I got my hair cut and came back the next day for a color. They were awesome. Everyone was super friendly and relaxed. I am honestly so impressed with how great my hair looks. Highly recommend!

Appointments not required but highly encouraged. Waiting time was too long, but they will tell you how long youll have to wait for your choice. That was good just that I needed a earlier time than they suggested.

We had Amanda on a Monday night. She was busy, polite, respectful, and was all by herself. Very impressed that she maintained the Covid-19 guidelines. She did an excellent job on my sons head. She is worth every penny

Im not sure who teaches these people to cut hair.. especially a simple cut. My 11 year old son got a hair cut and it is crooked and looks awful!!! Couldnt tell because it was styled walking out. Im so mad. I even tipped the person who cut his hair. 🙄 I would upload a picture but apparently the company doesnt want anyone to see the horrible jobs they do on peoples hair!

Had a rather less expected experience but what made it great is the owner went out of his way to make sure the issue was resolved and that I was happy with the end result, thus being said I give this place 5 stars just based off the professionalism alone from the owner!!!

Went in this past Sunday for a cut and Erin greeted me right away and got me in. I’m very happy with my cut as well. She was very helpful and did a wonderful job.

Decided to change from my regular Sport Clips due to the wait and give this place a try. They had no wait (bad sign), and cut my hair in about 5 minutes. Parts of my hair hadnt even been touched and it looked like someone stopped half way through it. After the beautician removed the gown abruptly I asked her to fix it and she spend another 15 seconds not doing much. After the worst haircut of my life, I went back to Sport Clips to get it fixed. They acknowledged the extremely poor job and said I was the 3rd person today from their establishment, and said they had 2 the day before. Needless to say my hair is cut proper now and Ill never be back to Supercuts again. Ill be calling tomorrow for a refund.

Would not recommend. The Amazon lady with blonde hair and a giant schnoz cannot cut hair. Wanted a simple fade but theres a straight line not blended on the side of my head and a bunch of gaps around my ears where she just sucks. Pretty pathetic.

Went in once to get my hair dyed a shade darker than my natural brown and it came out almost black! Luckily, I ended up liking it after it faded some into a deep brown. Then I went back for a simple haircut and it was one of the worst cuts Ive ever had. My layers were choppy and not blended at all, plus my bangs were cut unevenly and there was a huge dip in the middle! Never coming back here again.

My fiance and I waited nearly an hour before she got her hair cut. Two others that came after her got their hair done within 20 minutes of them coming in.Once she finally got seated the guy completely hacked her hair. My fiance said it is called a dry cut but you could tell it looked hacked. She had beautiful curls and if the guy cut it correctly she would still have her curls. When we got home she noticed that one side was shorter than the other side, like an inch shorter!! She hates her hair, she had beautiful ringlets and this guy hacked them to pieces. I still think she looks beautiful but she says her hair is too short to correct and has to wait for this disaster to grow out. We will never go there again!

So much turnover here... I just want to find someone to cut my hair and have that same person do it the next time I need a haircut.

Just stopped in to get my husbands haircut. The shop was empty. We got a hello from one of the two employees but rather than asking how they could help us they continued there personal conversation. Needless to say we left tp go elsewhere
