I have been going to tax pros for 2-3 years now, it Was going great when Anita was in office. Unfortunately she retired. Therefore another lady attended me, who was new and she looked very confused doing my tax return estimate, she took a while trying to put in the details . she advised me my husband was not getting any school credit on his 1098 T. I went to h&r block, to Aime & Co tax Services in Linden, and they told me my husband was supposed to receive $2k In student credit. I advised the secretary if Jim was able to redo my estimate so i wouldnt have to go someplace else, i was told the estimate the lady got was the estimate i was going to receive and that Jim wouldnt be doing it for me. I was very upset. Poor customer service. Anita was best .she was very helpful explaining me in details what i was receiving, and i am sure she would of made sure i was receiving my full tax return. Not coming here again, as they lost 2 customers who appreciated a place and who was a former secretary employee.

I been doing my taxes with them since 2007Before them I try to do my taxes from 3 different peopleAnd I didnt get back muchBut with tax pro they help me a lot to andersten how the taxes work im not from this country and because my legal status i cant get much back that was I was thinking until they help me with my taxes I will be always their clients because they talk to me with respect they dont care if you are legal or not that doesnt make a difference to them all that they care is to do your taxes and do it rightIm very glad with the outcome about my taxesThanks people who work at tax pro

Phil has a nasty attitude and doesn’t appreciate his clients. He abruptly kicked us out of his office and didn’t let me get my word across over the phone. Just lost four customers. I will never return.
