If you want to be ripped off this is your place. I went in with a bent rim but wasnt sure which one was bent. I said I think it might be one of the back rims. The guy came over and took off back drivers side tire. Im thinking hes going to check it and see if thats the one. He brought tire inside for about 10 minutes and comes out and says they fixed it. Why wouldnt you show me where and if it was bent? I said ok so that was the one? Well you could have others that are bent youll have to drive and see. Oh! So this is a guessing game and I just keep bringing my car back until you guess which one is the right one charging $80 per rim? Sure. Ok. I work for a towing business and word of mouth is everything. Unfortunately someone recommended this place but we will be sure not to recommended this place to any of our customers.

Id stay away from here. Had an individual today who stole my credit card. That individual then used my card to purchase services at this location. We caught it quickly and was able to contact Tony. After explaining what was happening Tony began to get irate and cuss me saying it wasnt his problem and he was.still gonna sell to this individual. The people who did this will be showing up later today to pick.their stuff up. This guy isnt professional at all. All authority were notified.

Fantastic. I hit a nasty pothole on the NJ turnpike and my Tesla told me to pull over immediately. Front left tire dropping pressure like a rock. I called Magnolia as they were close. Limped my car there with 7psi left and they changed the tire for me and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. $75. Very thankful that they were open on a Sunday and could take care of me in need.

For over 20 years Ive used this place for a quick fix slow leak or worn treads, and the service was good and quick.

My rim was straighten out in no time. Car no longer shakes ! I have a different issue with my car I will check out. I would definitely return here.

Had to get a new tire for my car here Monday. Went during lunch (12pm) and was out of there with a great tire by 12:15pm. These guys are fair and honest. They also are real good with flats and installation of tires. I don’t know about the other bad reviews but hands down best tire place in the area of Elizabeth to me!!!! I would definitely be there again if I need a tire and I will recommend to my friends and family how good they are.

I took a damaged rim here to be straightened. They did a great job. Wouldve been 5 star but they have NO waiting area inside for customers. You must wait outside. But again, great service.

I bought a used tires this morning, less than a hour later my daughter and I was on the highway and notice I had a flat. I turn into the gas station and had to call a tow truck. I noticed it was the original flat tire thats supposed to been replaced. This awful guy that was suppose to replace, his just fill it with air. They said it was my sensor. I told him that was a lie, it was the same tired as my other tires on my car. I got the tire. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!! This could have cause a bad accidents and lost of lives.

Went there to replace my front two tires. In a week one of the tires got deflated and the week after the other deflated. Also one of the staff was rude. Never going there again!

Service was amazing! As soon as I pulled up someone acknowledge me and immediately started working on my car with no hesitation. From what i experienced I was under the impression that the person attending me was the owner or owners son. He was very professional, a focus individual in control of all his surroundings. The 10 to 15 min I was there two tires where picked out installed on my car rims and back on car. Mean while Jesus still managed to address other clients question.. I went out my way to write this review and I dont ever do this.I was impressed!! and someone needs a raise for sure!!!

Needed a tire fixed in my dads van, came here and was helped right away. Turns out it had a slow leak that couldnt be patched, so I purchased another tire and was done in 20 minutes! Reasonably priced and great service. Neighborhood tire shop has been there servicing the community for years.

The men here are great and honest. I traveled from Linden, NJ. There is an auto shop right around the corner from my house and Ive had to return with in 2 days bc I was flat again. Magnolia is fast and reliable. Highly recommended.

Guy tried to get me to change all 4 tires when I explained to him I just need 2. I purchased 2 tires and not even 2 weeks later one of them went flat. The tires were too big for my car when I specifically showed him the sticker on the door for the stock tire size. $100 down the drain. Could have spent $15 more dollars and got 2 brand new ones. Never returning or recommending!

I went to a shop on Magnolia and 3rd to have my rim fixed. Not only did they want to charge me $95, they wanted me to leave the rim for a week! I went to Magnolia Tire Service down the street and not only did they charge me less, I waited 5 minutes to have my rim fixed and he did my other rim for free! Now thats worth paying for. I highly recommend Magnolia Tire Service!

