I am not able to do zero star so I had to choose one. This company is unprofessional and I will not fall into their trap again. They cancel load whenever they find someone cheaper. They dont pay detention or layover. I went for this company to DHL and spend many hours than they said they dont pay detention on FCFS pick ups. Dont waste your time with this company. Everything in trucking industry to operate is expensive and those guys think that we only need fuel to drive a truck.

I’ve been working with Jessie at Fastmore for couple months now and haven’t had one issue with them. If there is an issue with me and their customer with trailer detention, I’ve gotten compensated for it..I love working with this company they keep my trucks busy and Jessie has always been straight up with me about loads that I have done for him. So far this has been one of my best business relationships I’ve had with a freight brokerage within the 6 years of me being in business. Wish a lot more were as good as Fastmore!

I have been working with Richard from Fastmore for about 6months now. He is a rather good broker to work with, and over the time I believe we have became great business friends. Their Tracking team is friendly especially Neli Martinez who always greets you with a friendly smile when answering the phone. Thank you guys for having such great employees. I recommended highly to book loads with Fastmore and always ask for Richard.

Richard Rinaldi is the worst, selling loads like he is selling goods at flea markets in Middle East.

Hauling for Fastmore Logistics has been a really chill experience. They are professional and helpful toward the carriers, and they work tirelessly to make sure every part of the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Transport can be unpredictable sometimes, and Fastmore really handles the unexpected with efficiency. Richard Rinaldi is one of the pros there and weve been really impressed with his ability to literally get wheels turning when necessary. Hes about as chill as it comes and he knows his way around the business. Its a pleasure working with him. Much appreciation to Fastmore for working with us and resolving situations. We will definitely be pulling for them again.

You book a load and you will never reach them again. Never replying to emails or answering the phone. For example today i have a problem with my load and they are not picking up the phone or answering the emails for over an hour. This is ridiculous and totally unprofessional. And this is not the first time its happened.

This company is Awesome to work with! My account manger Jessie has gone over and beyond to keep is super busy! He is truly an asset to Fastmore on every level! I highly recommend working with this company. We have hauled over 15 drop trailer loads with Fastmore. Only had one issue where the receiver told us the trailer would not be unloaded in the 72 hour window. Fastmore worked with us to get the load redelivered to a different facility and compensated us for the trailer detention and redelivery, even after we said we would redeliver for free to get the trailer back. They have always been fair with us and payments prompt.

If you have any chance - avoid working with that company. Rude. Unprofessional. 0 customer service. Lazy and slow

I have been working with Fastmore Logistics for 3+ years. Throughout the years we have hauled many loads throughout the Midwest. We all know in this industry you can run into some mishaps but there is always someone there to help you out. Irena has been one of the best brokers. She is always there to help even when shes not in the office, only a phone call away. I highly recommend booking some loads through Fastmore and ask for Irena.

Do not haul Chep pallet loads... Get to Joplin General Mills. Guard tells me its gonna be about a week to unload. Broker tells me they will try to make them rush it to the 72 hours or less we agreed on. If it goes over 72 hours. They offer a smack in the face 50.00 a day. The Truck payment is 2400.00 a month not including insurance. Waste of time and money. Never again. Update-- 8 days of loss revenue. Our trailer is not a storage unit. If they want storage they should pay for it. We do not rent trailers.

Very wrong app sistem. Tends to put too wide time frames for the multiple stop loads ( example: first drop from 8am-3pm, second drop 2pm-8p; actually when you are at delivery point they made you wait because your app is actually at 8 pm and you are losing whole day waiting at the door! )

I had a horrible experience working with this company! Esteban Vega is the broker we book load with. Agreed for $1000 rate from Newark, NJ to Louisville, KY, it’s around 800 miles driving. After load was delivered safe and sound, they refused to pay $600 dollars out of $1000, that is %60 deduction. For WTAT? And the guy who call himself Nick was very rude and basically said you can do whatever. THEY LIARS, BE AWARE, DON’T WORK WITH THEM!!! THEY WILL STILL YOUR MONEY AND TIME! WE WORK HARD FOR THIS! Will complain credit bureaus and etc. It’s actually crime.

Was told to drop trailer at the receiver and was told to we will get compensated after 72 hours. Trailer was emptied out after 8 days and broker Richard Rinaldi denied to pay shortage even though we had everything notated in the emails.

DO NOT USE, WILL TELL YOU DROP TRL FOR 48-72HRS AND THEN WILL HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU WHEN YOU CALL THAT TRL IS STILL NOT UNLOADED AFTER 3-4 DAYS.

They won’t pay you for the demurrage time I spent over seven hours at a shipper never got paid for it even though I had documented my arrival time and departure time stay away from these guys unless you are planning on not getting paid for the wait time

Good morning I called on a posted load that seemed to be still available and was dismissed. I was hung up on by a person by the name of Richard. I feel this was unjust and should let my fellow drivers know. I’m not upset business is business.

Good quality business every time we book a load with them..

We have ran many loads with Fastmore. Two months ago, we encountered a breakdown on a major long-haul in the worst area, at the worst time. We did our due-diligence by providing them with immediate notification, frequent updates along the way, 100% accessible plus images of the repair and service receipts. We were reassured, verbally, that our rate would not change due to the delay then got hit with an unexpected large short-pay and no immediate response on the dispute (coming from a trusted partner, I was shocked!). I called for a follow-up and Alex Paleweski carefully reviewed my profile and apologized for the mix-up and delay. Mr. Paleweski was professional, polite, considerate, and prompt. He immediately CCd Brittany in accounting and even she was immediate in her solution. We encourage others in the industry to use this as a teachable moment. 911 Expedite Inc. is pleased with the quality of service and look forward to maintaining our mutually beneficial business relationship!

Best Logistics company around. Ive worked with many companies and they are by far the best. I wouldnt trust anyone else for my logistical needs.

BAD, BAD, BAD!!! Worst company we had to deal with! Greedy lying crooks! Dont deal with this company unless you ready to do it for free! Double brokering loads and not paying! Make sure you check with the Shippers. They will pay you $100 for ontime delivery but READ THE SMALL PRINT where it says 30% from total rate if you are late!!! They dont care about ELDs or DOT regulations, they would push you no matter what and that is not legal for sure! We are reporting them to every credit bureau to warn all carriers of their fraud!

AVOID ...0 start, double brokered the load..sended me to the wrong shipper, then said to go to another..after 3 hours they have no idea whats with the load ..why its double brokered and dont even pay TONU. Do noy work with them.

Lies lies lies. Told us the delivery time would be 10:30 am on Thursday. Arrived on time to find out delivery time is 10:30am on Friday. Thanks for the whole day lost. Truckers beware.

Id give a lower rating if I could. Refused to pay TONU after my driver drove 200 miles to the shipper. If you ask me it seemed very fishy and unprofessional!
