Two false positives on a drug test. I tried to share an NIH paper on diphenhydramine (benedryl) giving false positives for opiates but they weren’t interested in science and said they wouldn’t test again due to “costs.”I went elsewhere and passed a more elaborate screen (I also passed at Amazon). I asked to be withdrawn, then received a termination letter for“policy violations.”Wouldn’t recommend. Try elsewhere first.

For as many that were there and it taking a hour, the place was clean. Just need better system for having shorter wait periods.

Cheryl was an absolute delight to meet with. She really listened to my needs for employment and was so understanding of the limitations I had due to childcare. She was friendly, followed up with me several times, and even gave me tips on how to better my job search. This is the well, technically 3rd time using the Reserves Network? They got me my first job when I moved down to Florida, then they reassigned me to a better job. NOW, Karen from Tampa(Im in Deland) has reached out a second time, with an even better potential job. This has progressed to an actual interview this coming Monday. If I have to use an agency, I would really prefer, THE RESERVES NETWORK. Are they close? No. Do they get results? YES! Thank you!!!

The Reserves Network has been most helpful to me. I would recommend them to anyone that is having trouble finding work. This is my first agency and they have been very helpful and always quick to answer my questions or concerns.

Went in last Wednesday to get a job. Was offered a position. She sent my background over and told me she would call me that afternoon to let me know if I could start the assignment the next day. I needed a job immediately. I called again Wednesday afternoon to check on things, and was told they would call me back before they left at 5:30. It is now Wednesday, an entire week later, and I NEVER heard from them again. Thank god I found something else because they absolutely are terrible. My “recruiter” Cheryl, knew how urgently I needed to start an assignment. Over all just terrible.

Very friendly people and they have great jobs available. They truly care about you and treat you well.

I worked with TRN a little less than a year ago after considering quitting my old job. Within two days, I had applied, been hired, and found a fantastic job I loved that introduced me into my current job which I love. I’ve only talked to Tiffany Soper, but she is the absolute best! Very professional, friendly, and helpful all at the same time. After not working for them for some months, Tiffany was still extremely nice and helpful when I inquired about some paperwork. Definitely deserves a 5-Star review!

Angela at the network location on upper valley pike in springfield ohio was one of the most professional and understanding career advisors that i cant even think of words to describe the outstanding results i got almost immediately. This is not a good place to work for. The girls Heather and Tiffany S are racist and do not care about their employees. I told them a week in advance about my pay method and they didn’t fix. I didn’t get paid for two weeks and haven’t been able to pay my bills including rent and when i told them they got aggressive in tone and acted really non chalant like I’m the one who made the mistake. If you are not white don’t go work for them because they are racist and will screw you over with pay and all!!! They just don’t care!!!! Do not i repeat do not work for this company you will regret it. I do!!!!! Oh and most of the good reviews are only done because they call and ask their employees to write positive reviews in exchange for their name going into a raffle.

The ladies that were present at the time of my visit were very polite and greatly appreciated. I had absolutely no problems in the process and am very happy with my experience. Looking forward to doing business with this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Heather had an attitude over the phone and was very RUDE in person! Was there 2 hours and left with no job leads. They bribe people to give them good google reviews by saying you can win $50 if you do. They seem racist because they were nice to the white lady but very nasty to me. I called the following week and got the same thing. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Its posted on their door that they open at 7:30. I waited over an hour in freezing weather before anyone opened the door. Then when I let the lady know I was waiting out there she told me they didnt open until 8:30 and was very insensitive about the situation... I believe they need to fix the sign on their doors if its not correct because 4 others were trying to get in. On top of it you can hear them talk bad about a fellow employee that wasnt there. That is not good business at all. Ill be glad when my 3 month probationary period is finished at my new job because i cant deal with these ladies and this was my first visit here...

Very poor service. Was given a job to report yup but due to unforeseen circumstances I was not able and could not contact them via phone. Everyone I have went to their office they have a paper on the door dating you must make an appointment. I didnt wasnt to chance eating what little had I had to not have the door opened. I was able to call today first thing in the morning and was turned away. Of you all where consistent with having your doors opened I would know the proper steps to take in an emergency. I was dismissed and before talking I was hung up on hung up on by Heather. I wouldnt recommend anyone here and plan to express that to anyone that will listen

Wrote me off because one company passes over me. Bluegrass cellular passed over me and I have a B. A. IN COMMUNICATIONS and 25 years of sales experience. Basically when I told Heather I was 50 years old, she hung up on me. I missed one interview that I had scheduled with them due to an auto accident. She made it seem like I wasnt interested in work or qualified. Very rude and condescending.Yet they call and email me relentlessly to come in to see what they have to offer. Ridiculous.They are a complete waste of time and energy without any regard to others time or circumstances.

Doesnt even deserve a single star!!!!!!!!!This place has the dumbest rules and when you cant make it to work they get very personal and ask questions and try to make suggestions for uber as if anybody had the money for that they wouldnt have called in. Doctors excuses DO NOT COUNT so after a few of them they they make u sign 2 warning papers before they will fire you. This company is by far the worst most rudest agency I have ever been with in my life. I know somebody who started that place and quit to be with a different agency because they funny business. I would prefer going to the Job Store or to Preffered Staffing. Any where but this place please save you time and do not waste it with these people. I had them take me completely out of their system!

If you are not in their cicle (office staff), then you are ignored! At first when I started I liked it but as time went on, the branch Mgr always had a problem with me. No matter what it was!! Nor did she set a good example for all the coworkers. Constasntly late! She complained about the company, especially corporate!! The only one that I would say is honest and straightforward is Angie Covin, the sales rep. I do not trust any of the others. I would not recommend anyone to work forTRN!! They treat people of color very differently. And yes they discriminiate!!!
