They are nice people and mean well, but the quality and results were disappointing in my case. They are fast and have efficient pricing, but you get what you pay for.I had 35% ceramic film applied to all windows; after finding scratches, trapped debris, and other imperfections on every window, I took the car back and they kindly redid all my windows. Unfortunately, on the 2nd attempt I still have multiple cases of trapped debris. Mind you, this is a meticulously maintained C43 -- very clean car to begin with. Prep is everything when it comes to this sort of thing and I think a mix of working quickly along with a small space and hand-cut film just doesnt bode well here.To make matters worse, like another reviewer, I got my car back with a couple of scratches. I dont think this was intentional in any way, just another aspect of the setup here. At this point, I would just want my money back and have them remove the film, but I dont want to risk any damage to my car.I am taking my car elsewhere to have the scratches repaired and have the tints redone.Ive had some 12 high-end cars tinted over the past 20 years and all have been impeccable except for this experience. In my case, I tried a new place because I didnt want to wait 4 weeks for an appointment somewhere else. This has been a considerable waste of time and money for me, but a good lesson learned.

This place has been my ultimate go to with multiple cars! They are very thorough with the work they do here. The quality of the tint film is amazing and they last. I have Seen work at other places and they do not compare with here at Pro-Tint. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

I was very pleased with my experience. I needed and office window tinted. The office staff was pleasant, instantly quoted me a price and we scheduled the job. The guy who came to install, was nice, neat and clean. He did a great job and the tint they installed solved my issue. You will not be disappointed if you deal with this company.

I do not recommend this. The guys are rude and does not do a good job. After few weeks of getting tints on my TLX, I started seeing bubbles. I took the car back and still see bubbles. Stay away from this shop. Take a look at the pictures.

Tints looked amazing ... extremely hard to find and car was extremely dirty after install and no discount or free wash for car wash in front of it. Cash only ! Had to take out money at laundromat and 6 dollars in fees. Was told 130 for all windows not front .... got told they will fade purple so the next step up was 180 or 220. Beautiful tints ... but sloppy and unprofessional

I had two cars tinted here recently. One was a car that has a hatch that is too big to be tinted in one piece. The installer took the time to contour the edges of the tint to one of the rear defrost lines, completely hiding the seam of the tint. I found that attention to detail impressive.Next was a bmw that had everything but the windshield tinted. The team worked with me to get the car in on short notice and had me back on the road within an hour. The tint was nearly defect free when I left and settled perfectly within two days. I’m continually impressed with this place and will be coming back.

I gotta say I just purchased my 2020 Toyota Camry nightshade edition and wanted to get the tint done right away made the appointment in advance, Alex took real good care of the car for me came out great he knows what he’s doing if you need your tint done I 100% would recommend this spot very good and will get the job done the right way! Also the prices are good better off going with the ceramic tints also comes with a lifetime warranty !

So today, 08-24-20, I called for an appointment and the receptionist advised me their only available appointment for today was 11a.m. I advised her to book me for the aforementioned time. I arrived on time at 11a.m. My vehicle was not brought into the shop until 12:30 pm. I am still waiting in the lobby as I am writing this and it is now 2:30 pm and my vehicle is still not done!! 😡😡😡😡 Horrible service! I definitely would stay clear of this business! My whole day is wasted waiting for these so called professionals to complete a 1 to 1.5 hr job 😔

I got two of my cars done here about a month apart. The tints started peeling. Contacted the shop they said bring it in Monday or Wednesday that to on times 90% of the country works. Tried to bring it in and they stated they don’t cover it due to some bs reason. It’s sad that people out there home garage can do a better job that doesn’t peel off after just a few weeks. Brought my friend here also the same day hoping they take care of my cars but luckily I saved him from getting it done.

I strongly recommend this place for car window tinting in Elizabeth nj. They have amazing staff and professionals working there. My car was absolutely well done.

It is a run down place behind a car wash, you know its there unless they specifically tell you. I called told them exactly what I was looking for a clear UV protective tint that I can legally have on my front and side windows of my car in New Jersey, which is 70%. I show up, they tell me its more than we discussed and after that they dont have the legal tint and tried to sell me darker illegal tint. I left.

I had my tints done on my 2020 Hyundai Elantra. I called in for pricing and was told $120. When I arrived I was informed that was for the cheapest option, wording should be different to let customers know $120 is the starting price. However I selected the tint I was comfortable with. They do not accept debit, but allow Zelle payments. Unfortunately due to Zelle the day of my service they had a technical issue, so I decided to pull cash from a local ATM. Zelle processed the payment anyways, Pro Tint was very professional in handling my refund and did so without any issues. The young lady up front is very bubbly and helpful. I have recommended a friend to check them out as well. Great service!

Called on Tuesday to set up an appointment on Thursday morning to have a window tinted at my office, individual i spoke with on the phone was very friendly. Thursday morning came and went the the technician did not show up. I called the office and the owner was extremely apologetic as he made a scheduling error when he sent his technicians out. Sent the next available technician and he arrived about an hour after that.Technician was very friendly and maintained a clear working environment. Job was completed quickly and flawlessly. Would highly recommend and intent to call them back in the future if needed!

I called on a Friday evening for an appt that Saturday and was given the appt I wanted. Service was quick, quality is good and I was happy with the end result.Only suggestion I have been is that the prices should be given when calling in. I was told the tints would be $120 but they failed to mentioned that was the lowest quality and there were 3 options. I was not told that until I went in person for the appt. Eitherway, the price was comparable and the outcome was great.

