Jesse did an amazing job taking care of our carpet. We had to get the carpet cleaned for our move out and he got it taken care of for us. Highly recommend this company and Jesse for your carpet cleaning services.

They always clean good. But when we scheduled there was a 3 hour window to wait for him. He was late both times. He did explain that there was a business boom and that was the cause. We have a lot of children and the wait made for a difficult day.

Honestly, I didnt think it was possible to get my very old carpets cleaned, but the before an after pictures are proof that they do a fabulous job. She told me on the phone theyd be here between 3 and 6 pm. They were here at 3, got right to work, and were very polite, respectful, and courteous. I will definitely use them again. I am extremely satisfied with their work.

I recently had Pile’s clean our carpets and am really happy with the results. When they got to my house they came in and walked through with us to find out what areas we were most concerned with. There were a few spots in one room that had some red spots from what looked like koolaid. They let me know what to expect and what not to expect, such as the red spot coming out. I have 4 cats and, although they are clean and we vacuum a lot, they are still cats. They got through 4 rooms upstairs, the hall and stairs pretty quick. They did a great job. Then they did the downstairs and also a great job. We also have tile and they explained how the cleaning process works, what we can do and what it will cost. Great company! The owner even showed up towards the end just to go over the tile so the other two guys could keep working on the carpet. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality and affordable floor cleaning service.

I had my carpets cleaned today.Jesse and his son did an awesome job. My carpets were really dirty and they came out looking great! They went the extra mile of moving my furniture to clean behind them, and my really heavy king size bed to clean under it too. I will definitely call them again when I need my carpets cleaned. They are also cleaning my wool rugs, all for a very reasonable price!!

A few months ago we had a backup in our basement. Piles cleaned our ceramic tile floors and we were so happy with them we also had them do our wood floors. Very professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them as their prices were the best!

Excellent customer service. I had a few concerns after a carpet cleaning and the owner came out himself on a Sunday afternoon to look at the work and remedy the situation and THEN some. Mistakes happen but as long as a company stands by their work, that is a service I will continue to use. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state, but will recommend Piles to family, friends, and clients.

Our basement flooded due to our hot water tank bursting. Water was everywhere, so immediately I started calling around for a resortation companies.