I mounted four 65/45/15 tires stretched on 15x8.25 in less than 10 minutes! Quick and easy, I live in NY and when I need that kind of service, I have no problem crossing the bridge!! Great job fellas!!

My rim on my 2016 Hyundai cracked on a Sunday morning. I called to see if they sell rims, they do but by the set, and he said they repair them, same day, and was friendly. I drove a half an hour on my spare, and in 15 minutes my rim was repaired, back on, and for a reasonable cost. No haggling, pressure, or hostility. Absolutely would recommend them.

I came here to change a tire, the owner was really rude to his employs. I asked him about if the tire breaks today or tomorrow and he said, no refunds for used tired. Now i understand that is the policy but at least a day or two.

Worst tire shop I have ever been to. I asked the guy to flat fix my tire and they forced me to get a new tire and when I tell them that I do not want a new tire they said OK then you can go but then I request the guy to fix my tire so then he fix my tire and the owner was still mad at him because A fixed my old tire.

My experience was good when I went I came across two guys and they were very friendly and it was a very good service I brought my car and I was out of there in less then 5 minutes and one of the guys had a broken hand he took very good care of me knowing hes only able to use one hand but thanks magnolia tires both guys were amazing

The owner is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Tried to low ball me and give me a ran down tire for $40 saying it would last years like Im stupid. Do not come here!! Also since I didnt purchase he rushed me off his area telling me to go and started using profanity and I literally said nothing glad I didnt buy from you all because your intentions are more about money than running a nice business with customer service and quality items.

Horrible place for rim repairs. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone!! Went to get my cracked rim repaired and instead of fixing it I think they cracked it even more. Have gotten two flats since... also took my tire cap, honestly so dissappointed $85 to the garbage... don’t give business to these know nothing...

I called them today to ask for 4 new tires price and the person who answer my call asked me for the Tire size. At that moment I wasnt in front of my car and I told him the brand, year and model of my car in order to get an estimate. He was very rude telling me that he was very busy and he needed the size and hanged up on me. I am not going to call them again.

I purchased a tire from these guys 3 weeks ago. Charged me 40 dollars for the tire, plus 8 dollars to plug up a different tire. Gave the the dude a fifty and said not to worry about the 2 dollars. So I come back today with the tire they gave me, because it somehow blew out on me. The guy who seemed to be in charge essentially didnt want to hear my side of what happened. Insisted that I hit a pothole, I know when I hit a pothole, and that did not happen. Literally only had 30 dollars and the guy said the best he could do was 35 so I walked out, without a replacement. Guess you cant rely on the goodness of others.

Stolen the wheel nut while watching, keep 5th nut inside the socket and used different socket to put it back the tire service. While I was there last time, a BMW ower comes back, they sold to him a used tire whole in the side that hard to patch. They charge wear out used tire expensive.

Ive had two experiences in here that were just bad so its safe to say there wont be a a third one. I ended up with a worse tire than the one I walked in there in the first place. Second time I had to wait an hour and it wasnt even busy. The prices are reasonable tho.

Worst experiences ever, these guys are incredibly unprofessional. I gave them three to four different chances per visit and each time I left there thinking to myself Im never bring my car back there. The owner is constantly yelling and cursing his staff and constantly haggling. One of my visit I had them replace a tire and fix a dented rim on a 2015 car. They didnt secure the center cap correct so when I pulled off the cap fell out. I went back and they insisted it was my fault and that Id have to buy one myself. My final and last visit occurred when I observed a nail in the tire. I took it to them to determine of it was punctured but instead of investigating this they removed the tire from the rim and be hold the nail did not go through so it was a waste of time and I was still charged for it. The save money and take advantage to his employees the owner hires drug addicts with no mechanical experience then verbally abuse them. Its extremely unprofessional and Ill never return there again ever.

The owner is a crook. Sold me two seprate set of rims and also seperate sizes. When i went back the next day to change them he said thats how it suppppose to be.. then said he will order the other pair and never did. stop answering my calls.. and wasnt even there when i came to his job.. currently about to take him to court. Dont waste your money there