I am little late in reviewing this company however here it is. In 2014 I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to get here based on the great reviews. Long story short it was totally worth it. I received excellent customer service, the price was reasonable and the quality of the tint was great. Until this day my tints remain well in place with no type of defect. I am amazed at how long I have had it and it still looks as new as it did when I first got them done. I am always receiving compliments on it as well. Thanks guys for the great work and I will definitely be back to get my other car done very soon.

After visiting my family out in Elizabeth New Jersey with my new Mercedes AMG I was asking around and everyone kept telling me to go to Pro Tinting to get the ultimate hook up.Well, I got much more than that. Everyone who works there were beyond professional and friendly. The work came out looking like a million bucks and I only paid $99!! I wanted to get their highest option, the ceramic, which my cousin got but this is a lease and Im giving the car back in two years. But you better believe the minute I get my new car, Im visiting my family again and getting my tints done at Pro Tinting.I wish I lived closer, Id have them do my house too! My cousin also got the clear bra, paint protection and that came out perfect to!No wonder they call themselves Pro Tinting, they truly are the pros in Window Tinting! I called on Saturday ask if I can get my windows tinted tomorrow which is today a Sunday the girl on the phone proceeds to tell me yes and schedules a appointment for 2pm. I get there and the place aint even opened. The kid at the car wash said that they dont open on Sundays They will never get my business on to the next. I wish I could rate a zero for poor customer service

Pretty much what I expected for the price being charged cant beat it . The quality of work is pretty good as well and staff is professional.They do offer reasonable warranty. The shop is in a weird location behind a car wash so if your not paying attention youll ride right past it. Only reason I gave it four stars is because of the location and limited parking for customers. With all the cars lined up to get a wash it hard to get in and out. Other then that good work. So far so good please with my tints.

Pro window tinting. Let me just say HORRIBLE experience. I called about 3-4 times prior to actually going to the location and asked about tinting my cars tail lights. Every call I was told “50 per tail light + tax.” After those 3-4 calls, I finally went expecting to tint my tail lights for that price and the short man who works there with the accent and the mohawk was extremely rude first of all, followed by him charging me $150. I left and shortly after received a call from the same lady i spoke to on the phone and she tells me that she told me $60 per tail light and not $50. In 1 hour i was told 3 different prices by 2 people from the same company. Terrible customer service. Highly do NOT recommend. Stay away!

DO NOT GO TO Pro Tinting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the woman who is the manager/owner is nice when making the appointment etc.but when things go south she turns into very unpleasant, rude and very unprofessional person. After my brand new (had it for a week) car got its windows tinted at Pro Tinting I noticed a 4 inch cut in the driver side glass once I got home, I couldnt inspect the car at their shop because they pulled the car outside and it was dark already and raining. (They didnt let me see the car inside shop, I wonder why) I Called Pro Tinting next business day Monday to report it, the woman hung up the phone twice, I went there on Tuesday afternoon she denied the shop being responsible, (she wasnt even there when the work was being done) she cursed me out after I told her that I will take this to court. To make the long story short, this will be taken to court. To save your self possible headache go someplace else to have your windows tinted and avoid PRO TINTING in Elizabeth, NJ !!!

Had a terrible experience I had a gift card that was purchased for me, when I tried to redeem it the man there said he did not know the code to look up the amount. Once I pulled out the gift card with the code he did not want to look up the code to see how much the gift card was for and just stated he couldn’t look it up and wouldn’t honor the code. He tired to get the paperwork signed as quick as he can to get things locked in & didn’t want to help out. Terrible customer service!! Would never recommend anyone go there. I took my business elsewhere.

Hands down best tint shop in the area! Out of the 5 cars I’ve bought here (in the span of many years) not a single one has bubbled or purpled. If you care about the longevity of your window tint, and are looking for affordable prices this is the spot.

If i could give this place a 0, I would do it right now. I asked them to do a 35% tint on my front windows and 20% on the back and they ended up doing 50% in the front. When i told them that they made a mistake and I told them 35%, the guy kept arguing and saying I said 50. I made sure a few times and told them what I wanted but they refuse to accept their mistake. They didnt even redo the tints to correct their mistake. They literally ripped me off and didnt even do the job I wanted. Please do not waste your money here and go somewhere else. Ive taken over 8 cars here in the past but after this experience, I will never go back. Avoid at all costs.

Took my car here six months ago numerous times for them to fix my rear window tint. They did a terrible job . Not even a year later and the tint is falling off. Never again. I do not recommend this place.

Worst place Ive ever been. Drive and hour for the unbeatable price. Then after waiting an hour was told they didnt have enough time. SO MUCH FOR MY APPOINTMENT. They told me to come back another day, then had to wait an extra 20 minutes for then to give me my keys back. As soon as I got into my car I called L&D tinting down the street and they took me immediately after I explained my situation and theyre tints were on point. Never going to pro tinting again and definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I gave a great review for tinting residential windows but contacted them twice to redo one out of 16 windows over due to bubbles and wrinkling, doesnt respond, waited days in between both contacts to see if I would get one, no response, Not a way to handle business if I have warranty

Anderson the guy that did my clear bra with 15yrs plus experience did a phenomenal job would highly only recommend him to wrap your new ride had the new car for 2 weeks prior to him doing it. he showed me I had 3 tiny nicks already so Im glad its protected now so dont wait to clear bra your new ride $700 thats cheaper then the dealer same great product Xpel brand. But be prepared to leave it overnight for the clear bra to dry perfectly its worth the wait also your car will be secured inside garage. tlx a-spec
