He is prompt, amiable, professional and explains everything in elementary terms with various members of our organization so that we understand what is happening. Attended Open House. I knew several people in this vendor over a period of years back around 2005 to 2009. They have grown alot since then. Sales staff numbers upwards of 20 +. Tech staff supporting equipment; Software & paperless processing analysis staff seems very knowledgeable. They are also offering various cloud applications and storage services. All in all ISBS has been busy staging themselves to meet the digital imaging, and cloud based needs of the broader small and medium business community in the foreseeable future.

I had few issues with the copier and had technician look at it, but was saved by Shariq. He was right on point and explained step by step on how and why certain things needed to be changed. Stayed with me until all problems were solved. He saved the account for I was almost ready to cancel. Had a few issues with our copier and every time Shariq S. was able to remote in and fix the issue in no time flat! I cant speak for anyone else there, but he has saved us countless times. I would recommend ISBS solely on his ability.

I have worked with ISBS for a few years now. They have always been very helpful whenever I have an issue with our big office printer (savin MP C3004, which works great!). Shariq in IT has helped me on several occasions. He is always very responsive with any questions or concerns I have. I have ordered paper supplies with Claud on a few occasions. I was able to describe exactly what I was looking to print and he helped find the right type of paper for my project and custom cut it for me. Lastly, my rep John is a really good guy as well. Whenever I have a question about my contract and when I wanted to renegotiate it he was incredibly helpful. Great company, good people. Happy to keep working with them.
