We also entrust PIBL to handle all of our show shipments which depends on timely delivery. PIBL set the bar incredibly high and exceeds our expectations every time.

Beware of these people, they like to take advantage of people are not familiar with the business. They like put extra charges on the invoice. They would quote you, then charge double amount for one service. Also, they charged me $85 for liftgate because I didnt have a dock. When the shipment was delivered to the location, the guy said there was no liftgate. I ended up carrying all 26 boxes of the shipment from the truck to the door. I called them to talk to the shipment manager, but she would not answer my call nor return my email. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. Do not deal with these people!
