We have used XS Waste for 20 years. Frankly, we have never had better trash removal service. They are responsive, friendly, keep their trucks immaculate, will take most anything that is legal and their rates are very reasonable. We have used other haulers and they dont come close to the level of service XS Waste provides.

We have dumpsters dropped and picked up by them for our construction company. I deal with them every other day and not once have I had an issue with them. Every once in awhile it’ll take 2 days to pick up a dumpster rather then the next day, but I’m sure they’re just busy and I totally understand that. Great customer service and easy to deal with!

I’ve put ridiculously large sized items, mattresses, wooden items, and trash piles at the end of my driveway and they make light work of it every time. Zero complaints. No up charge. Exactly the kind of seamless service you’d hope for. I put it out and forget about it. Thanks for the hard work every week gents.

Worst company Ive ever had to deal with. They dropped the dumpster in the wrong location to start. I called to have it moved and the man was very apologetic and assured me the dumpster would be moved next day. Next day it was still there so I called again. He apologized once again and again assured me it would be taken care of. And again there it sat. So I called again the next day and finally they came and moved it, this was on Thursday at 4pm. I told them when i scheduled it that I needed it picked up Friday by end of day because i was moving and it would be difficult to with around the dumpster. Saturday morning i came back to my apt to find the dumpster still sitting in the driveway. I called and left a nasty voicemail and Monday morning they came and got the dumpster and proceeded to charge me full price. WORST service Ive ever experienced, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Let me start off:XS is a professional organization that is on top of things. Fast service, great prices, easy to work with. I see other reviews on here and I think some of these reviews are not credible. We contacted XS for a large project in the Lancaster PA area. We required over 30 loads of debris and concrete haul off. All this work was completed in a very fast time period (3 days). Prices are very reasonable. This company OWNS its fleet of trucks and there is not some dumb individual handling things. Steve the owner/manager is always available to make sure things are done correctly. We are a well established general contractor that works nationwide, we encounter dumpster companys on every project we do. We rate XS on our preferred list of roll off companies to do business with. Speed limit 45. Im going 50 & this douche bag and a truck for XS waste transport pass me illegally. If you were going to drive a company truck with the companys name plastered all over it and then drives like a douche bag, of course Im going to leave a bad review. Shows poor judgment in management for hiring people who cant control themselves.

I have gotten 3 dumpsters from them always fast and curtious we also use them for trash and they are great.

Great prices, staff goes out of thier way to solve my problems if they arise, i dont know what is with any negative reviews but i think thier customer service is fantastic, never had a problem, even work with thier customers if they are having a financial problem, what more can you ask for?

Was good until price went up theres no reason to raised it that high for trash thats way to high !! 75.50 was good enough even thats High for trash !

X/S Waste is a great company in my opinion! I have had no problems with them. They take my trash weekly as long as its in a trash can. They dont throw your cans after they dump them like other trash men do unless the can is trash itself or the garbage in the cans isnt in bags. Who can blame them for that? I dont think anyone would want trash slime and goop coming out of a can on them. Anyway X/S Waste is a great company in my opinion!
