I went here because I am struggling to pay all of my bills and slowly I got behind on my electric bill to a point where I just couldnt get it caught up and it was going to get turned off . I was told about community action through the electric company so I went there asking for help and they were very nice and was able to help me just about get caught up on my electric very helpful and Im very appreciative and thankful for them if someone is having a hard time with their bills specifically the electric and gas I would encourage them to reach out to community action and get the help because community action if they can and they have the funding they will help you.

So thankful for them this past week helping me out. Thank you Community Action!!!

Staff is very rude and hateful! Came in for electric bill assistance and was treated as if I was a criminal for coming in, like I shouldnt be asking for help. I dont understand why people get in the line of work thats designed to help others if its something they dont actually want to do. Poor bedside manner speaks volumes...
