Pack a lunch and clear your schedule; it may take a while. In addition to being slow; its a 50/50 shot with getting a sales rep that truly understands the product and isnt completely rude. I really do not look forward to going to this place.

Dana is the most friendly AT&T employee I have come across in the last 10 years. I felt comfortable asking any questions even if I felt it was stupid.Brandon as the manager was checking on his employees making sure they were taking good care of their customers. He also was acting as a runner which you don’t see managers do that because they believe they are above that.

The service at AT&T has always been superb. Regardless the issue I encounter, the team always works diligently for a solution. I have had the pleasure of working with Rodney on multiple occasions. He is an extremely pleasant individual who works very hard for patient satisfaction. At the end of the day, that is the most important thing!

Stood outside the humid heat for almost an hour and a half after my appointment time and still didn’t get my problem fixedUpdate: I was on the phone for over an hour my card was declined 3 times when I had plenty of money to pay the bill over the phone. They tried taking the same amount 3 times the next day. Then I made a payment and I received a confirmation then called because the system said my bill wasn’t paid and they had to record of the confirmation number I gave them from the text they sent me. After almost a week and a half I was able to get my payment made, but still have no idea where the money I initially paid is. My bank said it went through but att said it didn’t. I’m pretty sure I’ll be going to Verizon once my contract is up.

I ended up leaving with a JBL Charge 5 speaker Id been wanting, an Otter Box phone case and a free wireless charger (promotional buy 2 accessories get 1 free). I also left with AT&T TV because I found out it was cheaper than the current cable plan Im subscribed too. Didnt expect to come in and leave with so many great items and so many ways to save money! We originally went to Radcliff location, but they didnt have any phones displayed and were busy, so we went a few extra miles to the Etown store and was very happy that we did! Very friendly and helpful people there and they had plenty of phones on display for us to browse! Thank you so much! Next time we need to go to an AT&T store, I think we will just go a few extra miles to the Etown store!

I went to AT&T, the store was packed full of people, so many I thought I would be waiting a long time. Surprise to me, I was approached by a clerk in maybe three minutes. 5 minutes later I was on my way to my next errand. I was so impressed by the considerate way I was treated by the employee. During my time there I saw no less than 6 people come in and at least 6 more leave.

Josh treated me like a human who had an big issue with att. Still do but with Josh and how he treats his customers your phone service needs to learn from him. He is a exceptional employee and his manager did everything in his power and and gave me info to be treated the way a human needs to be treated. Have you phone customer service learn from this store. As the customer service on the phone will cripple att if they are treating customers the way they treated me. So Josh and his manager are the star employees of att they both deserve raises and need advances.

Words cannot express how awesome Ginger at the Elizabethtown, Ky. store is! From the initial purchase two weeks ago, a lengthy visit with lots explanation and decision on best products for us and step-by-step instructions on how to transfer phones myself (in effort to surprise my kids at Christmas)! Then I set a follow-up appointment with her for the day after Christmas to return old phones and show her one issue with the transfer of a phone She gladly resolved the issue and did the returns and smiled throughout. During this visit the store manager would randomly check in to see if we needed help and assist. She is easy going and fantastic, easy to work with and never hesitates to go above and beyond for her customers! Thank you, Ginger!

I have been very disappointed. They stole my trade ins (2 i phones) they never recorded that they were turned in and I’ve been trying to get them to fix the problem for almost 6 months now!! NOTHING. They do not answer their phones which is a joke because I live over 20 mile away and so it’s a full trip every time I try and talk to them but even when I do it’s more of the same we are working on it!!! Really horrible treatment or customers :( I’d suggest you go somewhere else.
