My name is Tracy Hobbs-Moulton and we ordered a Sympathy arrangement that included a heart shaped pillow with roses and a Sympathy card to be delivered to Delores Leary. I placed the order on line through Avas Flowers because I live in Florida. Delores Leary sent me a picture of the arrangement that was delivered to her this morning. I want to say it was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Her husband passed away and that arrangement was heartfelt. I understand that Mulberry Florist actually made the arrangement.and yall done on outstanding job. Prettier than the picture. It was absolutely gorgeous. Thanks again, Tracy Hobbs-Moulton. Walked in for an unplanned arrangement for my wife. Gave them a 20$ budget and they grabbed a the beautiful floral arrangement in the picture.Wonderful customer service and nice people as well.This is a few days later in my apartment so they’re not perfect, but they’re still beautiful. They also smell amazing.

Mulberry F&P have become my go to folks. Im currently deployed and I may forget to send special events items home. Ive done one order over the phone (Valentines Day) for my daughters and another on the website (thank you gift for one of the ladies who sent me a care package) and all of my recipients have been extremely pleased with their flowers or gifts from here. Mulberry florist, E-Town. Ordered some flowers for my mother on the Saturday before mother’s day. Payed an extra $12 because her house was out of range. They called me on Mother’s Day and cancelled. Said my moms house was 10 miles out of their range! Hello? That’s why I payed extra! Now what? All other florist are booked! Why couldn’t you tell me this when I ordered? Now it takes 72 hours to get my money back! BS 😤😤

For the last 5 years I have used Mulberry Florist and have received excellent service and quality on every purchase. They have worked very hard on every request when I ask for something unique. My girlfriend has loved everything I have purchased from them. Try them you will love the friendly service they give. :-)

Waited for a week to be delivered and when they finally arrived most of the flowers were wilted. Do not recommend this place. If I could give them a zero I would.

Told me at 2 in the afternoon that they couldn’t deliver to Hodgenville, 4 hours after I placed the order and it was assumed that I could get flowers delivered there. They did not work with me at all, forcing me to scramble and try to find somewhere that would deliver that late in the afternoon. Not very helpful or informative.

Wonderful customer service over the phone! I called needing to send an arrangement to the hospital, and I had no idea what I wanted to do. The kind lady that I spoke with was very personable, and provided great knowledge and ideas. Thank you Mulberry Florist!

Bought some flowers that started to wilt the next day. They were dead 3 days later.

If I could give place this 0 stars I would. My husband ordered flowers from here online. When I received them, the flowers were wilted and full of leaves and what looked to be weeds. It looked nothing like the photo. They weren’t arranged at all. It letterally looked like a kindergartener pulled a bunch of flowers out of the ground and shoved them into a vase. I’ve seen better bouquets at the grocery store for 1/2 the price. I just feel bad for my husband because he wanted to do something nice for me and they flopped. I still appreciate his effort though.

Mulberry florist is the absolute best in town! Not only were the flowers created for my father‘s funeral perfect, the customer service, kindness, patience, compassion and love was above and beyond anything I could’ve ever expected. Both sisters went out of their way to not only provide absolute amazing products and service - they treated me like family. I was astounded to see that a basket of flowers that I was unable to afford my father‘s funeral was sent to the funeral from them for their regards. These ladies are the best local shop in town and deserve all the business from all of our locals and surrounding locals. I know anytime that I have flower needs I will be using them! Also the selection of flowers is beyond impeccable. I’m not sure were a few of these reviews come other than after the flowers were delivered people were not appropriately handling them. This happens often and the blame tends to be misplaced. The prices are under average and the quality and design skills exceed the cost! The only shop around you can get rainbow roses that were in full bloom. I cannot sing the praises of the shop enough. Thank you so much ladies and I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart. Also I had lost my wallet so I ended up being $50 short the day I was ordering the flowers that I needed. They sent the flowers and just told me to get back with them as soon as I had an opportunity as they understood the hardship I was dealing with. Yes absolutely the best
