I just went for a quick oil change and got so much more. The staff was VERY friendly. I wasnt pressured into purchasing anything, which is always nice. The staff was outgoing and made the visit very pleasent. When i left i noticed that it was odd that i had no window washer fluid so i turned around and went back. Instead of anyone just arguing with me the gentleman had me pull up so he can check to see what was going on. It turned out that I had a hole in my window washer fluid tank and it was just leaking out. I was very surprised to see that great customer service still existed. This gentleman didnt have to take a look at my car but he did he could have argued with me and sent me on my way but he didnt. I highly recommend this place to anybody

They were super crowded the day I was there. Someone came out and greeted me right away even though they were swamped. Once it was my turn they werent rushing me at all. Treated me like I was the only customer there. They were thorough, they explained their different options well, and were friendly and professional.

Was in the area and needed to get some air in my tires and fluids checked. There were 3 cars in the bays and 2 out. I waited for someone to tell me which to pull behind but no one ever came so I pulled in the last slot. All the other cars came and went except the one in the bay I was waiting behind. As other car were pulling up I watched as they were greeted and told which bay to wait at. Several more came and went, still nothing. After almost 40 min I back out and left. As a previous employee of Valvoline, I’m aware of protocols and rules. None were being followed. Very disappointed and aggravated. If anyone needs are in their tires, Lowe’s located behind this location has free air and it’s quick.

I’ve had my car serviced a few times at this location and have always had excellent service. But yesterday they were so helpful and patient. It was a very hot day and my AC stopped working. I have a health condition that makes me very intolerant to heat. They were helpful in trying to find the problem and pointed me in the right direction of where to go for service. I wish I could remember the names of the two who helped me. I highly recommend this location both for car needs and incredible customer service.

The wait time here was an hour and a half with only two cars in front of me. The left me with my hood up and no one working on my car for another 20 min while I saw a worker right next to me on their phone and chit chatting. After I asked if I’m good to go I got a “we’re just getting you all set and ready to go” like I’m not even sure what that even means. Not professional and takes way too long for no reason at all. Got in like at 5 and left at 7.

Alot of disarray. Did not seem anyone knew how things flowed, work wise. People were nice just sermed like no motivation..

Kayla was very helpful and well-informed. She quickly put my new battery in, and she was helpful in answering all my questions. She had a great attitude! All the staff around 5:45pm on 03/08/21 seemed to like each other and got the work done at a reasonable pace! I’ll be back for sure!

The staff were extremely nice and polite. However, from the moment I pulled up till the time I left, I was there almost 2 1/2hrs. The technicians were running back and forth trying to service 3 different bays at a time, and were very unorganized. I definitely dont think Ill be returning after a wait like that. There is no reason for it to take take long for a oil change...

I have always loved he convenience of Valvoline, but the wait was a bit much! We went here to get a long overdue oil change, and it really took 2 hours for us to get into the bay with only 3 cars ahead of us. I am pretty sure it would have been faster at a dealership. The employees were fantastic, but that wait is not okay!

Arrived in a timey fashion. Told them i had a coupon which the lady on the phone sent me and i had 45 minutes to use it...got there they said it had to be printed out even thou i showed them the coupon 90 bucks for a oil change

They completely ripped my wife off and charged her $160 for one battery for a 2007 Ford. Will not be returning and we have always used them. Tried to talk to someone as soon as she bought It to just return it and was rude. Wouldn’t tell us individual prices of anything. I wasn’t with her. She was alone, so go figure! She wasn’t even there 20 minutes and got charged almost $250 for a oil change, wipers and a battery.

Oil change and new battery cant beat the price I paid. Able to sit inside vehicle while fluids are changed. Recommend them if youre ever in town.

Got our oil change today drive 5 mins down the road car starts to sound funny I look under neath the car and to find 2 of the bolts on the dust cover are missing. Broke the dust cover partially. Never take your vehicle there!

I stopped by after work to get my oil changed, and yes, they were professional and kind, and helpful. The person working on my car seemed confused by my air filter, but put it in, and I proceeded on down the road. I then broke down. My car is a newer car, with low mileage and I just had it serviced not long ago at the Nissan dealership. The air filter had been put back incorrectly and caused my mass air flow sensor to malfunction and my computer to shut the car down. I was stranded on the side of the parkway in the pouring rain. Here is where this story changes: ENTER BAILEY: I called back to the store and the SM came to me on the side of the road, and helped me. He was unable to repair my car, but he called the tow truck, he stayed with me until my husband arrived, defused the situation with him as well, and then took my car back to the shop for the night, where it was locked inside the building safe and secure. He sent me a picture of it in there to ease my mind. The next morning they had it towed to a repair shop and it was fixed. They paid for all of the repairs. While this may seem like a complaint, I have never had customer service like Bailey gave me that night. He was fantastic. I was upset at the situation with my car breaking down, and I feel like a training needs to be in place for the guy that made the mistake, but the way the situation was handled afterward was above and beyond what I expected and for that I am grateful. I would give Bailey 5 stars on his professional/personal self.

Fast, efficient, and always professional!If youre headed to Valvoline for an oil change heres what you can expect, fast service,quality, efficiency, and professionalism. If you want the cheapest oil change in town you must search elsewhere. But keep in mind your time has a dollar value and you can sit at jiffy lube for 2 hours for 15 minute oil change and wonder if they put the plug back on the oil pan or you can pull into Valvoline pay a little more and watch them triple check the work. I have been to many including this one in several states and never had a bad experience.

