Kenneth is the operation and a super nice guy. You call his cellphone direct, tell him what you want and he is there within the next few days. My tanks are in my garage, so on delivery day, I leave instructions on how to get in, they open the garage door, pump the oil, we leave his money taped to the tank and they close up. As for price, Ive always found him to be lower or right at the lowest price around. Highly recommend.
