I was stranded in New Holland Pa.Went t start my car and would not turn over. Called them they were their in 1/2 hr. The driver was very proffesional and was back to Cockers in no time. Car was fixed the next day. They are are so kind.

I had the unfortunate event of having my motorcycle towed from Mt joy to this place. The front desk woman was rude amd condescending. It cost 390 to get my bike out . It was $250 for the actual tow, I was towed on a Saturday I picked it up Monday

I am so glad that my mechanic recommended them when my car broke down on the highway today. They arrived on time with short notice, quickly and safely loaded my car on the Jerr-Dan, and wasted no time getting it to my mechanics garage and unloading it. The guy was very personable and polite. Paid via credit card on the spot. The entire process could not have gone any faster or smoother.

My wheel came off my truck due to improper lug nut tightening. Coincidentally, their tow truck driver, Ethan stopped right behind me and offered to help. He towed me to the shop and helped me get new lug nuts, and quickly had me back on the road. He would not accept a tip for the extra service he gave. Really courteous and helpful.

Car was towed there after my accident. Friendly safe. Hassle free Worked with insurance company for one less thing to have to deal with. Tow driver at scene made sure i knew what was going on, where they were taking car and that myself and police had info. Very courteous

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Randy didn’t listen to anything I told him he told me a price that was way off for a clutch replacement, They started putting parts in my truck without even asking me. And to top it off they never even unbolted my transmission to get to my clutch! These people are a JOKE! Do NOT go here unless you want ripped off!

Truly fast and friendly service. I always use Cockers because they dont leave you sitting on the side of the road indefinitely with an Ill get there when I get there attitude like many. Theyve always gotten to me quickly and been really nice. A very rare gem in my experience with towing services.

Ran out of gas after dark on 283...single lady!! My insurance company was less then helpful, so was police!! Awesome service and truck driver who came out on the 4th of July to tow my boat and trailer home after a wheel bearing went out!

The driver was one and a half hour late and charged me 150 dollars to go 20 miles.

Had my car towed on Thursday. When I got to where it was towed to there were scratches on my front bumper and a paint mark on my driver side mirror. Called the company, had pictures of my car that I took before the car was towed, and pictures of the damage from after the tow, and they still tried to make it out that it was not from them. Wouldnt recommend this company, nor will I be using them again.

If I could rate lower I would these people are a complete joke. Will do anything to kick someone while they are down.
