Store manager was great! He makes me feel like family. He has a great sense of humor, very professional, and is always.. always.. ALWAYS in a good mood. Thank you etown check n go for awesome customer service!!

Check and Go? More like Check and No! Lady I talked to on the phone was rude and had an unnecessary attitude! They arent willing to work with you AT ALL. I have two jobs and tried to explain that I needed to pay the loan I took out with the check from my full time job since its bigger. They told me they were cashing my check by Wednesday regardless! They seriously wouldnt just wait TWO MORE DAYS!! Lady I talked to on the phone wanted me to borrow money from someone just so I could pay the loan back! Obviously if I had someone I could borrow money from I wouldnt of come to them for a loan!!!! So now.....Im sacrificing other, more important bills being late just so I can pay these greedy people back! Never again will I do business with this silly, money hungry business, and if you know whats best for you, you wont either!!!

They are usually friendly, but this time, I spoke to the manager Stephanie Wood and told her I would be in, the very next morning to re-write. She went ahead and deposited my check, and I am here at 1020am to re-write. Now I have to wait until the check clears to re-write.
