My family has been coming here for several years now. Every time we were assisted in the best possible way. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and ready to go out of their way to make your exam as comfortable as possible.

Everyone at this practice are very kind, caring, friendly and informative. This is a super busy office but they never make you feel rushed. You can see how they all work well together, value patient care and value their job. It was my first time using Bright Light Imaging but if I had to come back, I would 100% choose to come here. Its a distance for me but definitely worth it.

Everyone knows that a mammogram is an unpleasant procedure with some scare to get thefinal results. Your mammogram technician ( sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was so great, gentle and knowledgeable. Then ultrasound technician ( Iryna S.) did show her great experience. I was pleasantly surprised the doctor at this facility did review both tests immediately and came personally to reassure me that everything is OK.

I just want to say thank you for the excellent care we received at your facility the other day. The entire staff went above and beyond to help and care for us. I have been going to Bright Light for years for my mammogram. Everyone is friendly and caring and eager to help - On the phone and in person! Wait times are average- nothing to complain about. Special shout out to Judy who does an excellent job on my mammogram and is kind and caring and talks you thru everything she is doing. I highly recommend this place!!!

Bright Light was great. They took the time to take care of me and what I should except. The procedure was done on time. This was enjoyable experience and I would go back there myself along recommending this to anyone.

I’ve never been treated so poorly by healthcare staff before. When your front desk is in clear view of your patients, your front desk staff shouldn’t gossip about the people in the waiting area. Clearly they don’t care about appointment times and just enjoy wasting your time. If you enjoy poor bedside manner and being treated like you’re nothing, then it’s the right place for you.

Everyone is so nice here! They are also very good at communicating before, during and after any kind of test. The place is really nice and clean with a cute coffee area filled with a wonderful variety of flavored coffee and tea.

Keyuri Shah is such an amazing technician. She has such great bedside manner and had answers to all the questions I had. This is a wonderful facility and the prices for their testing is very good. Thank you again Bright Light and especially Keyuri.

You can improve by maintaining your lines.At one point the line was out of the main door.Be courteous. It takes no time to say goodmorning and to look at people.Also if someone puts ther ID and insurance in your hand, its takes no time to return the favor. Do not slide it on the counter.Customer service at your front desk is where you could improve. Its not enough to check someone in, make a connection.My image technician was very friendly. A connection was made whether small or little.The area was clean which is always a plus.I never received an email copy as requested. I had to retrieve it from my doctor. Which leaves the question why offer that service and not follow through?The fact that customers probably come once I would work on customer service. It could have changed how at least I reviewed the experience.

An easy scheduling processes, speedy registration, and all-around professional, qualified staff, in a super clean environment made for a simple, fast test experience. I will choose Bright Light whenever possible for all my imaging needs.

I got there early..i had to drive 1 hour away..they got me in the right time. Explained things to me. I was scared..cause I was getting the MRI for my eyes and they put a shield in front of my face and freaked me out a little. She took it off and gave me time.I did what she said and kept my eyes closedThey were very nice and kind

Because it was our newborn, they really made an effort to get her in immediately as it was semi urgent to get the ultrasound. Walking in, we were greeted, clearly and simply given instructions, then we waited for our technician. Now comes the best part, our ultrasound tech was so incredibly nice and patient. He answered our questions during the procedure and really made us feel comfortable.I also own a medical office and will now be sending all of my patients who need imaging to this imaging center.

It was my first time using this office. When I got there, I was greeted by the ladies at the reception and welcomed. I had to fill up some paperwork, which was easy forward. 10min later I was called in from the nurse, who could be a little more smiling or more welcoming, but I was taken to the MRI room and I spent about 20-30min in there where the pictures were taken. I had to wait another 10-15min afterward to get the picture CD.It was a pleasant experience and it could be A++ if the nurse was a little more tentative and more welcoming (who she did not feel like it at all)

Nice modern medical imaging facility. Check-in was a zoo and not the friendliest so minus a star. But docs like Ms. Payal, the dreaded injector guy, the MRI operator and associated techs were all very good, competent and caring.That needle in my arm sure ghosted me! 🤢

Very satisfied; registration, testing facility, everybody was very polite, kind and knowledge, no waiting.It was my first experience and I was impressed from the moment I talked to a person scheduling my appointment. She called me back as soon as the insurance authorized the test, she switched my appointment and I was able to get it 2 days earlier than scheduled. Very easy and swift communication.I would definitely recommend this facility and use in the future.

