Excellent job on my 2014 Chevy Sonic rear bumper worked with Steve Franklin spoke with him last week Wednesday got me a quote with in a couple hours dropped it off Sunday night they began work Monday and they were done by Tuesday afternoon. Fair price excellent work and a pleasure to work with and great communication! I highly recommend for any body work needs they even detailed the inside of my car and trunk as well!

Ive been going to Rolandos for four years now and Ive always had positive experiences there. I love that they are owned by a local family. Everyone has always been friendly and honest and I feel like Im dealing with friends.The first time I went in, it was because I failed the emissions test. They were able to take me right away and fix the problem without costing a fortune. Recently, I brought my poor old mini-van in for a once over, as I knew I had a few problems. They did find the multiple issues, but clearly explained what were safety concerns and should be fixed and what could wait. They understood that I was concerned about price and was prepared to drive the van until its last breath. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to do the most important work but also give me options for the future, all while keeping my safety in mind.I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment and let them know if you are in a hurry. It can sometimes take a bit longer than expected. I will definitely continue to bring any future cars to them. Its worth my peace of mind, even if I may have to wait a bit longer.

Rolamdos are awesome. Replaced my clutch fan on my F550 in record time from drive in on a saturday morning and at a great great price. Helped with rental amd ride to my hotel. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ANY DAY AMD TWICE ON SUNDAY.

The gentleman that work here are truly gentlemen!!!! Respectful and kind. During these uncertain times it really helps to know that when you take your car in you are getting not only excellent service but exceptional precautions for your health and safety. You are not allowed to enter without a mask, the workers all wear them too. If you use a pen there is a different cup to put your used pens in. They clean the car inside and out. (I’m a busy mom who used to always be on the go,lol) my car looks better now than when I bought it form Carmax if you can believe it!!! And, it smells amazing. Being a healthcare worker and having an asthmatic daughter has made me extremely careful. It really put my mind at ease at the great lengths Rolandos does through to make sure everyone is safe during these scary times. Finding an honest auto mechanic scares most people. I took my car to other places that wanted to charge me for services I did not need and way more for the actual job I wanted done. Rolandos patiently explained to me what was the matter with my car and gave me the best price out of 4 other places. On top of that, they were very fast and do a great job communicating with you on the status of the job. Its nice to know there is a local car shop you can trust. I will definitely be going straight to Rolandos next time I have a car issue.

Bait and switch.I emailed for a labor quote on brake pads and rotors, had my own parts. We agreed to a quote, and a repair time of about 2 hours.I get there around 11am and they tell me they got busy so itll be done before 6pm. Thats much longer than 2 hours. Then they tell me that our agreed upon quote was only for the front pads and rotors installed, and the price would be DOUBLE the initial quote to do the rear as well.I took my car and left.EDIT IN REPLY TO OWNERS RESPONSE:RJ,I have worked extensively in Automotive sales and service in the past. When someone asks for a brake job, you dont respond with a quote for HALF a brake job. Especially without even prefacing. No establishment does this. None of your competitors did this when I emailed that same email to them. Nor have I ever quoted in this manner to a customer either. At best, your email would have read $115 for front and $115 for rear. Instead, I was given a price that got me in the door, and was given a price for double on arrival. I do honestly feel this was a bait and switch, with all implied connotations there in, and I do stand by my initial review.

Best family-run mechanic Collision Body Shop there is in this whole area everybody in charge is competent, friendly helpful and prices are reasonable Ive had three different things done to three different cars and every time the work has been excellent Im extremely happy with the service and these folks are really nice people they have the facilities state-of-the-art equipment and fabricators to do whatever you need done including one off Restorations, rebuilds, Resto mods bumper kits and whatever else you can think of. Go see Ricky in the body shop if you need him, he will take good care of you. As well as everybody else there. To sum up, excellent people, excellent place!

I have been taking my car to Rolandos for several years now and they always have amazing customer service. Rachel, Anish, and everyone in the Gomez family provide a great experience from start to finish. My car has needed work on both the mechanical side as well as in the body-shop and everything they have helped with has turned out great. I highly recommend Rolandos.

They have NO clue how to fix BMW cars.I dropped off my car for estimate firs and repair and found out that they will try to replace part by part until they find the P code issue.I asked to not to replace my oil but they did replace it, synthetic with regular oil and put sticker on my windshield. In BMW you need to reset the computer after oil change NOT go around with paper sticker which proves Rolando is run by armature mechanics. Who replaces synthetic with regular oil, dumb people? On top of it they charge arm and leg for they service so you may think you getting quality work.

They did the highest quality repair and paint work Ive ever seen. It was on a high gloss black car, which is the most difficult finish to get right. And did it at a great price, with the best customer support as I have ever experienced at an auto service shop of any kind.

Totally disappointed in thier services. The audio installer told me my would be ready for the 4th of July. Not only was my car not ready but they charged me $95 an hour and did exactly what they wanted to do instead of what I wanted done. I didnt ask for my amps to be put on the back of my speaker box but this was done to run up the hours. My system wasnt ready so I took my car only to find out that they lost the remote to my radio. I also came for a consultation and the installer saw that that my vehicle was previously wired and still gave me his word that my vehicle would be done on the 4th. It doesnt take 1 1/2 days to remove wires. I was charged $1600.00 and the car wasnt half way finished.

I tried a few other places and I always felt like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars.A friend told me they had been taking their car to Rolandos for years, so I figured I would give them a try.Immediately I could tell the quality care they provide. They take the time to explain everything to you. Then, when the bill came, I was pleasantly surprised with their pricing. They didnt add any additional fees or extras that always brought my bill up at other places.As for customer services, you can tell it is a family run business. I dont know exactly how many family members work there, but it seemed like there were at least 5. I love the family aspect of this local business. My first experience with Rolandos Auto. I chose to try them based on high positive scores from Google reviews. Heater wasnt blowing hot air. They checked it out and it turned out to be a loose cable. They only charged me $50 to fix. Im completely surprised with their honestly. Good first visit will keep me coming back.Fourth visit the service was great again but I felt like one of the sons of the owner who rang me up overcharged me. Usually its one of the service employees and they are super nice and friendly. The work took half an hour to change a fog light bulb in my Acura MDX, I was charged $120. I think he decided to charge me for the entire hour. Seems greedy to me.

Rolandos did a horrible job on My car... I was there a little bit over 6 months ago. Wasnt going to write a review but, figured I could help others before they waste their money on garbage... I had My car painted by Rolandos, got the call a few days later that it was ready. Looked good when I first picked it up. Washed it 3 days later, the car had Swirl marks all over... They painted the passenger side and it doesnt match the other areas of the car. I guess some auto shops use use spray wax or other products to temporarily cover mistakes rather than buff and wax like they should. I was told they did everything the way it was supposed to be done. They told Me 2 bring it back. So I did, when I picked up a few days later did the same thing. Loked good, then waited a few days to wash, then BAMMMM. Swirl marks all over.... Better off going to Maaco. I only went to Rolandos as its less than 20 minutes from My House. If You want a Proper paint job, stay away from These Guys, go to a Real Auto shop.
