I was impressed with the deep expertise and thoroughness on a variety of questions I had rested to two attic spaces at my home.Whether it was talking with Patrick on the phone or Alex during his visits they provided incredibly good customer service in identifying issues, how to best remediate the items and provided all the information and estimate details I needed for next steps with the work.

SERVPRO and their staff went above and beyond when the finished, carpeted basement of my sisters home recently was flooded due to a sump pump failure while she was out of town. Was upset about my garbage disposal leaking through the sink cabinet and down through the ceiling below. ServPro came out very quickly that same day and did their remediation magic. they did a good job to allay my worries. They also worked very well with my insurance company.

Diego was the main guy and he worked hard to make sure things were done right. There was a time that he spotted a flaw before I did and suggested he re-do it. He did so without complaint.

ServPro was a lifesaver! My supply line in my master bath ruptured and caused a lot of water damage to my bathroom, closet, bedroom and hallway. Horrible service, my entire condo was flooded by work they were doing in the condo above and they accepted responsibility but didnt want to repair the damages correctly like a paying customer, they just wanted to patch and paint (one coat, no primer) over stains.Carpet destroyed I was told to spray it with disinfectant and use a screw driver to push back under molding it would be ok. Ceiling saggs where drywall had water sitting on it and dried that way, was told sagging ceiling is ok as long as its dry. Dont worry about mold, clean water doesnt cause mold to grow. Really? Even their insurance co said they would depreciate for everything as it wasnt a new condo and its basically in my best interest to get my insurance co to pay that way I get more and they wont have to pay full value. What?Its taken me over 3 mos and Still not able to live there, they took my clothes to be cleaned still havent gotten anything back .