They called me numerous times trying to reach someone that is not me. I asked several times to be removed as a wrong number, and they are worse then the international scammers trying to get your info. Have some respect and remove people that are not the people you are trying to reach.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was updated, warm, inviting and clean. From heated robes to heated rooms they do all they can to put patients at ease and comfort.

My husband had CT scan two weeks ago. He has osteoporosis and herniated discs (found out during the previous CT and confirmed with his doctor and physical therapist) but Bright Light doctor didnt notice that. He stated that my husbands spine looks normal. Very funny if we didnt pay $500 for that. My husband went there, told them that he got wrong description and asked the doctor to contact him. Never happened.My OBY-GYN warned me many times not to go to Bright Light since their doctors do not have enough qualifications to read imaging. I didnt believe him, I thought he has to say that because he is affiliated with one of those big hospitals. I couldnt be more wrong. They are not qualified. Not to see herniated discs and osteoporosis? How this dr got his diploma?

Great Staff! Friendly and efficient. Very clean facility and allows for plenty of room for social distancing. Temperatures are being taken of their staff and all patients entering. They really are taking the time to make sure they are providing a safe, clean and friendly environment. Their imaging services are also very cost friendly. I would definitely refer friends and family here!

I did mammogram and ultra sound at Bright Light.I liked the facility and people in general. Receptionist, ultra sound technician and doctor were very kind.The self-pay price without using my insurance was very good compare to the hospital.Only thing I did not like about this place was that the mammogram technician didn’t wear mask properly. I tried to keep the distance from her, but it was impossible to keep a proper distance during the mammogram process and she exposed her nose entire time!! Plus, she had a very rude attitude.For my next appointment, I will ask for a different technician. If not, I won’t visit there again.

Me recent visit was for a Mammogram 3D and wow was I impressed. The place seems to be working at full capacity. Bright Light Imaging was friendly, well staffed, and efficient. They actually got me into my appointment a few minutes early. How often does that happen at a medical facility?The technician who worked with me was excellent. She was patient, explained things well and let me know what to expect regarding follow up.Bright Light seems to offer a full range of imaging procedures and based on my experience, they are now my go to facility for all of them. I highly recommend.

This is my first time having my mammogram done at Bright Light. The day of service, everyone was friendly and the technician was beyond excellent. Its been 5 weeks now, and I still havent received my results. I received a letter two days after initial mammogram requesting my prior medical records for comparison, which were sent via FedEx to them the following week, which they purportedly never received. I then personally went on May 28 and delivered them. I followed up 3 days later to check on status only to be informed we dont have your prior records. Needless to say, my patience was tried and after connecting me to someone else, they located them. It is June 16 and I am still waiting for results Inasmuch as I understand that during these times everyone is under great pressure and appreciate the facility being in the front lines, I am quite disappointed how long it takes to follow-up with patients.

So happy to have been referred to these professionals. Instead of existing to run more tests and run up a bill, they offer real affordable solutions. They’re doing a great job with precautions and they did a great job with imaging. If your doctor says imaging is needed I hope this place is a consideration. Best keep secret in MRI, CT, and X-ray. Their equipment was 20 years newer than the local hospital and 10% of the price. Take that, big med.

I’ve been a chiropractor in Mount Prospect for 44 years. I use the Elk Grove illinois office because that’s the one nearest my office.For years I sent my diagnostic studies to the local hospitals and was almost always disappointed. They commonly missed things that I would catch and have to call them. They also charged many times more than Bright Light Radiology and that’s a big factor these days with high deductibles.I also like that I can get any of the Radiologists on the phone to discuss a case in detail. My patients are always pleased with how they are treated so for me it’s a win-win.I would tell anybody if you want any kind of diagnostic study to go to Bright Light Radiology because their work is exceptional and their prices are impossible to beat. I have no reason to leave such a favorable review other than I value their services and depend upon them on a daily basis. In short I need this facility in order to properly diagnose my patients conditions. My motto is why I guess when you can test at these prices. Thank you for all your good work.

The girls working here the day I went were rockstars. There was a scheduling mishap, but they squeezed me in, they were really nice and professional from the front desk to the techs, there were people up front that could speak Spanish if needed. Very good experience.

