Linda Luethy was wonderful!! She explained all my options to me, in detail, she was very personable and down to earth. She made feel very valued and comfortable. She spent time making sure I understood her and didnt make me feel rushed. Her customer service was exemplary, she also followed up with emails with all my proof of insurance and went above and beyond to contact my landlord regarding my renters insurance. Chris office is such a great place to do business. I have had the best insurance experience. Not only is State Farm a great insurance company, but the staff and Chris are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I had a claim about a year ago and it was handled and paid within a week of submitting it. I feel that this office is really on the ball and provides great service. I have been with Chris Gandys office since 1998. I have several policies covering cars, a motorcycle, house and an umbrella policy. I moved last year (2017) an hours drive from his office yet I will remain with his office.I bought a truck two years ago which turned out to be a lemon. The manufacturer purchased the truck and gave me a complete refund. I called Linda at Chris Gandys office about a loan for another truck. The interest rate is competitive and it includes Gap insurance. What really seals it is the customer service from Linda time and time again.Linda not only completed the paper work in a few hours, she drove an hour to the dealership (After She got off work) at about 7pm to drop off the check so I could complete the purchase. When I explained what was going on to the sales lady at the dealership and told her that Linda was bringing the check to us she replied, Wow, thats customer service.Thank you Linda and Chris.
