If I could give this company a zero I most definitely would. I’ve been on hold for hours on end several days in a row, they say the quickest is going on the chat but no agents are on the chat! I need to talk to someone about my shipment and no one is answering. I’m very frustrated! I will NEVER use them again over my dead body.

I wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star. They are awful and now that I know Walmart uses this company for shipping I will never order from Walmart again. The tracking info is incorrect. The last day of movement with my tracking was Sept 5 with no other updates. My item in my tracking says I will be receiving a main stay shelf. However I ordered a TV. I tried calling Estes right away no answer. I finally get ahold of a live person on September 9 the day before delivery she say she has to talk to the shipment dept and she would reach back out to me but my package was to be delivered today September 10. I check the status of my tracking online and still no movement. I call to confirm my delivery, the rep says my package isn’t getting delivered today I need to schedule a different delivery day. Now I’m beyond annoyed and pist the rep hangs up on me. So I call back only to get told by the other rep she needs to reach the shipment department. They won’t cant resolve the issue to mon or tues. I’m moving tomorrow I told them. They tell me to take it up with Walmart.Update the shipping department just called to tell me they don’t know where my item is. Give them until maybe Monday or Tuesday to locate the item or I can call Walmart to cancel my order. Are you kidding me. This place is ridiculous. How are they even in business. Walmart lost me a customer as long as they continue to use this place.

This company is a nightmare. Horrendous service. It does not matter if you have a scheduled appointment, they will miss the appointment and reschedule when convenient for them. Large retailers, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not use EFW for your last mile delivery/return services. They are simply the worst and they will tarnish your brand due to poor service.

Worst shipping company to deal with bar none.They have failed to deliver two scheduled deliveries and will string you along with promises of tomorrow or other nonsense.Calling is a 45 minute hold before you can talk to a person and online chat will timeout before anyone acknowledges you. I would give this company zero stars if I could. Seriously do not know how this place has such good reviews as they do given how awful of an experience I have had with them now several times. First time around they never delivered my order, when I called they said they would get it shipped out ASAP yet failed to deliver it again and I had to call yet again. They then proceeded to say they lost it and wouldn’t be able to deliver it at all. I had to end up reordering the product, to which they cancelled my original scheduled delivery on this new order. They then failed to deliver it the second scheduled time. Now I am waiting for them to deliver it what would be the fifth time but have still not received the product. The delivery is horrible and if you try using their online chat feature no one will get back to you. You have to call and hope someone actually gives you correct info on your order.

I was extremely happy with the delivery service all around. I appreciated the several emails updating me about the status of my delivery, and of any updates to time frame. The package arrived on time and without any damage.

Absolutely appalling customer service havent spoken to a real person throughout this process. My delivery is currently 2 hours late with no update. I was on hold the other day (the original ship date) for over an hour and waited for a live representative on the computer for 30 minutes with no response. Then I get an email with a completely different tracking number than I had originally had. I am going to report this company to the BBB because they are awful! No help whatsoever and the tracking is a joke at best. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP!!!!Add edit: it is now 1045 pm and have not seen nor received any communication about my delivery.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. I bought a pool from Walmart and Estes was contracted to deliver it. They gave me an appointment on a Thursday between 12 and 4 for delivery. I waited, it never came. I called the next day and was on hold for 45 minutes only to be told that Id get a call back later in the day once they figured out what happened. I waited, no call back. I called again the next day, waited on hold 20 mins to be told that I would need to reschedule but that department was closed and Id have to call back on Monday. I called back on Monday and scheduled another delivery appointment for the following Wednesday between 1 and 5. Wednesday rolled around, I waited, no delivery. I called and was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes only to be hung up on. Still no pool, and still no answers. Terrible customer service. If I could rate a zero, I would. It doesnt even deserve one star.Edit to add: Was contacted today after leaving this review and ensured that the pool will be delivered today between 1 and 5....and it was. The entire process from start to finish was still an unbelievable headache but at least its over now.

