Reply to the owners response.Yes, the coil has some ice on it but not frozen. You guys gain this review because you didnt run any inspection like check the temperature or pressure. Just left and still charge the $109. Another company come to get everthing fix in 1 hour after you left!Coming on time but charging the visit fee without fixing the issue.

Jose is excellent! He has been to our home before and I like that we have the same technician coming to our house. He explains everything thoroughly to both my husband and me. He is polite and very helpful. He takes care of every aspect of our system from maintenance to filters to setting reminders! I also like how the company sends a picture of the technician as a text message. It is comforting to know who is entering my home. We have been customers of this company for many, many years and are always very pleased with all aspects of the business! One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is great. These guys always call ahead to verify appointments the day before and always call ahead to let you know they are on their way. They always wear a mask and a foot cover when inside the house. Very professional and always on time. James has been servicing our home and has been wonderful. Our AC unit died in the middle of the night on a hot night and day. We called several companies, many operated like big companies with too much to do. One Hour gave me attention and time and they Sent Jose G to my house to do the repair. They contacted us prior to the appointment, they arrived on time, they performed the work in short order and our AC was back on line before the house got hot and all of this makes me think this is the company I would prefer to have install my new Furnace and Air Conditioner. I trust these people and would recommend One Hour and Jose G to all of my friends.

Now I understand that how this company runs their business by statingONE Hour service. They did show up on time, but without testing anything, like check the outside unit temperature and pressure, the guy Jeff Brownstein stated he cannot do anything because there is ice. However, I still have to pay the $109 for this visit. Called another company immediately, they fixed the issue in 1 hour.Talked with their services manager and tried to get some refund. Very rude. I’m very disappointed with the service and skills. Not recommend this company based on my experience!

Fan on furnace not working unless we turned the fan off and on manually on the furnace. Continued to do this for 24 hours. One hour was called and 5 minutes before the technician came, it started to work. He stayed for a while and changed the settings several times and it continued to work. I decided not to have any parts replaced but stated that if it starts again that he would be coming back. I have used One Hour since I moved into my house 25 years ago and never had to call them for a service call. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommended.

Don Burch forgot that we are in pandemic. We can’t end this pandemic because people like him. #wearfacemask. He lectured me for 30 minutes on how this company ONLY hire VERY professional people and this genius (Don Burch) didn’t even bothered to put shoe cover on. Last night when i noticed our AC wasnt blowing cold air i jumped on my computer and headed to 1 HRs website because we had recently gotten a flyer from them in the mail. I was able to chat with someone live and provide my contact info for someone to call me back in the morning ( they also gave me option of contacting the emergency line, but i decided it wasnt necessary). At 7am this morning i got a call letting me know they got my request and will be scheduling a technician to come by for a service call and they would notify me when they have a timeframe. At 8:45a they called again and said a tech would be at my home within 15min. He was here in 10min. Mike was very friendly, and explained everything as he was doing it. He was in and out in less than an hour and replaced the condenser and we now have cold air. We even signed up for the comfort club which will save us a lot of money on the fall/spring furnace/AC cleanings. Thank you for the great service Mike!

We recently had an air conditioner installation. The servicemen were respectful of our property including disposable booties and face masks. The foreman, Joe, kept my husband abreast of what was going on with the job. Joe also told my husband how to maintain the unit. Overall, a good experience.

I was not happy with service didn’t even bothered to put shoe cover. I don’t know why I paid 110$ I felt obligated to pay because he came to my house but I was never told what the cost is gonna a be. Also didn’t even check the air filter. Not sure if he gave me honest repairs cost. I don’t trust this company.

I called 1 hour heating and air conditioning on the recommendation of a very good friend of mine. When I called the office to make the appointment Stephanie assisted me and she was extremely polite, nice to work with and very professional.I received a phone call about 30 minutes before my technician, Anthony arrived. He showed up ready to work got to work immediately and did a very thorough job of evaluating my air conditioning unit. Anthony was very polite, very respectful and even my dog liked him.I would highly recommend this company. their prices are very reasonable and the service is some of the best I have ever received.

Ultra professional. Service agent Plyush explainedEverything clearly and did not press us to purchase any additional parts or services. He did identify potential areas of concern in our HVAC unit. The company confirmed the appointment a day ahead of time, and the day of the appointment let us know that the service agent was on his way. I wish that all service companies operated with this professionalism!

We had them come to service our AC for the summer. We are members of the club so we have this done every year for both AC and heat. When the person came he needed to go up into the attic for the inside unit on the pull down stairs. The weight limit was 250 pounds but he was about 325. He said something but went up anyway. When he was done he pulled the stairs up and went outside. A month later we needed something up in the attic and tried to pull the ladder down and the frame was bent so we couldnt do anything. i called and talk with Carl about it. He told me to get an estimate and get back to him. I did and sent him a copy of the repair bill and he got back to me a few days later and said get it fixed and I will send you a check. It is great to deal with a company that stands behind their employees and their work. I will let all my friends know about them and sing there praises to anyone that will listen.

Service and the people behind it were great but surprised I was charged both the service and maintenance fee on top of the costs behind replacing two minor parts which included the part cost and labor which greatly exceeded the part cost based on my research. So in summary, approximately and being generous on part cost, $100 to $150 in part cost, plus $350 to $400 in labor for an hour a half max of labor.

I requested to have a representative come out and service my boiler because the zones were not heating properly. I also wanted to get a quote on doing some re-wiring and adding Nest Thermostats.I had 2 reps show up to my house. They took a look and said that a lot more work needed to be done than they had thought. I asked for a quote for the work and they were only able to give me hourly rates. The rep first said he would not charge me for the visit and then he said he would have to call his boss. He tried calling his boss and didn’t get a response so he and his partner stood in my kitchen watching me feed my daughter for ten minutes. Then he told me his boss said he would have to charge me $109 for coming out. I basically paid $109 to find out the hourly rates that I could have received over the phone.I called the company and spoke to a manager, but he said that he felt this “service charge” was fair. There was no service done and I did not receive a quote. I received hourly rates. When I asked the rep how much it would cost, he said he had no idea. It could be 2 hours or it could be 6 hours. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone.
