Very nice repairman good prices they cleaned my air ducts.

It was a simple basement window replacement. The two people who did the work were on time, seemed to do good work and cleaned up after they finished. I am happy with the results

Very slight change in the windows I replaced thru Sears 8 years ago, but aesthetically youd never know. Love the customer service and install team. Huge improvement in utility bills by upgrading windows.

I normally do not write reviews but this one is worth mentioning. The technician (Hani Dankha, tech id# 634006) that came to our home on 5/17/19 to repair our central air unit is absolutely AMAZING! His communication and follow up skills through this entire process were nothing less that impeccable. We had a couple of different techs out prior and not that they did a bad job but they didnt fix the unit or communicate the way Hani did (which left me extremely frustrated and mad). I cant count the number of times they were out to fix the unit only to have it work for a short period of time (and I mean working for about 40 minutes) and then fail again. I am in the service industry and understand how difficult it can be at times! Thank you Hani for providing outstanding customer service!

Have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed for some time now with this company. Almost a full month and multiple service calls later I am still stuck with a broken fridge. We have had 2 repair men come out already on 3 different occasions. Twice showing up in a rush to leave telling us we need to order parts before anything can be done. When said parts came in repair man came to fix the fridge and didnt run diagnostics afterwards. Fridge now wont go below 50 degrees and is most likely needing another part. Currently waiting on the fourth visit just for them to order parts and have to wait on another service call to get it fixed again. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

Sears Home Improvement was the absolute worst job ever - no professional laborers...Jennifer Martin is clueless about home improvement and concentrates only on scamming the customer with hard sell tactics. Im lving with my costly mistake. Sears is so over-priced esp condiereing lack of quality workmanship. Crooked wall tiles, granite does not have a smooth surface. Left a mess with grout all over the floor - just hid it under the stove. Electric outlets had holes around them and not straight. Dont use them - waste of money.

Initially the sales consultant was very attentive and helpful. Although it took him literally 5 hours to close the sale. We were exhausted by the time it was done. He assured us we would have a wonderful experience from beginning to end on the project, even giving us his cell number if we needed anything. After he left there was very little that went smoothly.The finance company was very disorganized. Every time I had contact with them I spoke to a different person and each person had different things I needed to provide. It took days and when approved they told me I would be contacted by Sears for an appointment to do the siding and that took almost 2 weeks.The sales consultant contacted me and told me that the city said I needed permission from my homeowners association to get a permit. I dont have a homeowners association. I told him to ask to speak with the persons boss as they had confused my subdivision with a neighboring subdivision. I asked to be notified when the permit was obtained. After a week and a half I called the sales consultant several times- he never called me back. Finally I dug through the paperwork and called the production consultant. Through this whole process he was the only one that I would say was great to work with. His name was Paul and he always returned calls.The project itself took 3 times as long to complete as the sales consultant said it would. He said once the project started they could do the siding in 2-3 days. That was yet another mistake uttered by the sales consultant. As well there was almost double the amount of siding at the job as needed. Did we pay for part of someone elses job? Then there was an error in the estimate regarding soffit and we needed to talk to the sales consultant. We tried for days and only received a call back once we called his boss. If the sales consultant had treated us as the production consultant did we would recommend Sears. The sales consultant seemed to only care about the sale and after that was pretty painful to work with. In addition we walk away feeling like the job probably shouldnt have cost as much as it did because of the really excessive amount of product brought to the job.