The email and text delivery updates and notifications were prompt and very helpful. My treadmill was delivered on the expected day, in the expected window of time. The 10 minutes out text was especially appreciated as I was able to get my mask, jacket and shoes on and also get my dogs put away so they didnt bother the delivery personnel. The driver and his lifting assistant were courteous and professional.

Overall a good experience with the company. Dispatch was professional and prompt. The driver was considerate as to where I wanted the delivery placed as it was 207lbs. The time window for delivery obtained from the phone call and what the driver had written on the invoice were not the same. That wasn’t an issue for me as it was a home delivery for a personal item. Also the delivery date was rescheduled for several days later but with the current situation and being a holiday week it was totally understandable.

ESTES did an excellent job delivering a 400 pound product. Great calling, communication and overall courteous and professional delivery. Freight is a tough field and ESTES came through. No issues. Mb

Terrible communication and customer service. They missed my original scheduled delivery day and left me on hold for over two hours before I finally gave up. They called me the following day and told me the item was damaged. No big deal, but I could have been told sooner. I contacted the company I got the product from and they said they would contact EFW and tell them to still deliver and told me to contact them as well. I did and I havent heard anything from EFW about it. I will not recommend this shipping service to anyone nor will I ever use them again.

This delivery service was very easy to communicate with, called on time and got here super fast! I tried purchasing an elliptical with another company that used another shipping company and they tried for WEEKS to deliver my item and always had an excuse and/or never contacted me when they would try to deliver. My thoughts are their drivers had criminal records because they could never get on our military base where I live like other shipping companies easily can (as long as youre not a convicted felon).It was a relief when Estes delivered my item with zero issues. The gentleman who delivered my item was also extremely professional, fast and friendly.Thank you!!

I had a treadmill delivered to my house using this company and they did an excellent job. The employee was kind and put the item exactly where I wanted it. He even asked to take the pallet it came on with him. The only reason I didnt rate a 5 was because they called to let me know my delivery was on Friday and I told them that date wouldnt work for me i needed to reschedule for Monday. They said okay and set up a time with me for Monday. I get an email Thursday stating my delivery is set for Friday. I had to call them and make sure they rescheduled it like I asked before which I had no problems getting it rescheduled

Not a 5 because they didnt arrive on the first appointment date. I called and they apologized and schedule a new appointment.When they arrived they parked down by the road instead of trying to negotiate a tight driveway and risk damaging landscaping. Then they carried the freight all the way up to the house (about 300 feet). They were helpful, friendly, and were wearing masks.

The Delivery driver went above and beyond! He was very plight and friendly. He helped my husband (who had recently had shoulder surgery) and myself (who’s back is hurting) get the treadmill inside our basement. He did this without knowing we were hurting! I told him that he was answered prayer! What a relief it’s not just sitting outside or in the garage! Great service!

Customer service (dispatch) accessible by phone many times over the couse of several days in making individual arrangements for delivery in a very rural area. Rural means if it doesnt get delivered you end up waiting another 7 to 14 days. Dispatch knew where their trucks were at all times and was very willing to share that information with customers allowing me to keep the person signing for my delivery informed so he didnt have to wait around all day. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful in placing the large heavy object right where I needed it to be for unpacking. Thank you. I hope I get the pleasure of your delivery services again.

Shipment is 2 days late and cant get ahold of anyone. The few times someone actually picks up just puts me on hold again. I just talked to a woman who said my shipment was sent to their agent and they couldnt get ahold of them, so she didnt know what to tell me. Seriously?

Estes delivered my large patio table i purchased from Hayneedle...great customer service and delivery service!

Service itself was great, with multiple notices about delivery day and time. They themselves were great. However, in transit, my box did get pretty roughed up.

My 200lb. elliptical machine was delivered on time, safely. The courteous driver provided updates and placed the box where I wanted it!😛

Delivery window was 10am to 2pm. Truck pulled up at 10:05! This was a heavy and large item, delivery was perfect. No damage to the box or item.

The 2 guys delivering were very nice & helpful. They wore their masks and showed us respect when helping us with this large package.

