James was on time, helped me move them outside furniture and then worked the cleaner from 2am until 4pm. We have a 3/4 acre lot. He did an excellent job and took pride in his work. I will use them again and I highly recommend them .

Michael, my technician for removing and treating fine moss from my roof, was the best! He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and let me know how long he was going to be, letting me know that the outdoor furniture was not going to be in the way. He worked long and hard to complete the multi-step process, which included cleaning my gutters. The great service started way before Michael with the office staff and with, Chris, who first took my call and explained their service and made me aware of how they were different from their competitors. Pinnacle Pressure Washing is a fantastic, dependable company. Our shake roof was replaced in 2009 and debris has been removed over the years but not to the extent that would keep moss, and other things, from growing on it. (The house is directly under a giant Valley Oak Tree). The roof now looks like the day it was installed. I was also amazed at the amount of time that was devoted to cleaning the roof and to the clean up. Pinnacle, for all the work they do, is a great value.

Was looking hard for a pressure washing team that washed tile roofs. Finally found one, kind of a special trade. Any ways they showed up on time. This is a messy job as you can imagine. I was a little nervous about the clean up, because they clean out all the gutters and remove all the grime, mildew and fungus spores off the roof. They hosed it and wiped stuff that their washing landed on.My roof looks brand new. ImBeyond thrilled

I’m not good at writing reviews, but this review was well deserved. I utilized pinnacle last year for gutter cleaning and their professionalism was on point hence me utilizing them again this year.Scheduling my appointment was hassle free and after I made the appointment I received a confirmation text and email regarding my upcoming service. On the day of my appointment (12/23/2020) the technician came earlier than estimated which was fine by me and I received a text that he was on his way.Prior to him (I forgot his name, I want to say James...but that might me wrong) sorry. But prior to him starting we did a walk through and he showed me what he was going to do and we did another walk through when he was done. He cleaned up the debris when he was done and even blew some extra leaves off the walk way and driveway. I would definitely recommend this company again and again

Our roof was covered in moss, lichen and dirt. Habib spent the whole day up there and the roof is super clean now. After seeing how much work went into the job, Im glad I didnt try to tackle it myself. This company was referred to us to power wash our wood shake roof when we had our gutters repaired. Our 50+ year old roof looks almost new, all the years of crud collected in the groves and under the shakes have been removed and the moss growth killed. We now have 10-15 years left on this beautiful roof. Thank you Kris and team for a fine job!

Pinnacle did a great job cleaning our old metal roof. The tech was very careful to use the right pressure and not blow out any old seams. He was always cautious on the roof for both his safety and to prevent damage to our old house. Once completed, he dutifully washed the dirt runoff from the side of our house. Kris and his team were professional from start to finish. The price was very competitive with other bids obtained. The team that actually power washed my very large roof did a superb job. It makes the house look new. I was warned that this process creates a pretty big mess around the house, but you would only know that if you were there during the washing. After the job was completed all the debris on gutter, side of home, walkway and driveway were cleaned thoroughly by the team. For those of you who have never had this done and have a pool, remember to cover your pool before cleaning as a fair bit of dirt can accumulate in the pool. Would definitely recommend Pinnacle and would again if I need power-washing.Because of excellent service last year, we had Pinnacle out again. They cleaned our gutters and power-washed a wood gazebo. My roof and house looked brand new after completion.

David came out and pressure washed the patio in excess of 1000 ft.²… This concrete had not been touched for years and when he was finished it was incredibly beautiful! He did a great job, didn’t miss a piece and even added special conditioner to try to get some of the stains out of the concrete.Super impressed with this company and most especially David!