My first MRI. Did not know what to expect. My visit was better than expected. My MRI tech (James) has to be one of the best in the business. Took time to explain the entire procedure in detail also great since of humor. Thumbs up to the entire crew at Bright Light!!!!

I had set an appointment for getting an MRI done w/Bright Light Imaging. I was supposed to be there at 10:30 am. At around 9:45 or a bit later I received a call from them asking if there was any way I could come in at 12:30pm instead. I said yes and when I arrived at my appointment time and checked in the women at the front desk gave me an envelope and said that b/c they needed to change my day around for them that they were very grateful and wanted to give me an Amazon gift card (which later I found out was the amount of $15 dollars!) for my trouble. Ive NEVER been to a Dr. or any type of medical clinic that was so GREAT!! Im not saying that just b/c of the gift card, even though that was really kind of them to do for having to switch my time. They were extremely nice and made me feel alright. I have a anxiety condition in which I stress out even to the point of having a seizure (when the stress gets to be too much) and my stress level gets really bad whenever Im in any type of medical place. But while I was there I felt as calm and cared for as I possibly could have. They made something that would normally be a really bad experience into something that wasnt a big deal at all! Im truly grateful for all they did for me that day!!

Check-in was a breeze, the staff was friendly, my appointments were on time, and the office was set up nicely for social distancing amid COVID-19. All staff and customers were wearing masks, seating allowed for distancing, and temperature checks were taken upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this facility to others.

I have been going to Bright Light on and off for a long time. Its easy to make an appointment. Theres ample parking. And the staff is friendly. (Not to mention its right next to a bakery.) At a hospital you have to stand in line to register...then you have to wait to get the test...at Bright Light its quick and fast. And it costs A LOT less than a hospital and doctors office.

Dont use their services. Front desk people are not professional. They wont schedule appointment if you have any health problems. Isnt that the reason why you go there? Their job is to schedule appointments, not to diagnose people!

They were friendly and accommodating. Two great combinations when you’ve got to lay very still for an hour. Definitely recommend.

Unprofessional stuff. Dont know how to talk to their new clients. There are a lot of other good places where you can go and do your CT scans or imaging.

If you are ordered to get CT scan or X-ray by your doctor don’t call this place if you feel sick! this place refuses to take patients. They don’t care about their patients. They only care about themselves. If you cough they won’t take you, you sneeze-they won’t take you, God forbid you have a fever- they won’t take you! No matter that you had few Covid tests done recently and you are negative. The only disease that they know about is Covid. I guess they haven’t learned anything about other diseases at school. At least front desk person knows only symptoms of Covid (I guess flu and cold don’t exist no more in 2020) Just go somewhere else. Don’t call them.

Refused to schedule a CT appointment due to having fever.2 negative Covid tests.Seen by multiple doctors all saying i dont i have covid.The exact reply was: Have you not seen the latest news? You have a false negative and you have covid. We can’t schedule you until you have been fever free for 4 days.Why even get covid tested when you can be diagnosed over the phone?Edit: Changed 3 stars. After writing this review I was contacted and they made it right.

I had my 20 week pregnancy anatomy scan and Christina my technician was wonderful. She was thorough and explained things just right with a happy disposition. The room was nicely decorated and felt warm instead of cold and medical.

My husband just called this location in order to get CT scan of chest that was ordered by his doctor. They refused to make an appointment for him because he has a fever. Doctor mentioned that my husband doesn’t have COVID. He had 3 tests done within last week!!!!!! In order to figure out why he has a fever doctor scheduled CT scan. PEOPLE can have other diseases than COVID! You have no right to diagnose people with Covid over the phone! This is so unprofessional!Someone can die here because you don’t want to do a CT scan! People should be scared not of Covid, but of medical stuff and offices that refuse to take a sick patients assuming they have Covid.

Im a military vet and only came for a xray that was paid for in advance. I made my appointment on time, to be treated like a homeless begger! Im so upset at the xray technicians questioning and treatment! This is unacceptable! I was even told if nothing hurts theres no reason for my visit? I dont have to tell them my issues, it is not there concern. I will report this.

I used this as an alternative to getting imaging done through my insurance bc it was a less expensive option. The Elk Grove facility was busy when I arrived. However, I was seen promptly, the facility was clean and felt updated, and all the staff was courteous and knowledgeable.
