This guy is definitely a crook!!Horrible customer service Nvr showed up to any of my Appt’s and I made (5) individual Appt’s!! Who does that! Turned him in to the Bbb non- compliance!! DO NOT Patronize this place!! I WOULD NOT Evrrrrrr recommend this place!! #SrryButNOTSRRY!!

Dont waste you time here. I called to get my fridge fixed. Got authorization from the manufacturer that provided the price as well as labor. The guy Andre didnt follow through the company or scheduling my service. I have no fridge and he thinks its a great idea to waste my time instead of saying he didnt want the work. I called and emailed multiple time and he thinks it professional to text me he had a back injury. Doubt it since all this occurred within 2 days. Hard to find honest service and he is proof of that. If I could give this dude zero stars I would.

Called First Choice and told him issue with my washer. He said easy fix and scheduled for Monday between 12 and 3. No show. No call. When I tried calling got no answer. Extremely disappointed on poor communication

We have used First Choice Appliance for a number of years. Every time, they are responsive. If they cannot make it out the same day, then they are out the next day. The technicians are friendly and reliable. The repairs are made quickly, even if they need to get parts and the price is great.I highly recommend First Choice Appliance.

They never showed up to appointment. They are terrible with times and communication. I made appointment 2 times because they never showed up with no communication what so ever. Unreliable and wasted my time.

Found them on the web and they were able to do an appliance install the next day for a very reasonable price and quick! Will definitely call these guys if I need appliance installation or repair in the future.

First, they are the most cost effective. Second, I was running behind and Andrey came back. Third, he was kind, fixed the problem and didnt charge me more then necessary.

Showed up and didnt fix problem. Said they would call the tech and send him back. No one called back or showed up. Call again said he would have the tech call right away. Again, no call and no show. DONT USE THEM!!!

Andre came out the same day to fix my oven. He was very professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 min. I will definately call First Choice Appliance Service again for any future repairs.
