Not the best help in this place, 2 or 3 girls work here and probably you will get help from one if you are lucky, if you have options take your business somewhere else. If you go here dont stand and wait to be called cause theyll simply not care for anyones existence, so go a request to be helped.

The services are very expensive and other unexpected fees occur at the end of the destination. Second subcontractor could not proceed with the shipment due to the customs form not properly filled at the Elizabeth location. The shipment took three times longer than what the company originally said. I don’t recommend this company to my friends.

October 9 2020, We sent 4 boxes by this company from Elizabeth New Jersey to Las Vegas Nevada, as it was a delivery within the United States it was supposed to take 8 to 10 days maximum, but 4 months passed and they did not make the complete delivery! On the day of shipment We filled out the forms for each box as indicated to us at the Elizabeth NJ headquarters, each box with their complete information, the person who entered the information, entered the wrong address and all the packages arrived in Las Vegas but they could not deliver because the full address was not there. After 8 days I contact the company to find out about my shipment (since one day after making this shipment, I made a larger one by UPS and it arrived in less than 1 week), the answer they gave me is that the address was incomplete and that UPS, which is where they were shipping, did not call people to correct addresses, and that the boxes were already back at the New York headquarters. (We showed them the proof that it was their mistake) They managed to retain 1 box and delivered it. The other 3 were returned. A week later, the first box arrived at the NY headquarters, it was a TV that we had packed very well (if the company told us that to secure the TV and that they respond to us for any damage, we should send it in a packaging that they make, but the cost of shipping with this packaging was the same as buying a new tv and they do not respond if the screen is broken only if it arrives bad from the inside) we did not agree to send it in the packaging they offered us since it was a high value, so that we packed it well and in its original packaging, one would think that by common sense if you see that it is a TV it should be treated with delicacy ... When the TV arrives in New York we decide not to send it back to Las Vegas and we ask that we They will return it to the headquarters from where we sent it in Elizabeth New Jersey, the first thing they told us was that we had to pay for the shipment from NY to NJ which we did not agree to because by mistake of them it was that the tv had returned it. When we finally claim the TV in Elizabeth NJ we find that the screen is totally broken; they washed their hands and did not respond for anything on tv. 2 more weeks pass and 1 of the boxes arrives in NY, it would be necessary for the other to arrive, which was a computer, full of information and almost new. They tell us that they will wait for the computer to arrive to send it with the box that had arrived in NY. Several weeks pass and they tell us that the computer does not appear anywhere that it was lost, I ask for the guide number and I contact UPS where they tell me that they are going to do an investigation to find the computer. It should be noted that no person contacted, it was always called on because if they did not remain silent forever as if nothing happened. And it is not the way to run a company where the need of people is to send important belongings, which for them it is not, because they do not see the slightest interest in solving you, even for mistakes they make themselves.Other weeks pass and the answer is that they did not find the computer, and in that case they would give us the insured value, a value that does not compensate for the total value of the computer plus all the information that was lost there, a designer computer with all the programs and works in the. In December, after 2 months, the box that had been returned to NY finally arrived in Las Vegas. Now we are waiting for the computer insurance check, which is supposed to take no more than 8 days but they sent it in December and again they put the wrong address, but it is not the same error, this time a different one, as if that were the their specialty, And only until this week of February 20 did we receive the check. In Conclusion: of 4 boxes that we sent we received 2, we lost the shipment, our money and very important belongings, and the worst thing is the bad service of this company, since one does not feel that they solve the problem that they caused themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ANYTHING BY THIS COMPANY!

The most valuable things were stolen from the box we sent and no one responded. They make you buy insurance, but this only covers TOTAL LOSS.
