individual with an awesome experience. I do however read reviews before I got to a business. I switch my childrens dentist to this dental office a week ago despite the reviews I seen in reference to over charging and hidden fees. My children went in for their first appointment & the young lady at the front desk advised me that it would be $85 for my son after he had already been back there for about 20 minutes. I probed as to why there would be a cleaning fee seeing as Ive never paid one before for myself or my children and my coverage has not changed. The young lady proceeded to say We use a special gel. I then asked the young lady if the fee is for the cleaning or the special gel & she advised it was for the special gel. I asked her if I can opt out of the special gel & can she just complete the cleaning (I should also say my childrens last dentist office put in a special protective gel, however it was included with the no fee cleaning) and she advised no. I will not be back in this office.Please go read the Yelp reviews and believe them. Its sad that theres no integrity here at all.

EXCELLENT!!! Great dentists (Dr. A and Dr. B), great staff, great location, easy parking. They take their time, very pleasant, and do an excellent job! So blessed to have found such a great dental group.

Within the last few years Case Dental has been getting worse and worse. The receptionists are literally never friendly, and when I come in every 6 months there are completely new hygienists every time. 3 weeks ago I had the WORST appointment ever. Went in for a cleaning and received a new hygienist in his 1st week. Didnt mind the slower pace during X-rays but it was the most painful cleaning, never been stabbed so many times! Kept saying ow and wincing but never got gentler. The doctor then asks this man to perform a deep cleaning on me - the brand-new person who was having trouble with just X-rays is now doing a procedure...did not go well to say the least. The next day the doctor performed the other half of my procedure and I realized just how TERRIBLE my first one was. The hygienist had injected me with a numbing substance several times around every single tooth and my blood pressure started to go up during it from the anesthesia - the next day the doctor tells me not to be afraid because its a TOPICAL numbing substance - which means I was injected with something I wasnt supposed to be. I also was given a yellow substance and was told it was an antibacterial but there was no mention or sight of this the 2nd time. Doctor did a great job and it was 100 times less painful than the day before, but not happy that this practice was so NEGLIGENT to allow a brand new person who didnt seem to have much experience to perform a procedure just to get it done. They should be taking more time to fully train and guide new employees, not just trying to fit people in. Will not be coming back.

We have been patients at Dr. Beheshtian’s practice for over five years. It is a top notch experience. He has hired the best employees, who are provided with state of the art equipment. The staff makes sure that you are comfortable as possible. I am never apprehensive about my visit. Everyone is friendly.Best dentist.

Great customer service!!! Great Dentist and the explanation of my insurance was amazing, they even told me what insurance will be best for me to get on open enrollment so I would not come out of pocket and they are no brokers for any insurance. They care so much about my health and the importance of my dental necessity, I was not embarrassed to tell them that I did not have all the money for what I needed and between the dentist and the sells person came with a plan what I can afford this year and next year and what the priority was. Thank you

Dr.B is great.The entire staff is friendly and very competent.I had 20 teeth removed and had no pain. I now have new dentures and the Dr. has made sure they fit great.Highly reccomend.

Dissatisfied. My daughter had a cleaning at case dental and it was fine. They told me to call back about a flipper she needed. I called and left message after message with the receptionist for the lab. No one ever called me back. Luckily I found a great dentist who made an appointment the next day and had the flipper ready in less than a week.

Best dentist Ive ever encountered in my life.Dr Beheshtian is careful, knowledgeable, and, has traits that are extremely rare in a dentist, he actually cares about you and the state of your teeth. This caring permeates the entire experience of getting treated there, from a careful and thorough examination (he actually takes voice-notes the entire was as hes going through your teeth for further reference) to suggesting multiple treatment options for the problems that he does find, to making triple-sure not to cause any unnecessary pain.As the guy in charge, this attitude spreads to the rest of the office - his staff is polite and helpful, wait times are non-existent, hygienists are gentle and nice.Ive been recommending him to all of my friends.

I am beyond pleased with everything about Case Dentist Group! I have had a bad experience before, and some bad work done on my rear teeth, so I know the importance of a great dentist. It is the little things and details that matter, along with everything else. I loved the cleanliness and all the team/staff at Case. While I was in the chair with Doctor Beheshtian, I felt genuinely cared about, comfortable and happy. I am a stranger to everyone here, but yet I felt loved. Super nice front desk and overly professional staff. I am blessed to have found them and I pray everyone will find the perfect Dentist as I have. If you have not found the perfect Dentist yet, then I can promise you that Doctor Beheshtian is the best denist/doctor ever!

I recently moved to this area, and am very particular with dentists, this office is clean, and the staff is definitely well trained and managed. Consistently excellent service with a professional and very friendly staff.

They seem to be more interested in how much money they can squeeze out of a patient. I received a statement of proposed services that didnt match what the dentist was telling me and didnt make sense.Talked to the Deltacare people and they said the dentist could disregard the insurance plan and do what he wants.

Had a broken tooth pulled, it was very professionally done with very littlelittle pain at all! Very clean and fast!
