They are so helpful to me and my disabled husband. IRS not so much! They have taken our last 2 refunds! I only trust H&R Block to do our taxes. They are the best!!!

Year after year it has gotten worse, today was the LAST TIME I’ll be using this location of H&R Block. The guy today was very unprofessional and LIED to me. I asked if I could get the emerald advance loan, I quote his words, “We aren’t doing the advance this year, H&R Block switched banks.” Then he asked me moments later if I still had my card from last year, I said yes and showed it to him. A few minutes later he went and got me a new card and said, “I have to give you a new card because we switched banks.”Thank you Michael Bolton for lying to me, interrupting me when I’m talking about MY TAXES, and for completely disregarding me as a customer. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

4 to 5 visits to get taxes done Computers down Then wrong amount for fees paid entered Then couldnt get into taxes It was an aggravating mess I understand things go wrong but you all need someone available to fix problems without the customer having to make 4 to 5 trips to get done

Because the fees are expensive and plus you have to pay an additional to have your fees taken out of your tax money. 39.00 to have your fees taken out of your money is ridiculous.

I dont know who messed up H&R Block or the IRS. But cant get my stimulus on my Emrald card. Have to wait on a check. This is unexceptional. I was laid off over a month ago. No money coming in to feed my kids or pay our bills. Thank you H&R Block and our government for nothing. I have used H&R Block for 15 years. Bet I dont next year.