All in all the 2 guys who delivered it did a stand up job. Communication was tough at times between the efw control tower at times, but once I scheduled my date for delivery everything else went smoothly.

The EFW driver was a very kind man and he duct taped the box my grill came in where it had been ripped open from transit with Target prior to arriving at EFW for the final leg of transit to my home, the delivery location. The EFW driver was very polite and confirmed I could reject the delivery if I felt the goods were damaged and I did see the goods as visibly damaged so I rejected the delivery. Target is working to provide a replacement product but I am truly happy with EFW because of the drivers transparency and assistance. He deserves a raise.

I received both email and phone call with an automated voice message saying that our order would be delivered between 8 and 6 on 3/19/2019.Our package never came. So I called EFWN shipping. The lady on the phone stated that people have been getting these notifications and they arent accurate. She told me I needed to call back and schedule a shipping appointment. She also couldnt tell me if or when it would arrive. She was also unable to get me to speak to someone who could explain what was going on. She just kept telling me to call back.She was friendly and its not her fault she wasnt able to help.Youre a shipping company giving false information on arrival windows. Thank God I didnt take the day off waiting for it when I got the appointment window. And now Im expected to call you guys to fix the problem instead of costumer service making it right? Read and take the bad reviews as fact. I had an item shipped from Horizon Fitness (treadmill). When I received the shipping notification, I went on to EFWs tracking site and signed up for updates.14 days after it shipped, I still had not received any updates. I contacted them via phone and after going back and forth with the customer service, I had her put her supervisor on the phone. The shipment arrived in my area the day before (13 days after shipment). I asked why I had not been updated or contacted for delivery, the supervisor did not know. I asked if there was someone I could speak with to get a status, she said that was the status that they were being told from the warehouse. She stated I would receive a call to set up a delivery date in the next few days, which would results in another few days until I received it or about 20 days from ship date for an item that was supposed to be RECEIVED 1 to 13 days after shipping. The lack of correspondence (updates) and general incompetence of EFW personnel involved are embarrassing. Avoid them. If you dont you will be in my shoes writing a terrible review.*** 1/3/2020 Update: So, I received the package on 2 Jan 20, 24 days after it shipped. I was contacted by EFW via phone after posting this review and then again the day after the local shipper contacted me (23 Dec 19) about setting up a delivery date. End result is that the delivery service is significantly slower than what is advertised (1 to 15 days). If you are good with getting your shipment in a month, more power to you.

Excellent and Fast Delivery!!

We were supposed to get a delivery on 4/24/19. I and the recipient of the order was notified it would arrive between 7 and 5. No other information was received even though the order never was delivered on the 24th. I started calling the shipper early on the 25th to see if it would be delivered that day. I talked to 4 different people throughout the day and got 4 different answers as to why it was not delivered. But still no phone calls or emails from the shipper and no delivery. Today the 26th we cancelled the order and the company that was the sender got another explanation as to why it was not delivered. I understand companies have problems but why not be honest and just explain the situation not keep giving the runaround. I never have any reason to use shipping companies and I sure would never use this one.

It was my very first experience using EFW service and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. We purchased a big item from Walmart and the item was being handed over to EFW. It was scheduled to be delivered on July 10th between 1:00-5:00 pm. Since the delivery required signature and both my finance and I work far away from home, I called in to request a no-signature delivery. I was told that Id need to talk to Walmart, which I did and was redirected back to EFW. I finally was able to have a three-way conversation with both Walmart and EFW representatives and they said they would waive the signature. On July 10th, while I was at work, I got a call from the driver telling me Id need to come home to sign for the package. I tried explaining the whole situation and it went nowhere. I called back after a few days to reschedule the delivery. They never showed up on the confirmed date without any explanation or advance notice. What is worse, that happened one more time!!! When I finally fed up and called Walmart, I was informed that EFW decided to cancel my delivery right after their first failed attempt to deliver on July 10th. I just do not understand why the communication was so ineffective and dishonest. It is unacceptable that I had to take off work twice to be stood up like that. I am so disappointed at EFW service that I feel less confidence in doing business even with Walmart in the future.
