I was in town helping my mother who is on disability out with some things. She wanted to get her Samsung tablet repaired. They had to order some parts to fix it and I wasnt able to stay in town long enough to pick it up for her. SO these extremely KIND people fixed it and delivered it to her personally at her home! I am so grateful for them :)

The father and son team are wonderful people. Been there at least a dozen times for repair and purchases. I highly recommend this shop. LES.

Ill say they are pretty knowledgeable. However attitudes not the best. Prices are in the middle. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest either.

I’ve been into this facility more than once with rather complicated computer issues. I am fairly savey, but newer technology stops me in my tracks at times. These guys talk me through my issues, answers my questions, and have corrected and fixed my issues without complications. I am impressed with their service, their prices and their turnaround times. All right here on West End In Elizabethton.

Excellent and professional service at an affordable price. The Computer Clinic was able to successfully recover and retrieve priceless documents and photos off of an external drive for me for a fraction of the cost I had been quoted elsewhere. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any computer needs.

I took my computer in for analysis and repair. Inspection found a loose cable causing the problem and there was no charge. I highly recommend this business and will use them in the future.

I am new to the area and needed my laptop to be repaired. I was happy to find Computer Clinic conveniently located in Elizabethton. I was really happy to find a knowledgeable, professional person that was able to troubleshoot my odd computer problem and solve it -- in a timely fashion -- AND at a very reasonable price. Not to mention the valuable tips and suggestions the owner was happy to share with me. This is just one more reason I love Elizabethton!

Replaced my old flip phone with a used one which let me keep all my contacts. Didnt want a smart phone.lol

Called talked to kyle gave him my computer info and he put me on hold for 10 mins, came back and said he could fix it to bring it in, so took it up there explained to him who I was and that we previously talked on the phone. He took my computer battery off looked at the date than looked on EBAY ?? And told me he cpuldnt fix it cause there were no parts out there for it cause my laptop was so new. I took it to computer pros and my computer will be fixed and finished on Tuesday. I dont recommend this place because everything is bought off ebay. I have never trusted ebay and wouldnt want my stuff to break in a few months or less, if there is a warrenty available than ill take it but ebay usally dont offer warrentys.