We were driving back home to Michigan after visiting Tennessee, noticed we needed an oil change and googled “oil change near me” The people who work at this place are wonderful! Super friendly, professional & the did a great job quick & got us back on our way! I wish we had one close to home! Total 5 star experience!! Great jobs Ladies n Gentleman!!

I liked the the fact that they are open on Sundays and you dont have to get out of the car. The oil change was pricier than I would pay elsewhere. Close to 90 bucks for a suv oil change.

Overall service was good, but wait times were long. Took almost and 1.5 hours to get an oil change.

Definitely don’t get tire work done.A month ago I had my tires rotated. They failed to tighten them properly, and today my tire nearly flew off while driving. After pulling over, I found that 4 out of 5 lug nuts had removed themselves from the tire. Here’s hoping there’s no major damage to the front end of my car from wobbling so hard. Deterred from ever even getting an oil change there now for fear they might mess something else up.

The service was great. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I liked that they informed me that it might take a little longer in my line because someone was waiting for a filter to be delivered instead of saying nothing and having someone get upset as to why other cars were moving ahead.

So after my last oil change, we noticed a smell of burning oil (not uncommon to spill a bit and smell it burn off) but after a few days of it, I became concerned. Finally looked under the hood and noticed a considerable amount of oil. I called valvoline and explained what was going on. Since I live 30 mins away and my oil level was low at this point, they sent someone to my house to check it out. Turns out the O-ring on the oil filter had a knick in it and was leaking. The gentleman replaced it, and topped off the oil free of charge. Now THAT is quality service. Im very pleased.

The worst service. Employees are not fast and skip steps resulting in unfinished work that is detrimental to the engine components of your vehicle. On top of that they were rude when I asked questions about the work being completed. Better off changing the oil and filter yourself.

I have been here several times with my truck and I know I can confidently send my wife and two boys there to get their vehicles serviced. I know from experience that they only recommend what is necessary and if you decline a service that is offered they are very friendly and not pushy about the different options they offer. I appreciate that they let me know different possible things my vehicle may need for maintenance. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Went in to get an oil change! The team checked my lights and come to find out, my reverse light bulbs were missing😮😮 Poet went over other things that may require my attention but I didnt feel any pressure. If anything I feel more educated on preventive maintenance.. Great job guys!!

They did a good job overall on the oil change and transmission flush. Gave me a discount on the trans flush, but feel oil changes are kind of on the expensive side.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. They have lost my business FOREVER, thank god that I have experience in the car business and have been quite educated on different vehicles. I take my Volvo in for an oil change....the young boy who helped me made it very clear that he wasn’t a fan of foreign cars for whatever reason..(but that is just his opinion that I don’t really care about, however aweful customer service)....he let me know that my oil filter was going to cost more because I drive a Volvo, which I expected so I asked him how much it would be and he said $3.99. I said that’s fine and he kept it moving. THEN THE RECOMMENDATIONS......There were 3, two of which he said can only be done at Volvo...Cool....but then he said that.... get this....my check engine light is recommending a power steering flush that they in fact CAN do there for me......... I immediately got offended considering that my VOLVO HAS ELECTRONIC POWER STEERING! His face was absolutely priceless when he learned that I knew this! Then when I got my total and the oil filter that he said was $3.99 was really $7.99 and I called him out on it.....do you think he offered to fix it or even own his mistake!? Nope he just justified it with the fact that oh ya know I drive one of those foreign cars! Nope I don’t know how the emblem on my car made you completely lie to me and attempt to take advantage! They DID NOT recommend new wipers though that I did actually need but after that experience I took my business down the road to get those! Be careful LADIES and educate yourselves so this doesn’t happen to you as well!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS VALVOLINE LOCATION!!!My wife recently took her car here, for an oil change. Not only did they wait 45 minutes to get in, while they were inside the bay, there was nothing but horseplay going on around them. She paid for the old change, and was on her way. She drove as far as Marks Feed Store, when her car started smoking, from under the hood. She pulled over, to find a puddle of oil, under her car. After calling the station, the manager showed up, and stated that the oil filter had not been tightened, and was improperly mounted. He had to add more oil to the car, and they had to go back to the station, in order to check the car out further, and clean it up. NEVER ONCE WAS SHE OFFERED AN APOLOGY, NOT BY THE MANAGER, AND NOT BY THE INCOMPETENT WORKERS! Matter of fact, they werent even going to refund her money, until she insisted!Im not saying that all Valvoline oil change stations are bad, but this one most definitely is.. I am seriously thinking of reaching out to their corporate offices, with my full complaint.This should never have happened!

Way to expensive...i got full a synthetic oil. And they said I wont need to change for 7500. Paid 100 for a oil change. And they put the sticker on it. Say 3000 miles. Which is it?? Even if its a mistake they should be looking for screw ups like this.

For some reason every time I go there they have to go purchase my oil filter for my wife car. The last two times they had it, so they say. After a week of wife driving her car the oil pressure light would come on for a few seconds several times. After taking car to shop it turned out to be the oil filter. The mechanic said this filter hasn’t been changed in awhile. I hate places that are so lazy and shady to bypass a very important part. I do believe missing a oil filter change wouldn’t cause that problem so quickly but when they really don’t know when it was change last it does. I will never go here again unless they have cameras so I can see what they are doing. Very Dissatisfied Customer.

Had my oil changed twice there. Very fast service but both times they did not remove the panel that covers the oil pan area and let the oil drain onto the panel. The panel holds some residual oil and makes a mess in the driveway/garage for several days after the oil change. For the money they charge, I would expect top quality service. This is fast service but not top quality.
