I went to pick up a monitor and Mark had been absolutely helpful and welcoming me in letting me come late at night. The experience was so wonderful, that after chatting with Mark and getting to know how and how knowledgeable he is, I ended up happily buying a few additional devices that have been working great!

Buyer Beware . Seller will confirm specs of pc with you only for you to discover later that was False . When confronted I was #1 told I was basically a liar that the ad didnt state what I was claiming then said it was a Goof. #2 offered a lower end model for the same money or my money back . Which would be unacceptable considering the amount of trouble I had already went thru obtaining and installing . I expressed I just wanted the 8 gigs of RAM I was told the machine had . After 10 or more texts back and forth it was easy to see this seller wanted to make herself happy and do what was Easiest for her because of the Goof and not the customer . Good Product Terrible Customer Service .

Very nice and great product! They were a great help and even helped me out with a small discount on a really great laptop so that my children could do their home schooling.
