Been with Buddys for years have paid off a lot of items through them with no problems up until Josh and Bo were no longer their and Im not sure why they would replace people who make you feel like your business matters and like you were human with real life problems. My fiance is being tested for possible cancer and just found out my daughter may need surgery. Running to Doctors takes money for gas . Josh and Bo understood and knew I almost have two things paid off. They were working with me. But now NOONE CARES about you just the money. I get my stuff paid off no more will I be buying from them. Big mistake taken Josh and Bo away ..

Disgusting! Don’t waste your money or time on them. The lady that is there is very rude and hateful. Nasty attitude. Wish the guys had been there. They were super nice and friendly. This lady there now isn’t. I will never rent there again.

I love the customer service at the Elizabethtown store. It feels good to do business with people who care about your business.The deliver your furniture with tender loving care. If you have a problem with your purchase, they handle the matter with urgency.

I will never choose buddy’s ever again. We rented a washer and dryer until we could pay it off with cash. They even said it was a way to build credit. I filled out all the paperwork even put my name first and my husband as a co buyer because his credit was better then mine just to pay it off after 1 month and my husband credit jumped up and not mine and it wasn’t at all even in my name. They chose to do it however they want

Disappointed. Buddy’s just lost me as a customer forever. The new lady is awful. Josh and bo are now longer there. The new lady is rude and hateful. Acts like she’s too good for her job.

Whoever is there now is beyond rude. Not helpful at all. I will never ever step foot in that store again. I was so mad I can’t even remember their names. I wanted to buy something out right and they said no. I wanted to finish paying off something and again was told no.

My advise check what youre getting. Actually read what you sign for. I was renting a mattress until I could buy a new one or possibly pay this one off if I liked it. I tried to just pay it off they wanted 700 more dollars so I went to buy a new one. When I changed out mattresses I unzipped the cover inside was just a yellow and blue foam. Better looking ones are 150 dollars online. The blue foam was supposed to be the pillow top and the yellow was the mattress. To top it off it had a large rip in the side. I was having back pain I had got referred to a chiropractor the day before I saw this mattress. Worst part a so called friend rented this to me. Also they over charged my card over and over I had to call every week not just saying that its the truth. This place is horrible do not rent anything from them.

Absolutely horrible I will never rent from them again. They start texting the day before your payment is due, start calling the morning your payment is due and god forbid your not in there to pay it by the afternoon they show up at your house/business and bully your 13 year old child telling him he is a liar and knows I’m home. Absolutely unprofessional I asked several times for the amount still owed on my stuff and every time I got the same answer the manager isn’t here and I don’t have authorization to give that information out. So I’ve been paying on stuff and god know how much they are even charging me. I’ve had much better rental experiences then with them. I will never rent from here again.

Horrible unprofessional, brought up other customer accounts. God forbid you have 2 refrences that live in the same house theyll bring it up to you then call you a liar and call your refrences and your work and ask more then what their supposed to which is where you live and work they ask them who your married to who is their family.

Very poor customer service. Very unprofessional after it took an hour to get my paperwork together the total payment they quoted me was over 30. dollars highers then the tagged prices and when i asked about the difference i was rudely to it was a processing fee, absolutely ridiculous especially since i spoke to them on the phone twice prior to driving all the way to the storeand the processing fees were never mentioned!!!!

Me and my Wife Mercedes have been with Buddys for a year and a half now and I wouldnt rent from any other place we rent multiple items at the lowest prices we have ever found if you pay like your supposed to they will treat you right and they also help when your having issues so that you dont lose your stuff respect them and they will respect you 💯 ask for Shawn he will get you set up with all your needs

There are grate people and they are there to help anyway they can. I would never go anywhere but Buddys. But your trust in them and wount let you down. If you get sick they will work with you were you dont lose anything.

Initially called me as reference for my father told them he had dementia i was his POA and not to rent anything to him and they still did!! Selling him the smallest tv they had was of course the most expensive one... Then called and asked to speak to a manager and they never called me back. I then called and finally spoke to a manager she had the audacity to say not to sound rude but why did I allow my father to drive and make purchases I told her not to be rude but it wasnt her or her companies business to inquire about his health.
