I have been working with Atlas/Toyota for the past couple of years and they do an awesome job from a sales and service perspective. Both Tom Varilek (Sales) and Brian Cunningham (Service Manager) add a very high level of professionalism to their dealership. I know when I call, more times than not, they answer the phone. They are very responsive and will get back to you in an expedient manner.Secondly, I recommend this dealership for its service department. Our Tech Steve Smith does a remarkable job keeping all of my forklifts and material handling equipment up and running, and we all know how important uptime is. He keeps me up to speed on all repairs and is very quick at making them!All in all, this is a great dealership to work with. I highly recommend them!

Your shop/parts manager cant identify relays when you bring him a sample...Probably shouldnt be a manager if he cant i.d. basic parts used on every single one of your lifts.
