Just got my HP all in one computer fixed! very honest and did a great job on fixing my computer that has power on issue! Best Buy told me that the cost of my computer might be the same as buying a brand new laptop and theres no assurance that they can fix it, so they told me to just throw it away and just buy new ones. I was so HAPPY and grateful that I decided to bring my computer here! Hamza took his time to figure out what was really going on and was able to fix my computer! VERY NICE PEOPLE & FRIENDLY, DEFINITELY WILL RECOMEND TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

This was my first time ever here and they went beyond and above to help me out with fixing my computer. It was pretty straightforward. Pretty much when I brought my computer it wouldn’t even turn on. Within like an hour the main tech guy texted me to let me the cost, and what needed to be done. He had my gaming computer fixed within that same day. Replaced the screen, cleaned it up and fixed some other issues. Told me exactly what had been done to it and what all the issues were. So pretty straightforward. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with their services and highly recommend them! They will be my go to from now on. And the good reviews are spot on which is how I found this place. Thank you again!

I dropped my laptop off yesterday evening, he gave me a quote and kept true to his word. Today, I got a call early in the day saying my laptop was done. Im impressed with how quick it was done and the quality is great! I was getting other quotes of $300-500, he did it for $150. Im very impressed and will return here if I ever need another repair. Cracked my brand new Dell/Windows 10 laptop. Called Geek Squad who wanted to charge me $85 to ship the computer to their main office just to receive a quote. Called Computer Repair in Elk Grove and told me to bring it in to see what he can do. Quoted me $130 and was finished in less than an hour and a half. 5/5

Brought a custom built PC in after it wouldnt boot at all, decided to bring it here to see what the issue was and if we could get it fixed.Brought it in on a Saturday and was told by Hamza wed have an estimate and answer by the end of the day that day or by the following Monday at the latest. Monday afternoon rolls around, absolutely no call back from the store. We figured he was just busy and waited until Tuesday to give him a call back. He told us that he still wasnt sure what the issue was and that hed need more time to look at it. Okay. We offered our thoughts that it was the motherboard causing the issue and asked for an estimate on what it would be to replace it. He said hed give us a call back.A full WEEK goes by with again no communication from Hamza at the store. No updates, no estimates, no help. We call him back every few days to the same excuses of I didnt have time or Im busy with other projects. We understand that, but at this point its been two weeks and theres no excuse. When you promise efficient service and then ignore your customer for two weeks, all the while those customers are placing blind trust in you with their expensive electronics, you need to be responsible as a business owner and either do the job as you say you will, or admit that you dont know the answer so we can at least take it to someone more responsible and experienced. Our PC is used daily for work and entertainment and to have lost two weeks of progress on repairing it to a sleazy PC business is beyond infuriating.On top of all this, at some point during this pointless two week long endeavor, someone also put way too much thermal paste on the heat sync and processor and got it absolutely everywhere on both. Cleaning that off also wasted more of our time.Do yourself and your PC a huge favor and avoid bringing them here at all costs. Try Geek Squad at Best Buy or another PC repair in Elk Grove or Sac because this place apparently does not have the proper staffing, proper time, or proper experience to identify and repair simple PC problems.Absolutely would not reccomend.

Grade computer store near elk Grove. They have a variety of products, desktops laptops and computer parts. I was surprised to find that they also sell a lot of Apple products I Mac, iPads and iPhones. They have good deals on used computer us as well as new ones. I have repaired my computer if you thought I was there and they have been always good and affordable compared to geek squad.

I left my 4 years old Lenovo Yoga 360 for WIFI connection issue. Laptop is in great condition except that it does not pickup WIFI signals. I am gonna pick it up tonight and will share my experience right here... stay tune.

I have used Kadi Computers for the last few years, I got my computers and laptops from there, and I also used their repair service.They have some great deals on refurbished computers and laptops... also some ipads at a fraction of the cost of a buying them brand new (they have Apple Mac too, which I think is cool).I like that they stand behind what they sell, you dont get that from other places who hide behind an all sales are final sign. These guys are honest and humble, which made me refer several friends and family members to them.I have learned that they do IT work and networking for homes and small businesses. They would be my first choice when I open my new office.Thank you Kadi, you guys have been awesome!

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The service fees are always very reasonable, they only charge 1 goat for downloading programs, i usually throw in an extra chicken because they do such good work. I highly recommend this repair shop. Once again my laptop was in need of repair, a new screen was needed, I was greeted by a young man who had recently completed swimming the english channel. My computer was checked out and i was given an estimate that was very reasonable. Within one hour I received a call informing me that my computer was ready. Kadi computers fixed my cpu with 3 bent pins that I did on accident myself trying to install a cpu cooler. And they did it cheap. I recommend Kadi computers to anyone.
